I had purchased an iPhone 11 on 10th February, 2020 and it’s been over 120 days of the purchase and I haven’t received ₹6000 which I was entitled to as per their scheme.

    Sir 10000 deduct (Update: inr 10, 000.00 debited from my account on 10-june-2020. Info: mctf atw 10/06/2020 from my account.
    I call to customer care they said you make a atm transaction of 10000rs. On 10/06/2020. At that time 10000 rs. Debited from my account and credited at the same time, but i didn't get any message of these transactions. And now they are saying that transaction have been made succesfully.
    How is this possible.
    Now 10000 rs. Have been deducted from my account as mctf atw transaction.
    Sir pls revert asap.

        I bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 5th january 2020. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible

          Have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

          1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i dont have the debit card.

          2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dont know why is it happening. Why hdfc bank is incapable in this matter in the present modern world!

            with reference to above my credit card is misused between 26/05/2020 and 09/06/2020. I came to know about it only on 9/06/2020 evening when I received a message that a transaction of Rs 4000/- has been done on PAyTM by using my card details. When i enquired on the given tollfree no they informed me that transaction were done regularly by using my card details but during this period i neither received any OTP or message mentioning the usage of the card while the card is with me. Please look into the matter and reimburse the debited amount to my account.

              Had purchased iphone 11 pro from croma store on 29th feb 2020 using my hdfc bank debit card, at the time of purchase there was a offer from bank for 6000 cash back after 120 days. But its been more than 120 days and i haven't received the cashback yet in my account, if the bank cannot process the services they extent then why should they bring on such scheme, just lemme know how best i can go ahead to resolve this issue.

                    I applied for hdfc bank fastag on 21 may 2020 and my wallet got created on 28th may 2020 but still i am waiting for my fastag delivery.

                    I choose hdfc bank fastag because of my trust in hdfc brand but unfortunately as a customer i am loosing faith in the brand because of this tremendous delay.

                    I tried to call 6-7 times on your customer care but every time either i am getting excuses like system not working or having huge pendency of month march.

                    If this is the situation then why is it not supposed to inform customers initially at the time of signing up.

                    Kindly cancel my request and refund the full amount of 500 inr deducted from my hdfc bank saving account.

                              I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 13/01/2020 from reliance digital pune. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 145 days. I have tried contacting the bank several times but i wasnt able to connect with them as there is no option now to talk with the customer care executive. I have registered two complaints for which i havent got any response even after 20 days. I have asked reliance digital, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                              After registering my complaints over here I have received several spam calls asking me that have you filled in any complaints regarding CashBack. When I said I did and asked them when will i get my money they said you will get it today itself but you have to forward one sms to them. Then only they will be able to process it. When I checked the sms it was upi%#@&#% this kind of msg. Then they callled me several times asking me to forward the sms which I didn’t. So our informations are getting leaked from here and is not confidential as it t seems. I request everyone who to look for these kind of spam callers and not to do anything they ask l. The bank never ask . And one funny thing is that they said they will put the money to my debit card. When I asked why they were like blah blah. So beware guyz. And I don’t know if it’s through this platform or not I got my cashback to my credit card. Thanks

                                I have purchased iphone 11 from poorvika mobiles, kanthanchanvadi, chennai on 31/01/2020 using my hdfc bank credit card. I have been notified about an offer of 6000 inr cash back after 120 days of last day of transaction month. Now, the date have been crossed, but no cash back have been added into my account. Requesting relevant person to have a look into this and do the needful.

                                  Seriously do you think people have funds to pay loans? What does moratorium mean when one is literally struggling to bring food on the table. I’m a member of your bank and i have no job hence no funds to pay my loans and credit cards. Instead of moratorium can’t an option be given of grace period until you get a job because i have lost my job and i’m struggling to get one. I was pregnant due to which i had to quit my job because of my standing job. When i started looking out for a backend job literally i was not hired due to my pregnancy to which the company did not tell me directly but it’s quite evident. After my delivery i had to go through lockdown and even worst i couldn’t get myself a job, however since i’m a makeup artist i used to freelance. Now due to the foreseen circumstances i can’t even freelance. I’ve been borrowing funds from relatives and friends just to fulfill my family needs. Hope there is a consideration for such circumstances. I hope to find a solution rather than just increase in my interest rates for non payment. Please allow me some grace period at least until i get a secured job and i assure you to pay my debts faithfully. Thank you.
