Last month my credit card bill was around 12855, i pay my amount even before due date.
Then also amount is not updated yet.
And they charge me fine of 295 rs plus they added 12855 amount in this month bill.
Plus there customer service is worst, they dont have any number to connect with human executive, ivr is sending you here and there only loan option can connect.but non other option will help you, so where should i file complain.
I need everything to be clear need help.
