Jumpo loan 42066701 and 37293584 need to pre closure i remitted the amount in the given account last 4 month i am up downing in tiruvanmur branch credit card section but they refused to close amount 2 lak locked in the account several attempt made to resolve but could not able to catch a single person to customer oriented every lletter i got reply will soon close but 20 km updowning to bank nobody responded even today mr. Prakash from credit card section lb road, adayar he too respond to go for payment and settlement cell to anna nagar or write mail to parag raja to solve wo wont do

initially i dont asked them credit card they came volundarly requested to get the card even three month i refused to take card finally accepted the card and continously persuade me to gewt jumpo load that also i got as of thier fair approach (service) whether those people are retired from service

    Since my vehicle loan is pending from last 3 months due to this covid pandemic, and i've already opted in for moratorium,
    Even after i opted in for moratorium hdfc bank hold the amount of rs.7214/- without my consent. And i'm trying to contact customer from last 2 days but there is no reply from their side.
    And my grandfather admitted to hospital and there is no amount in my account.
    If they didn't unhold my amount as soon as possible i will not able to pay amount to hospital and bank will take the whole responsibility of it.

      I would like to bring to your notice that i had purchased an apple iphone xr on 23 february 2020 from amigos accessorize (Sco - 55, sector 11, panchkula, haryana). Payment was done by debit card. This payment was done under the scheme on the debit cards which had a 10% cashback with it, which i was entitled to receive within 90 days i. E. By 23 may 2020. I haven't received any cashback as of now and it has already been more than 90 days.
      I have written twice to the hdfc support on june 11 and june 30, but still no revert.
      HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
        And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont do this again to me.

          Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information from last two years.

          I am not aware why this amount was deducted. I was deducted amount of ₹60, 000 from my account as on date. This is happening for 2 time in a line, part of my salary loss every month.

          The bank people are not responding, i have tried calling them and i have also mailed them regarding this issue. But still no reply. One month loss amount screen shot enclosed.

          It would be helpful if i get my money back asap.

            I booked samsung tablet on 22 may but cancelled the tablet on the same day and amount debited from credit card was credited back to credit card on the same day but now the bank still charging interest on me on the tenture of 9 months

            Please look into this matter and cancel that loan

              I have bought my iphone7 with hdfc bank credit card on 28/02/2020. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 3000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                account opened but unable to transfer amount

                I have borrowed a personal loan of 1.5 lac from hdfc bank. Loan executive ms. Surabhi (Lg code s48045 and branch code 23666) asked me to open an insta account with hdfc so that my loan process will be easy. I agreed.

                My insta account has opened on 9 july, 2020, but till today, i am unable to withdraw my loan amount that was sectioned on 7 july 2020 means bank is calculating interest from 7th of july.

                I had purchased a smart phone online using credit hdfc card. But the order was cancelled & money was refunded. But i have got the phone payment also in my credit card statement & last date to credit card payment is 16 jul 2020. I have tried contacting customer care through phone many times but after a lengthy process of dialing digits still not able to connect to customer care as, in the end they use corona pandemic excuse to avoid call & say they have limited employs & cannot take a call.

                    First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                        Hi i have purchased iphone11 (128 gb) on 11/feb/2020 from retail store with offer of rs 6000 cash back with in 120 days (Means with 4 emi completed) clearly mentioned on bill as well as confirmed by hdfc personal also now my all 6 emi completed its been more than 155 days i haven't received my cash back, seems like bank is making fool o[censored]s. I tried to contact customer service many times but there is no response even i went to hdfc bank gangtok branch but still no solution came out.

                              Sub: payment of house tax of rs. 2, 834/- for my flat no. 255/202, index no. 69000479a101 (Ward no. 69, gokulpeth block 2)
                              Name: shridhar v moharil, rama niwas, 84, hill road, ram nagar, nagpur, under nagpur municipal corporation.
                              1) on 09/07/2020, i was trying to pay online, the above tax at www.nmcnagpur.gov.in by hdfc payment gateway option available there.
                              2) after giving all debit card related details, i clicked on pay button. The transaction was started by hdfc payment gateway, but went into hung condition for some reason not known to me, and did not come back with any error message.
                              3) i initiated the payment once again. This time, it was successful. I got the the online-nmc receipt no. 07/2020-21/0060423 mentioning online transaction number: [protected].
                              Accordingly, rs. 2, 834/- were correctly debited from my account under reference “by debit card-othpg[protected]n d p nagpur”.
                              4) but, after some time, i got a second debit of rs. 2, 834/- in my bank account under new reference “by debit card-othpg[protected]n d p nagpur”, due to earlier failed transaction. Because of failure i could not get the transaction no in this case.
                              I request hdfc help in getting the debit due to failed transaction reversed by hdfc gateway and provide the credit to my account. Please respond at my email id - [protected]@gmail.com or mobile no. [protected].

                              I am still waiting for a response from HDFC on this complaint. It is nearly a month now since I put the complaint.
                              Please respond early, else I will have to escalate the matter to HDFC higher authorities.

                                    I received a call from a person from hdfc who applied for my credit card.
                                    I was given the information that first year membership will be waived off and the card will be sent to me at my current mailing address (Hyderabad). After considering all the information being provided to me, i decided to go with the issue of a new credit card. After fifteen days i received a call from a courier agent that he is standing outside of my permanent address (Patna). Few days later i received yet another call that the card has been sent to my home branch and will have to collect from there or update my mailing address by visiting the same branch otherwise the card was going to be returned back to chennai (Both of the options given to me were so illogical and not at all viable due to the current pandemic) so the card returned to chennai. A few days ago i received an email saying that i have an unpaid bill on my credit card which was for membership fees. I called the same person who had issued my credit card but he said that he cannot help me in any possible way. After that i called the customer care number who said they are going to waive off the card charges which they did but there was a catch. Now in order to avail the same amount i have to spend money through the issued card within the current billing cycle, the same card which is with hdfc right now. So how am i supposed to do that. The due date is today (10/7/2020) so i paid the said amount. The total amount due was 590 which included 500 membership fee along with 90 rupees of gst for a card which i still don't have in my possession and for which i was told there won't be fees for the initial year and on top of all this 500 rupees refund which i can only avail if spent more money (Nice scheme hdfc bank is running).
                                    The matter here is not about 90 rupees and not even about 590 rupees but of two things:
                                    1) fairness which i think hdfc has a clear cut policy to rip off their customers every time they think they can.

                                    2) and about the current information which i wasn't provided in clear terms now when hdfc want me to pay, suddenly there are new terms and conditions

                                      I purchased something from amazon of amount 27, 990 from my credit card later when i cancellled refund got confirmed and they given rrn for refrence but its been 7 days that i didn't get refund in my credit card account and no body is responding from hdfc bank branch or neither from customer care.
