I have multiple loans with hdfc bank including one auto loan, one personal loan, one insta loan on my credit card and i have one joint account with my mother in hdfc on which i have a jumbo loan. I have applied moratorium for all 4 loans in april for the same i have received a confirmation from hdfc bank on my registered email id (April 3)

But till now still, all the installments are hitting into my account. My account is in negative right now and not able to avail moratorium for the coming months.
Tried contacting hdfc bank multiple times but not able to connect with any customer care executive.
Please help me out and let me know how can i proceed legally in this case.
