      Kindly inform to you how do i withdraw excess charged on my credit card. I am hdfc credit card holder. My credit card number ×××××××××1460 my credit card statement as on date 18/04/2020 will be excess charged sum of rs - 159. 62 + 159.62 and another one 18/03/2020 will be excess charged sum of rs - 201. 60 + 201.60
      So as above amount withdraw & how do i withdraw excess on my credit card. Thanks

        Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]r4 i got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]r4 status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. Aakriti agarwal, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got personal loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards sunil kumar [protected] & [protected] please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved. Hoping positive response.

            I had brought a i phone for which i was ensured by hdfc through an offer that i will be provided a cashback of rs 5000 within 120days. Its been more than 150days and i havent received any cashback. This is very unprofessional and i expect the cashback asap.

              I (Aditya bajaj) have purchased i phone xr on 23.01.2020 from satyam electronic, jayanti bazar, jaipur. There was an offer of rs. 5000 cash back on payment through hdfc bank debit card and i made the payment from hdfc bank debit card amounting to rs. 48100/- but till date cash back of rs. 5000/- is not received although more than 120 days have been passed.

                  hdfc bank complaint about brn cash txn chgs incl gst charge

                  Hi,

                  I am hdfc account holder, from the last two month my account got deducted 177rs ("brn cash txn chgs incl gst") 3times. I didn't receive any message or alert from you when i checked my account statement i came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behaviour about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.

                  I purchased cloth at life style on 11/10/2019.
                  The amount value rs.29554/-. That amount i swiped by hdfc debit card. That time 10% offer cash back was on going.
                  The cashback is still not received. I call customer care 3 times and complainted that issues. No response past 7 months.
                  I am not still receive the cashback points.
                  So please do the need ful for me.

                    Dir dbt chg incl gst is mentioned in passbook and 118 rs debited. I m not understanding why this charge was occurred.
                    This kind of attitude from bank is completely looting n cheating the customer.

                      I have purchased a fastag from hdfc (Online) in december 2019
                      It was not working from beginning (Not reading in toll plaza)
                      I had raised complaint in their customer care over phone many times, each time they asked me to try again in toll plaza and let them know
                      At last on may 20, 2020 they asked me to send email to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, i sent email (Attached the photo of fastag sticker). But i didn't get any reply from their side,
                      Again i called them many times to know status of my complaint, most of times they are saying their site is down so could not check, at last on june 1st they told me it will be solved in 24 hrs and i will get a call back from their side. Till now no reply.

                          I through mobiwik app transferred 2000 to unocoin technologies and my record shows the the amount has been debited from my account on 3rd june 2020
                          Mobiwik ref num[protected].
                          The unocoin technologies has informed that the same has been refunded to bank account but the same is yet to be reflected.
                          Please help to trace my amount and getting it credited into my bank acct.

                              I have bought my iphone11 pro max with hdfc bank debit card on 01/10/2019 in ipixel hubli. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 7000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in ipixel, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible. I called bank 2 weeks ago, they said me to send a mail to customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com. They havent replied to my mail still. Registered mobile number - [protected]

                                  I had purchased apple iphone 11 (128gb) on 11/01/2020 using hdfc bank debit card and was eligible for a cash back of inr 6000/-. As per offer, cashback amount was supposed to be credited within 120 days from purchase but i haven't yet received it. Kindly help to resolve this issue.

                                      I have purchased an Iphone 11 on 28th january 2020 using hdfc debit card on hdfc bank’s offer 6000rs cashback using its debit card.

                                      According to bank’s condition, cashback must be deposited in tha account within 120 days from the date of purchase, but i haven’t received cashback even after 120 days.

                                      For the reference, i m attaching the receipt of payment.
