I am having account with hdfc bank where i invested in mutual fund. There is no provision to stop sip. Only redeem can be done. For stopping sip one need to go to bank submit hand written on plane paper to stop sip.

    I have sent mail in this regard to HDFC bank customer service and asked for clarification, but they said, offer is valid for Moneyback card and refund will be done after 90 days of the purchase.

    As per the offer, HDFC Bank refund rupees 3000/- as I have made the the purchase more than 20K.

    After 90 days, when I asked for refund, they have cheated me. Neither refund so far and nor clarification.

    What a great bank, nicely cheating the customer in the name of Smart offer. Not sure how many people got in to this trap? Is there any option to sue the HDFC Bank credit card division?

    Why did you sent this message if are unable to refund?
    I have spent lakhs and lakhs using this card. It is not worth of discussing rupees 3000/- as I have given business to HDFC bank much more than this. But see how nicely you are cheating in the name of false offer?
    I am not bothered if you had published in your website. But why did you sent a personal message to me stating there is a offer for your card?

        I m complaining about money withdrawn from my credit card. Transaction done from paytm noida. I have a hdfc bank regillia credit card. On 14th&15th june 2020 transaction of total 11, 500 rupees withdrawn from my card.. My mobile always gets msg but that time i didnt get any otp or msg regarding this transactions.
        Plz find out correct solution.

          I have already applied for emi moratorium on 14th june but still i didn't get any approval status/response from hdfc bank.

          My june emi has already been deducted, i didn't have sufficient balance in my account but ecs has been processed. It is showing minus balance in my account. Rs 1200 has been deducted by hdfc bank.

          According to rbi refund money will be credited within 5 days. I have applied on 14th june and still there is no changes in the status and they haven't processed the refund amount.

          I have sent emails to hdfc customer care, support team but no response from hdfc bank till date.

          Still there is no response from HDFC Bank.
          I havent received my refund amount from HDFC Bank, it's been 15 days pending from HDFC bank.
          I haven't received any moratorium approval update yet.

          On 7th June HDFC bank initiated ECS deduction against my personal loan. EMI amount is Rs 2452.

          There was no sufficient balance in my account on 7th June and I have applied for moratorium on 14th June. As per RBI regulation refund money will be credited within 5 days.

          On 8th June Rs 95.77 has been debited from my account by HDFC bank

          On 14th June Rs 200 has been debited from my account by HDFC bank

          On 22nd June Rs 1000 has been debited from my account by HDFC bank

          On 30th June Rs 1000 has been debited from my account by HDFC bank

          Again on 30th June Rs 1156.23 amount has been debited from my account by HDFC bank

          My EMI amount is Rs 2452 and the money they have deducted is more than my emi amount. I have applied for moratorium on 14th June but till date I didn't get any response from HDFC bank. They have deducted my EMI amount and extra money from my account.

          Even after sending several reminders I am not getting any response from HDFC bank.

          As per RBI regulation whosoever applied for moratorium the refund amount will be credited within 5 days if the bank deducted any EMI amount.

          It's been more than 15 days I have applied for moratorium but there is no response from HDFc bank.

          Refund my money asap..I will step neccessary action if I am not getting any updates by tomorrow.

          I have received one mail from HDFC bank on 24th June that customer care executive will call and discuss on the matter but no calls, emails has been received from HDFC.

          Would request you to approve the moratorium and refund my money asap.

          It's been 18 days I have applied for moratorium. You guys need more time to resolve this issue?

          I am doing follow up since last 2 weeks, still refund amount of Rs 3452 is not yet credited in my account.

          Another emi date has come and there is no development no updates and no support from HDFC. Disgusting service.

          I will definitely close my account, I will opt for some other bank. Never expected such bad service from HDFC team.

          As per RBI regulation Customers who have applied for EMI Moratorium in June 2020 and their EMI has already been deducted, will get an EMI refund within 5 working days.

          I will lodge a complaint in local police station.

          After 22 days 3 months moratorium got approved by HDFC Bank ( JUNE, JULY, AUGUST).

          but they have deducted Rs 3452 amount against my EMI in June that comes under moratorium.

          I am supposed to get the emi deducted amount in 5 days but didnt get any amount from HDFC.

              My relationship manager earlier she was good and quite supportive but my current relationship manager is quite slow and never call me back, if i have any queries he will check with team most of time it had not resolved. Request you to change my relationship manager.

                        I have bought 2 iphonexr phones with hdfc bank debit card on 24/02/2020 in apptronix hyderabad. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 each within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                          I bought an iphone 11 dated 8-feb-2020 in pune apple store, as per the transaction receipt from hdfc my transaction is eligible for 6000 cashback within 120 days, i haven't received the cashback yet and my the complaints to the help desk via email and the relationship manager are of no use. I hope this issue will be addressed in this forum and the cashback is credited as soon as possible.

                            The total due amount - 61556 is unacceptable.

                            The outstanding should not be more than 20, 000 as all the emis were clear by march. The complaint is taking much longer than expected.

                            Bank did not share the statement after the completion of the relevant emis. Also, no major expense has been made after december 2019 but the outstanding amount keeps growing abnormally. I have been paying the minimum amount without any gap in payments.

                            I request a simple statement in excel format of all the payments and expenses made from the date i started using the credit card.

                            Also, i am looking for a refund for the amount of extra pay. Please correct my statement. I have attached the screenshot of the document as i am unable to add any statement.

                              I purchased an ipad almost 4 months ago using my hdfc credit card opting for the 3000 rs cashback offer. The cashback was supposed to get credit within 120 days but it's been more than that and i haven't recieved my cashback yet. Please help me with this. I have all the required bills with me and the hdfc customer care is not very easy to approach.

                                Good afternoon,

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that for the past 3 months starting from april'20, there has been a debit of rs199 on monthly basis, claiming it be a mandate given to amazon in debiting my card.
                                Where as please be informed that i have neither given such mandate to amazon nor subscribed to audible gold monthly paid membership asin as claimed by amazon.
                                I have already written to amazon to stop such debit, but they have further done the same during this month.
                                I have attached the messages received from hdfc bank credit showing the transaction made and it is clearly without otp /pin.
                                Request you please stop processing of such mandate and also refund the amounts debited so far.

                                        I participated in hdfc homecenter cashback offer and bought a sofa worth rs. 55960/- and was supposed to receive a cashback of 10% with coupon code hcfur20.

                                        I applied the coupon during purchase and received relevant discount but the cashback is pending.
                                        The purchase was made on 6th of january 2020 and the cashback isn't received even after six months which is really bad.
