I had opened savings account in hdfc aburoad (Rajasthan) 307026!

I am not satisfied with the kind of staff they have in hdfc bank aburoad ;zero staff behaviour, they don't know how to talk to their customers and don't know how to respond!

My complain (1) - i told them to give me visa platinum card and they forcefully gave me rupay card!

After few days they gave me visa card saying your rupay debit card amount will be reversed back in 10-12 days but till today it didn't!

2nd complain - i did international transaction and at transaction time i was charged 2.95 % debit card charges but i have been charged again 775 rs yesterday unknowingly.

Solve the matter and take care of hdfc aburoad staff as they are drowning the name of hdfc bank!

    Card ending 8140 from gurgaon outlets on[protected] despite assurance to be credited in card account within 120 days

      Hello, my account my blocked in a march without reason. If i go for bank they are not at all responding. This is the worst service from hdfc.

        Dear sir/madam,

        I sai kumar a/c - [protected] ifsc - hdfc0000085. I here to complaint you about the deduction of my 956.15rs from account balance which was kept on hold by (Gefu) on 22 may 2020. From past 15 days i m trying to call the customer service but it's useless nothing is helpfull the call couldn't connect the customer care personal. And just tell me the reason y did the (Gefu) kept my amount on hold nd now it's showing 0.00rs on hold so we're did the amount and were the proper details of this deducted amount.
        I need a reply or call from customer personal as soon as possible.

            On 2nd jan 2020, i purchased iphone xr and aipods from montana store pune through my hdfc debit card ending with 3963, where there was a cashback offer within 90 days for hdfc account holders. Its almost 6 months i have’nt received any cashback.
            Transaction details : iphone xr : [protected] (49900)
            Air pods : [protected] (14000)
            Please get this cash back cleared.

              I have received a message from hdfc bank "alert:rs.999.00 spent via credit card at amazon1258399 on[protected]:12:32:00 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected].
              I tried to call customer service but no response" i also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.999. I want my money back as its a fraud transaction. Please help me out

                        I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 03/01/2020 in Panipat haryana. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in seller, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                          Hi I have purchased an i phone 11 in january but till date my cashback is not credited . Which was to be credited within 120 days .I have been trying to call the customer care but its shutdown from last 3 months now and nowhere to reach for this complaint.

                          I have already mailed the support id but its been over a month no response is been given.
                          Kindly let me when will I receive it.

                              MCTF ATM Transaction

                              Sir 10000 deduct (Update: inr 10, 000.00 debited from my account on 10-june-2020. Info: mctf atw 10/06/2020 from my account.
                              I call to customer care they said you make a atm transaction of 10000rs. On 10/06/2020. At that time 10000 rs. Debited from my account and credited at the same time, but i didn't get any message of these transactions. And now they are saying that transaction have been made succesfully.
                              How is this possible.br...

                                I bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 5th january 2020. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.                                   Have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                                  1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i dont have the debit card.

                                  2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dont know why is it happening. Why hdfc bank is incapable in this matter in the present modern world!

                                    with reference to above my credit card is misused between 26/05/2020 and 09/06/2020. I came to know about it only on 9/06/2020 evening when I received a message that a transaction of Rs 4000/- has been done on PAyTM by using my card details. When i enquired on the given tollfree no they informed me that transaction were done regularly by using my card details but during this period i neither received any OTP or message mentioning the usage of the card while the card is with me. Please look into the matter and reimburse the debited amount to my account.

                                      Had purchased iphone 11 pro from croma store on 29th feb 2020 using my hdfc bank debit card, at the time of purchase there was a offer from bank for 6000 cash back after 120 days. But its been more than 120 days and i haven't received the cashback yet in my account, if the bank cannot process the services they extent then why should they bring on such scheme, just lemme know how best i can go ahead to resolve this issue.
