I have purchased two iphone 11 using my hdfc bank credit card. One iphone i have bought in january and second one in february. It is written that an effective cashback of rs.6000/- will be credited to the account within 3 months or 90 days. Its been 6 months and 5 months. Not even a single cashback is credited into my credit card account. Please initiate the refund asap.

      I purchased an iphone 11 on 30th jan, 2020 as per the offer there should be a cashback of rs6000 after 120 days of purchase but till now i didn't received any cashback. Please help to get the cashback.

      Note:- i purchased the phone by card ending with 7842 which got lost in march 2020 and a new card has been issued. This might be a reason for not receiving the cashback. Kindly look into the issue and help me

            I was supposed to receive a cashback of 6000 inr for purchasing iphone 11 in offer period. I purchased the item on 31st january 2020 and as per the policy of bank, cashback was supposed to be credited within 120 days from the last day of transactional month. Its been 130 days now and still i haven’t received the cashback. This is not the kind of service we expect from such a reputed bank.
            Please resolve it asap.

              This is regarding cashback for an online purchase in amazon using hdfc bank debit card. I have purchased oneplus 7 in amazon using my hdfc debit card on 6th october 2019. There was an cashback offer of ₹2000 for that purchase. But even after 90 days have been passed, cashback hasn’t yet credited to my account. The order details are attached below for your reference.
              Please look into it asap, let me know when it will be credited. I have mailed regarding this several times still not received any update.

                  I got a call from a person from [protected] to tend to be an hdfc executive named as rizwan was giving me a loan of around 2 lakh on the basis of life insurance policy tied with indiafirst.
                  He told me to purchase a policy and i have purchased the policy in december 2019 but he was constantly saying that there is a process going on for a loan. Many times he is not picking up my call.

                  We have great trust on hdfc company so i hope you guys will take some actions.

                    I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 25/01/2020 in croma nashik. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                            I have purchase merchandise from louis philippe and there was 10% cashback if you pay through hdfc bank credit card but the cashback amount has not been credited in my account. It’s been 115 days. It’s been a long time and no one is paying attention to my complaint neither hdfc nor louis philippe.                               Today 13/06/20, i got message that 3079/- is being debited from my credit card for one assist & the kit will be dispatched soon. It wasn't even asked to me before for this kind of service. I was thinking to keep money in this bank but after this, i will not. Today you've deducted from my credit card, tomorrow you'll deduct from debit card. No guarantee.

                              As it was a 2nd saturday, i couldn't even visit the branch & due to corona, call centres are also closed. Refund my 3079/- asap.

                              I'm not disclosing any confidential details here. Reply me asap to get this over.

                                I have not received cash back on purchase of iphone xr dated 13/01/2020 to till now. Company claims that they credited the cash back rs.5000 within 120 days from the date of purchase.

                                        I purchased iphone 11 using hdfc bank debit card on 26/01/2020 from cariano store, kamla nagar delhi through which i was entitled to receive a cashback of rs.6000.00 within 120 days. I have not received the cashback as of now. I also contacted the store but they asked me to contact the bank. The customer care service of the bank is not functional. I have come here hoping for a resolution.
