    I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 01/03/2020 in maple panvel. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in maple, they said to check with the bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

      I have a credit card from your bank and use it properly from starting onwards.in the month of july 2020 5th. Fraudulent transactions happened to my card rs 10000/- and service charge of rs 500/- aslo. I didn't use any cash withdrawal from my cc. How come it happened. I have tried to contact your customer card but there is no proper response from the bank side. Request you to please check and find the error and reverse the fund to my card.in the meanwhile i had blocked the card for security reasons.

        Hello, i am ritesh benjwal from jammu. Recently i registered on payzapp wallet by thinking that it is by hdfc bank and it will have some good service.

        Then on july 19 i was buying a domain name from godaddy and i chossed payment by wallet via payzapp. But on my attempt godaddy showed me that: there was a problem completing your transaction.

        And suddenly a message notification comes and it was showing that transaction successful and my 604.96 rs deducted from wallet.

        Then i contacted godaddy customer care and they said that transaction was not successful. We don't have your payment and it will be refunded by payzapp within few hours. I also, contacted payzapp customer care but they was like wait for 10 days.

        Please refund my money...

            I don't know where to start i can start by saying your company is awful. I made contact on 1st july to cancel my policies and get the refund. 10 days gone i heard nothing then i had to chase and spend hours with customer support agents to hear rubbish. I shown my grievances on twitter but yet again ignored. Then on 18th july finally someone called and managed to check my email which i sent on 1st july and mentioned page2 of the policy cancellation form is missing. I asked him to call after 2 mins but he failed to call on time and since then i have heard nothing again. This is another level of ridiculous service you guys are providing. This is really mental harassment and taking a toll on me.
            I really need the policies to be cancelled and refund to be processed.

              Hello sir my card ending with 0843 will show some unauthorised deductionof rupees 1899 in behalf of mfee without my authorisation.

              It also deducted rupees 150 in behalf of google debashis dey without my authorisation.
              I dont want any such membership so pls cancel out this membership and refund my amount as soon as possible

                My self naveen nishal chouhan a hdfc bank credit card holder
                My credit card no. Ending with 0843 shows an deduction of 1800 rupees without my authorisation in behalf of mfee on 9 july 2020.
                I dont want any such membership so kindly cancel this membership and resove my issue as soon as possible

                    Pre-Approved Credit Card Declined

                    I received numerous calls from HDFC Bank to apply for pre-approved credit card.I applied, well i recieved the call very next day, they said my credit card is approved with 48000 Limit nd they said the virtual credit card will be delivered on my email instantly nd for physical there will be delay due to covid-19.Now today i checked the status of my application, it shows declined....

                    I purchased an iphone almost in the month of February 2020 using HDFC’s debit card opting for the Rs.7000 cashback offer. The cashback was supposed to get credit within 120 days but its been more than that and i haven't recieved my cashback yet. Please help me with this. I have all the required bills with me and the hdfc customer care is not very easy to approach.

                      I have taken Insta Jumbo loan from my credit card .I have not requested to avail for EMI Moratorium.But from last month i got the payment due as Zero.I requested bank to resolve this issue .But still it was not resolved.I don't want moratorium & I can pay the amount as per scheduled date.If i try to pay the amount through net banking the amount shows it as Zero.

                          My Father in law is having a loan in hdfc bank. in this covid period moratorium is been granted for opted customers. As we didn't apply for moratorium, they automatically made our loan account as moratorium for two months. And the cash deposited for us for that moratorium period has been holding by them till the date.That is. for the period of May. They didn't informed us about the moratorium scheme and when i went to the bank today for enquiringly about the pending amount to close the loan. they are informing now that April and may month i m in moratorium period . and i want to pay the interest for that period. as i showed them the receipt of those months amount i paid. the told me they will refund the amount now and i want to pay the interest for those two months.
                          So i'm asking why they hold my amount in the bank itself for up-to two months..??

                            I have started using this credit card from June 2019 & since then I have opted auto pay feature for minimum due payment.Till Jan I didn`t check my complete statement & i was in that mind that through auto pay minimum amount is getting paid. But in FEB when i made the payment I found that the total due amount is very high then i investigated all statements from June 19 - Feb 20, there were two late fee payment charged & then i started contacting HDFC support team. In beginning there were no response they said they are looking, then they said i disabled auto pay feature which i didn`t. Then one day customer agent agreed that there was a technical issue due to which it happened & she assured me that she is registering the complaint & i will get the refund. Two weeks passed still no response then i called in again & they said that complaint is closed & then register another complaint. Still no resolution.I register complaints on e-mail to HDFC credit card department still no solution.Then i wrote an e-mail grievence department & senior management But still no one is ready accept there fault & no one is ready to refund. I feel that paying the complete amount was my fault.

                            This is the service what HDFC is giving to its customer. Instead of resolving my issue the decreased my limit to 18000/- from 40000/- for which they will say its internal team decision, when this is a salary account they are doing this.

                            I have shared every thing i want all late fee & finanace charges from jan - june & GST charges to be waived off.

                              Hi my nps account is frozen i had paid the first transaction through hdfc bank.
                              I got a mail saying "in this regard, we wish to inform you that your kyc was rejected by your bank/pop. We have not received the required documents as on 02-jul-2020.in order to complete your registration process, you are requested to submit the bank/pop verified enps registration form along with supporting documents (Like bank statements, etc.) to the below mentioned address."

                              Since nowadays sending document by post is difficult to the bank. Please provide a solution what is supposed to be done, any online solution to it.

                                    I had purchased watches at al kors in november 2019 and january 2020. I have not received my 90-day cashback for either of the products. This is frustrating as they aren't responding on their helpline numbers as well.
