Dear sir,
I was approached by person in capacity as hdfc rm and he refered my old policy in 2011 which had only 2 premium paid. He said he will get the premature closure and payout to me. Then in mar 2019, i paid rs 90000 premium in two succession and a new policy was issued for second rs 90000. All medical etc was done. He said i need to deposit rs 500000 totoal and the procedure is to open a new policy as i already have existing policy in hdfc super. I then paid rs 90000 more in indi first life where by post medical he has said these will be merged in november with portability and noc from irdai will be taken to give me premature closure proceeds at rs 810000. I have recorded his statement. However there was a call from the hdfc back office (Not sure if true) but repreented as such asking to open an account to share the proceeds and pay rs 1 lac commission as agent commission.

At this call, i was quite sure i have been duped and went to the centre to find out. The officer there confirmed no portability in these policies and this is agent fraud.

I request investigation and reversal of funds for fraud.

The person I am complaining is Nitin Rastogi (mobile [protected]) misrepresenting as HDFC employee in back office and claiming to port the policies he has missold me with NoC for closure in Nov. I am stuck now with 3 policies (2 in HDFC Life Super) and request redressal of grievance with refund of amount duped (Rs 99000).

Please take action against him and support me . I am bonafide premium customer of HDFC for last 15 years.

      I tried to book a ticket on 16sept 2020 through irctc. The amount got deducted from my account but the transaction was failed. I did not receive any refund message from the irctc and also did not receive my amount back from hdfc bank. Please try to resolve this issue ASAP.

        I am approving the above details myself as i am the victim of taking pcredit card and not paying the further dues after covid 19 pandemic

        Summary: As i already stated that I paid the 1 lack rupee as a interest (i was paying minimum due) to HDFC Bank and still there is 1.30 lack rupee(including moratorium interest) left for paying out to HDFC Bank, , , So i noticed from few last months that the HDFC Bank collection agents started harrasing me...That is very natural i do not have any complaints regarding this from HDFC bank.

        Reason for not paying out my installments: Dear HDFC Bank, I am a victim of recent recession, as when i was working in a good company then i have taken credit card from HDFC Bank and as when recession comes then after that I was lay off from work and this leads to the non payment due to the non availability of my saving account balances.
        and after that i was tried for a job for two months but i could not find that Most worst Recession Period that we faced all indians.

        But unfortunately after trying some time i was met to a severe accident
        i am job less i want to come out from debt trap need to lead good life. please provide me settlement my family member are there to support me to come out from debt trap

        So I requested to you Dear HDFC Bank Please show your mercy on me and please call me and please settle my loan account as soon as possible as one time settlement.

        I will be very oblige if you can decide a medium settlement amount for my Credit card...

          Hi team,

          This is regarding refund issues for my HDFC credit card. My credit card was permanently closed last year and I don't have that card with me anymore.

          On 6th September, I made a transaction by mistake to my credit card(IMPS transfer) from my savings account because it was added as payee.

          I tried to contact HDFC bank multiple times through customer care, emails, even sent post at the Chennai address.

          Its been more than 2 weeks and the issue is not resolved. I am not a banking customer with HDFC and netbaking doesn't provide solution for such issues but customer care doesn't connect me to any person and sends me netbaking link for the same. I told them I don't have my credit card details, I can't login to netbanking but they don't listen and have disconnected my calls multiple times.

          I contacted them via email, but no response from them, only one automated response.

          Please help me get my refund.

              Hi team,

              I have done shopping on Amazon India website for One Plus 7. I have made payment through my hdfc debit card and I was availing offer for 5 percent cashback for same transaction. But, till now I have not received my cashback amount. Can you please look into this. I tried to contact Amazon but they are saying this offer was from hdfc bank I need to contact hdfc bank. So can you guys please assist me.

              My previous complaint no - Ref No. TW[protected]
              Offer details - Get 5% cashback on a minimum purchase of Rs 2000 with HDFC Bank Debit Cards. Checkout with this item only to avail the offer.

              Note - I have been informed that I will get cashback after 90 days but now its around year still I am not able to find the cash back amount under debit card redemption section.

                  I applied fastag from your website on the date of 31/08/2020 at that time you said that i get fastag within 7 working days on my registered address but till time i am not received fastag on my address after 17 days.

                  How much time it's take to receive me fastag please confirm.

                    I had applied for ahdfc diners black credit via netbanking cards in september 2019.
                    At the time of application, there was a promotion offer on my net banking which said - "get lifetime free hdfc diners black credit card with smartpay registration at the time of application".
                    I had registered for smartpay at the time of application.
                    Later, i was informed that this smartpay offer is not applicable to diners black card. Whereas the offer was specifically for diners black card.
                    I wanted to confirm this on telephone and was thinking hdfc customer care would call me before issuing the credit card. But, i didn't got any calls and card was issued right away. And now i believe the conditions of the offer are being twisted to charge me annual fee, which is ethically wrong.
                    After reading this forum, i realised same has happened with a lot of people. This is wrong and hdfc bank should act on it and reverse these fraudulent annual/joining fee charged to customers.
                    In the screenshot, one can clearly see actual terms and conditions of the offer, which are not honoured by hdfc bank.

                      When i was taking this credit card bank informed me that if i register for smart pay with in 90 days of card setup date my card will become lifetime free
                      I did accordingly
                      Now they charged annual fee
                      After several email conversations they don't resolve my issue

                        The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                        First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

                          I had taken a sanchay par avantage policy, pilcy no. 22240412, from hdfc life, mg road branch, bangalore
                          I received the policy document on feb 10, 2020 and returned it on feb 17, 2020, well within the look-in period, since the policy details were different from what was explained to me by the advisor.
                          I had paid an amount of rs, 7, 27, 320 toward the policy and have even forwarded the bank statement to the advisor as proof of payment.
                          An amount of rs, 100320 has been refunded.
                          I have been following up with the advisor (Mr biswonath) and hdfc life support from the day i returned the policy, for the refund of my money.
                          It has been more than 7 months and hdfc life has not bothered to return the amount of rs. 627000
                          My repeated mails and calls to him have not been responded to.
                          I approached hdfc life due to the reputation it has built up in the market. This has been a very very bad experience.
                          I request help in getting an amount of rs 627000 to be refunded back to me immediately

                              Am being harassed for last 4-5 days by their so called experts/representatives just for one document. Every day a person calls up or a mail pops up saying that the address proof is still pending. This is inspite of the fact that the same has been provided multiple times, confirmed on mail as was asked on 12th sep and explained on call on daily basis. Every time it is said that we have taken note of it and you need not do anything but to my surprise and shock again a mail is received/ call is received repeating the same set of english commands and finally saying that our system is showing that your address proof document is missing.
                              This is utterly pathetic state of affairs. Better i would have gone to lic itself. Atleast i would make sure that none of my knows / contacts take any policy from hdfc.

                                  With reference to above settlement for hdfc credit card no.4014 xxxx xxxx 9632 due has been settled with hdfc bank dated 26.02.2020. Accordingly payment has been made of rs. 10500 till march, 20 and then after covid-19 situation came and lock down started, so due to covid-19 lockdown i am unable to pay any amount and after lock down, presently wanted to pay remaining settlement amount but concerns officers said no earlier settlement clause will be applicable because no payment being maid during lock down situation.

                                  My request is that considering covid -19 situation, allow me to pay remaining settlement amount for closing the issue at earliest.

                                      Cancellation of one assist membership
                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. My membership of one assist is getting renewed from 31-oct-2020 and more likely it is going to auto pay from credit card. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So i want this membership to be cancelled before it gets renewed.

                                        Hi following is my reference no of complaint submitted to bank[protected]
                                        i have tata policy, with auto payment from hdfc bank account on 04-sep-2020 but i have turned auto payment off before 5 days, but on 4th sep request hit for payment as there was no enough balance then on 11th they have charged me 590/- rs, i have talked to customer care but got no solutions, i have paid tata installment too, please provide me refund of 590/rs
