Hi,

I am a regular customer of HDFC Bank and I always perform net banking. But recently from the past 1 week, i.e., from 27th July 2020, I am unable to perform the transaction and I get a message, "We regret to inform you that we could not complete your transaction". I tried using firefox browser, chrome browser. But nothing worked. I tried mobile app for banking, but still no use.
Please see the attached screenshot for more info.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am trying to repay my CREDILA education loan and HDFC will be held responsible for all the extra interest charged due to this delay. This has been a terrible issue and I am not receiving any response from your customer service. This is very disturbing.

      hdfc credit card - easy emi unable to process

      I purchased an iphone 11 through my regalia first hdfc credit card and opted for easy emi, but after 8 days i got a text that hdfc was unable to process my easy emi request without a proper reason and i am calling their customer care since 2 days but there are only automated machine and i am not able to get through to a representative. What the hell is this? Can someone help?...

      The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
      First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

        मेरी सैलरी hdfc बैक के खाते मे आती है मैने एक प्लाट शहर कुरुक्षेत्र मे लिया था और जिसके लिए मैने लोन hdfc बैकं अम्बाला कैटं से हासिल किया, जिसका चैक तैयार कर दिया गया था और उसी दिन से मेरे खाते से किस्त भी काटनी शुरू कर दी जबकि यह चैक अभी तक इस्तेमाल मे ही नही लाया जा सका । अवैध कलौनी होने की वजह से रजिस्ट्री नही हो पाई और बैकं 5 माह की किस्त लगातार काटता रहा जबकि बैकं के कर्मी ने कलौनी की पुर्णता जाचं पडताल भी की थी मैने इस सम्बध मे बैकं मैनेजर श्री मनदीप सिहं को बजरिया मोबाईल ([protected]) कई बार सूचित भी किया और फिर एक मेल ([protected]@hdfc.com) भी डाली कि मेरी समस्या का समाधान किया जाए । जो इस सम्बध मे एक लिखित दरखास्त भी मैनेजर मनदीप जी को दे दी थी, उन्होने चैक को कैन्सिल कर दिया परतुं मेरे खाते मे से कटे हुए पैसे अभी तक भी वापिस मेरे खाते मे नही डाले ।

        दिनाकं 11.05.2020 को 11655/- जो कुल रुपए 61928 रु खाते से काटे गए है मैने अपने खाते की डिटेल भी साथ मे अटैच कर दी है । मेरी रोजी रोटी का कोई भी जरिया नही है कृपा मेरे खाते से काटे गए पैसे मेरे खाते मे वापिस डलवाए जाए जिससे मुझे जो मानसिक तौर पर परेशानी है वह दुर हो सके ।

          Hi i'm monika m n an ex employee of hdfc bank ltd, in 06/05/2020 i have reliefrom my company it has been more than 60 days but still i haven't received my fnf settlement and experience certificate and my pf and even i wrote a mail to the exit.             I am extremely distressed due to the lackadaisical attitude of the hdfc bank (Sahakarnagar, bengaluru 560092) in resolving a long pending issue due to which i am unable to submit income tax return for the current assessment year.

            I sent an email to the branch manager & avp on 27 june 2020 indicating their lapse. He admitted their fault, but has not set it right despite my three reminders.

            What a disgusting experience.

              I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 20/02/2020 from invent apple store in delhi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is well over 120 days. I have asked in invent apple store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                I had applied for car loan for 5 years. Now, can you let me know all the details of how much i need to pay? I need the entire details. I have completed my tenure of the payment but still they are taking the loan amount. I had mailed the customer care team, but no response from them.

                  In my account unauthorized transaction has happened on 3 aug 2020, the transaction type is (Vctf #cardnumber#) of 14991 rs. I made a same amount transaction on 3 days back. It got deposited and the transaction got over. Without my knowledge the same amount has been debited in my card, no otp, amount where it gone i do no. So try to help me with this type of transaction.

                  Bank saying that the transaction has been made by me. I cant get the solution for this.

                          Hdfc bank is being one of the fraud bankers while opening account they told me your atm has no charges and it's now 7 years i have not been charged on any other bank transaction but now it's been month i am being charged on 5 transaction.

                            Hello team,

                            My account has been debited with wrong depository charges of 883.57 Rs.
                            I have tried contacting your customer care and they just transfer my call to the de mat desk and no one picks up.
                            In this time of covid when we are suffering with financial crises you guys are charging wrong charges on my account. This has happend several times when my HDFC salary account gets debited with many wrong charges which I have never pointed out earlier but right now I would like you to refund these 884 Rs, as I have never ever traded or involved in shares with HDFC bank you can go and have a look .
                            You guys have on your own gave me a demat account and now you guys have started charging for it .
                            I was never involved in any share trading with you guys.
                            Being a regular customer of your bank,
                            I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with your customer care .
                            Please refund these charges on high priority.

                            Now they are asking me to visit the branch in this covid senario and close the de mat account which i have never opened .
                            Only then they will refund my money.
                            I am not comfortable visiting the branch when everything is done online why the hell i have to visit the branch for closing a account which i have never opened.

                                I purchased a gadget from Amazon on 04/July/2020 on no cost EMI using my credit card ending 2733. My statement date is the 6th of every month so I was expecting the first installment to be included in my July 2020 credit card statement there by not having to pay unnecessary interest. To my surprise the first installment for the Loan which has a booking date as 06/July/2020 was intentionally delayed to August thereby causing unnecessary interest for (51days) @15% for me. This is never expected from a brand like HDFC. I believe this was a deliberate act from HDFC bank to earn more profit. I would request you to either revert me the unnecessary interest which is charged on my first installment to be paid on 26-Aug-2020 or cancel the no cost EMI and provide me an option to pay the whole amount else be sure to lose one of your old credit card customers (since 2009) . Also I would be complaining about it in consumer forum.

                                I have already sent a mail to your customer care regarding this which is not replied till date.

                                  Hi,

                                  This was the atutomatic deduction done on my credit card of inr 4200, i usually dont check my message sms, but that day i purchased a new mobile through my credit card and as the amount was big, i just happen to check the sms of mobile purchase deduction.

                                  But to my suprise, i found out that there was deduction of 4200 inr to (Google *kay richey[protected] c) and this is the first time that such a thing has happened.

                                  Please have a look into this matter.

                                    😠😠How to say pending "0" numbers of complains.😠 What about my and other complaints, Actual HDFC are fully corrupted and fraudster bank because they takes unexpected amout hold without customer knowledge.😠 They take upi fee they are totally fully corrupted bank... 😠I want to say to all customers please close your accounts from this fake and greedy bank.😠😠😠😠😠😠
