I have purchased iphone 11 with hdfc credit card on 7th february 2020 from croma. As mentioned by hdfc i did not receive the cashback of 6000/-.

    I had purchased iphone 11 with hdfc credit card which had an offer of 6000/- cashback within 120 days. However its been more than 150 days i have not received the cashback.

      I have cancelled a order on amazon, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

      Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending xxx for rs. Xx.00 has been credited/reversed by payuind on[protected]:02:21:00

      I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

          Hi, hdfc bank has hold 1484 amount from my bank account. I have salary account. Mu cust id is 20369064.
          First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

            My credit card running from hdfc bank, they deducted my rs 1500 and not provide the detail. Even i am not using this amount anywhere i ll write the mail also to her support team but no reply from bank side...

              I am working in a construction company where my company has provided me a bank account, branch at manikonda yesterday that is 01/07/2020 2262 rs is debited from my it shows it is pca d. I don't know why they have deducted and in transaction details it shows helprepcost.com, it is a fraud transaction i have not transfer any amount to any of the payment also i didn't got any of the message regarding money debited from my account.
              Please help me out of this

                  I purchased an Iphone 11 on 14th Feb 2020 with a cashback offer of 6000, however I have still not received the cashback. Generally they say that the cashback comes at yhe time of 4th emi, however I have not yet received the same. In July I will be paying the 4 th emi instalment.

                    I have bought my iphone11 on emi with hdfc bank credit card on 29/02/2020 from Imagine store at Elante mall in Chandigarh. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in store they said to check with bank. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible & credit the cashback amount. Thanks

                      I bought an iphone xr from poorvika mobiles, chrompet, chennai on feb 8th through my hdfc bank debit card emi option which promised to offer rs. 5000/- cashback within 120 days from the date of purchase. It has been 142 days and i still have not received the cash back from hdfc bank.

                            Dear Team,
                            I had purchased an iphone 11 on 11-Feb-2020 and i am eligible for 6000 rupees cashback as i have purchased my iphone through HDFC debit card it was clearly written on credit Card slip about the cashback.
                            And, this cash back was supposed to get credited within 120 days from the transaction month and this time period has already crossed and still didnt get any amount.
                            so, requesting you kindly look into matter and suggest whom to contact for the same.

                              I have done a purchase using HDFC credit card and it was mentioned that i will get get cashback of 10% within 90 days of transaction. But i have not received even after 120 days.
                              Customer care/phone banking people are not available to take complaints. Online portal has all other options to complain on but this topic is not available.

                                    I am hdfc bank credit card holder and my credit card number ending 9809. I had reported the fraud of purchase from my card and asked to block it, that time they told me about one assist and they told total fee will be rs.1899 for one year but now they debit rs. 2999.in the statement of my credit card due to pay on 12 july 2020. I don’t want to be continue this service further. So kindly cancel it and refund the amount debited.
