I purchased a hdfc term plan dated 23 july 2020 after making payment of 20, 000 rs. Since then its been almost 20 days and i have undergone through the medical test as well. Still they are asking to get the one more blood test with my own cost.

Customer care is saying they are not responsible for this as this is still pending with online team

Even after sending email at the dedicated email address there is no response and if i go for the cancellation of the insurance then they are threating they will deduct the medical test charges, which they never disclosed initially

    Sir,
    I am bindu g, submitted my resignation along with id card of agency code hdf747243 issued on 28/06/2018 and noc request to hdfc life alleppey, mullakkal branch manager mr. Rojan varghese, he accepted it and promised me that he will forward the documents to h. O. And issue noc soon.

    On 21/01/2020 again i visited the branch and applied for cessation certificate.

      01/07/2020 date ko credit card ke maddam se payment kiya they rs 500, rs 13, 249 payment failed but amount deducted on may credit card, merchant name hai punjab stores medinipur in, uske bad hdfc bank customer care ke maddam se traction despute kiya toh kuch din ke baat reply ata hai rs 500, rs 13, 249 marchent ke account may satellment hua hai. Phir kuch din baat merchant account se rs 500, rs 13249 dr. Charge back hu ta.. Phir customer ke account may koi reflect nahi hua hai avi tak.. Marchent wala bol raha hai mere account se charge back hua hai but customer ke account may credit nahi hua hai.. Kiya problem hua hai...

        Hdfc cust id: 58527777

        On 25th january, 2020 i purchased an iphone 11 pro max from reliance digital. I did hdfc financing (Loan account no: 7694975 & 7694766). There was a discount of rs 7000/-. I was told by the hdfc banker that after giving my 3rd month i will be getting the cashback or the cashback will be adjusted with the next month. But i got only 2500. Even the full money didn't give me and u r harrasing me a lot. Now i am going to consumer court and have everything documented please send me the cashback amount or else i will sue you in consumer court and will post this on social media and give it to news channels.

        You mislead the customer and do fake promises to get them onboard and when it comes to implement them you have zero credibility.

        I ll make sure to drag higher authorities of #hdfcbank here and spread the word on all consumer forums untill I get the solution to what you have done to me.

        Effort, time and harassment you guys have caused to me is unrepairable.

          Rs10000 deducted (Update: inr 10, 000.00 debited from a/c xx3994 on 06-aug-20. Info: mctf atw 06/aug 526099xxxxxx3994 ghaziabad) from my account.
          I'm trying to contact hdfc customer care but they aren't picking up the calls. At that time, 10000 rs. Debited from my account and credited at the same time but i got message for successful reversal/cancellation of the transaction.

              The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
              First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

                  This mail is regarding the cashback on bought material.

                  Bought one refrigerator of rs 68215 (Excluding gst) on emi at reliance ambiance gurgaon on 16th august 2019.

                  Till date i have not received 10% cashback against my loan number 49452660.
                  8 months have already passed, still not received any cashback.

                      I am hoping for resolution here. I escalated to hdfc nodal team and to various other teams but no resolution yet. I have 2 payzapp wallets, one with full kyc, and one with minimum kyc. One with minimum kyc is the oldest one (When payzapp used to do the kyc through aadhar details).

                      I made a transaction in the month of may20' of inr45, 450 in the no broker rent payment application during hdfc payzapp 5% cash back offer maximum upto 500inr.

                      Hdfc payzapp team blocked my wallet due to limited kyc without prior notice and hence now i am not eligible for the cashback amount that supposed to be credited in the month of jul20. I talked to many support agents but they failed to assist. Hence i need someone intervention here for resolution.

                      No payzapp now denied for his previous terms and conditions . On August month their clearly mentioned that translation done any debite card whic is link on payzapp . In this money now you change the terms and conditions that translation should done through payzapp balance or hdfc card.
                      This is illigal you cannot change you previous condition i have screenshot of thoes trem and conditions as a proof. This is a biggest scam of India .
                      If i does not get cashback i write it on fb Twitter youtube and launch a complane on consumer forum.
                      My demand is -
                      Either give me cashback or send me the term and condition in August month.
                      I cannot tolerate this type of scams. Payzapp is running business in India then you should follow the rules of India . payzapp wallet number [protected]

                          Subject: fwd: home loan account no.[protected].

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          I the undersigned would like to state that i had a home loan account ref. No.[protected] since august 2014. The account has been foreclosed by me on 2nd july 2020.

                          At the time of foreclosure of the account, the final statement of payable included 1 outstanding emi of ₹24430/-. (Copy of final statement is attached for your ready reference). At the same time i took out a statement of account did.15th june 2020 which stated that received amount is ₹. 73290 against ₹48860 receivable. It means i have paid ₹ 24430 more on that date. (Soft copy is attached for your ready reference)

                          In view of the above i am failed to understand on 2nd july 2020 from where an outstanding emi had cropped up!!! If it’s there than also my account had a surplus of ₹24430 as of 15th june. The outstanding amount gets squared off automatically.

                          Hence it is requested to clarify above matter and refund me ₹24430 which has been charged inadvertently at the time of foreclosure of my account.

                            I have to register the complaint against Hdfc bank and hi recovery agent,
                            I borrowed the 2 wheeler loan money for 24 months from hdfc bank on may 2018 sometimes my cheque was bounced but on 20 December 2019 hdfc bank recovery agent grabbed my vehicle and said to give the loan amount, after when I call him I said I want to do settlement process and he said ok.
                            In January 2, 2020 I gave 18000 rs to settle my loan, and he released my 2 wheeler and received money on 2, January 2020 but he didn't do any settlement till 9-july-2020 And when I am calling them, they are not answering, and the bankers are calling me again and again for deposit the money. I am very frustrated now so that's why I raised the complaint.

                            I want proper solution on this.

                              I am an imperia customer of hdfc bank ltd. For over a decade and in june 2015 my relationship manager along with her colleagues virtually coaxed me to buy hdfc life policy number 17778525. I was assured that the returns from this policy would be better than a fixed deposit as this is market linked. Now
                              After paying a premium of rs 1, 50, 000/- for five years which is rs 7, 50, 000/- the current value of the policy is only rs 6, 50, 000/-. At the time of buying this policy the sensex was at 18, 000 and went up to 42, 000 but the value of my holding had considerably depreciated. Letters written to mrs. Vibha padalkar, ceo of hdfc life remain unreplied and unacknowledged.

                              Customers should be extra careful before investing their hard earned money in such fraudulent schemes which are a trap. Hdfc has cheated me by totally miss selling a policy and have proved to be confidence tricksters.

                                I have purchased a laptop on no cost emi from flipkart using hdfc bank credit card.in my current credit card statement, it's showing mer emi, int and it's a huge interest amount. While i have purchased the product on no cost emi, why this interest amount.

                                  I had the amount transferred to beneficiary account via hdfc mobile app and the amount has been debited but never credited to the beneficiary account. Soon after i received an sms stating transaction failed due to technical error. It's been more than 5 days still amount not returned to my account nor sent to the beneficiary. Customer care number not helpful as it's going through ivr and getting disconnected. No response to emails as well.

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2179 without my concern on date:07/08/2020. I am not interested about this one assist mfee service and don’t want this membership any more. So please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-.
