I had taken hdfc life sanchay plus policy no 22596545 on may 28, 2020 and while paying online premium of rs 104500/- double debit happened to my account. My bank had confirmed through mail on may 30, 2020 regarding twice payment received by hdfc life which has been agreed by hdfc life officials also. However, no refund has been received so far even after constant follow up. I am not happy with the services of hdfc life and requested for cancellation of my above policy also with in free look period. I request you to kindly arrange total refund of rs, 2, 09, 000/- (Rs104500/-as refund against double debit and rs. 104500/- towards cancellation of policy)
