Hi, dis is in reference to personal loan account no. XXXXXX486. First installment of 7320 was paid on 13th May 2020 but the amount was deducted again on 15th May 2020 for amnt 7320. So the amount have been paid twice for the same month twice. Had sent mail regarding the same but issue not resolved. Do refund 7320 rs immediately.

    Recently I received a call from a person(called herself- Di*ya) for personal loan. At that time, i really need the loan amount so i decided to apply for loan. To know more details about loan interest rates etc. she introduced me to his manager Sourabh(Saurabh.[protected]@h***k.c**m). Initially all goes okay but after submitting all my documents, both person ignored me. Every time i check my loan status, they say, sir your verification is all done Amount will be dispatched soon. And after few time they both started to misbehave with me. Started disconnecting my call. Ignoring email. Neither loan is dispatched or nor further update i got. This was very worst experience for me with these bad persons. Might be these are fraud people. After wasting months with HDFC, i decided to manage things itself and never ever consumer any services

            Sir,
            I am bindu g, submitted my resignation along with id card of agency code hdf747243 issued on 28/06/2018 and noc request to hdfc life alleppey, mullakkal branch manager mr. Rojan varghese. He accepted the same and promised me that he will forward the documents to h. O. And issue noc.

            On 21/01/2020 i visited the branch and applied for cessation certificate.

            Despite of my several calls and visit to their office, neither they issue noc nor the cessation certificate.

            I am no more interested to work with hdfc life. Kindly cancel my agency code and remove my pan number attached with hdfc life as shown in irda website.

                Hi,

                I am a regular customer of HDFC Bank and I always perform net banking. But recently from the past 1 week, i.e., from 27th July 2020, I am unable to perform the transaction and I get a message, "We regret to inform you that we could not complete your transaction". I tried using firefox browser, chrome browser. But nothing worked. I tried mobile app for banking, but still no use.
                Please see the attached screenshot for more info.

                Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am trying to repay my CREDILA education loan and HDFC will be held responsible for all the extra interest charged due to this delay. This has been a terrible issue and I am not receiving any response from your customer service. This is very disturbing.

                    hdfc credit card - easy emi unable to process

                    I purchased an iphone 11 through my regalia first hdfc credit card and opted for easy emi, but after 8 days i got a text that hdfc was unable to process my easy emi request without a proper reason and i am calling their customer care since 2 days but there are only automated machine and i am not able to get through to a representative. What the hell is this? Can someone help?...

                    First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                      मेरी सैलरी hdfc बैक के खाते मे आती है मैने एक प्लाट शहर कुरुक्षेत्र मे लिया था और जिसके लिए मैने लोन hdfc बैकं अम्बाला कैटं से हासिल किया, जिसका चैक तैयार कर दिया गया था और उसी दिन से मेरे खाते से किस्त भी काटनी शुरू कर दी जबकि यह चैक अभी तक इस्तेमाल मे ही नही लाया जा सका । अवैध कलौनी होने की वजह से रजिस्ट्री नही हो पाई और बैकं 5 माह की किस्त लगातार काटता रहा जबकि बैकं के कर्मी ने कलौनी की पुर्णता जाचं पडताल भी की थी मैने इस सम्बध मे बैकं मैनेजर श्री मनदीप सिहं को बजरिया मोबाईल ([protected]) कई बार सूचित भी किया और फिर एक मेल ([protected]@hdfc.com) भी डाली कि मेरी समस्या का समाधान किया जाए । जो इस सम्बध मे एक लिखित दरखास्त भी मैनेजर मनदीप जी को दे दी थी, उन्होने चैक को कैन्सिल कर दिया परतुं मेरे खाते मे से कटे हुए पैसे अभी तक भी वापिस मेरे खाते मे नही डाले ।

                        Hi i'm monika m n an ex employee of hdfc bank ltd, in 06/05/2020 i have reliefrom my company it has been more than 60 days but still i haven't received my fnf settlement and experience certificate and my pf and even i wrote a mail to the exit.                           I am extremely distressed due to the lackadaisical attitude of the hdfc bank (Sahakarnagar, bengaluru 560092) in resolving a long pending issue due to which i am unable to submit income tax return for the current assessment year.

                          I sent an email to the branch manager & avp on 27 june 2020 indicating their lapse. He admitted their fault, but has not set it right despite my three reminders.

                          What a disgusting experience.

                            I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 20/02/2020 from invent apple store in delhi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is well over 120 days. I have asked in invent apple store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                              I had applied for car loan for 5 years. Now, can you let me know all the details of how much i need to pay? I need the entire details.                                 In my account unauthorized transaction has happened on 3 aug 2020, the transaction type is (Vctf #cardnumber#) of 14991 rs. I made a same amount transaction on 3 days back. It got deposited and the transaction got over. Without my knowledge the same amount has been debited in my card, no otp, amount where it gone i do no. So try to help me with this type of transaction.

                                Bank saying that the transaction has been made by me. I cant get the solution for this.
