I want to cancel my one assist membership on my credit card. They are charging me with membership fees without my permission or consent. I do not need this membership plan.

      This is the 5th time i am complaining about this.
      Hdfc never keeps their promise
      Dont get fooled by theri 6000 cashback scheme
      Its been 4 months. They have not provided me cashback. Whenever i make complaint. They send me auto generated e-mails but never resolve them

        I had bought an iphone 11 on the scheme where i was entitled a cashback of 6000/- within 120 days of transaction. It’s been 120 days and i still haven’t received it yet.

            I have purchased iphone 7 in october 2019 via hdfc credit card and i was supposed to receive cash back of rs 5000 within 30 days. I haven’t received the cash back yet.

                I have bought iphone 11 on 23 jan 20 using hdfc bank credit card. Till now i have not received any cash back even after 120 days.
                I tried to talk to hdfc credit card customer care but no one is attending the call. I also tried to talk with bank representatives but they are not able to help me. Please do the needful.

                  Hi there,

                  I today purchased an item from ebay using from hdfc forex card... Unfortunately the seller account was compromised so i would not be receiving the item i paid money for...

                  The transaction is currently in pending state... Please help it not getting settled or file a chargeback...

                  Reply asap... £400 at stake.

                    On 24.03.2020 at nigh 11:00 o'clock, almost 24 trasanction amounting rs. 4706/- was done by some google *octro. I have not done these transactions. Just then i received a call from hdfc bank asking whether i did these trasanction or not. I said no. I card got blocked instantly.

                    For refund of my debited amount i called several time to customer care of hdfc bank. They say recovery team will contanct within 2 days but no body called me till date. It is very difficult to directily contact hdfc customer care executived because of lengthy computer generated option. If calls get connected also then no positive response. Till date i have not recieved my money. I left with no option but to complain at banking ombudsman.

                      This is reference to policy no: 17645708 and 17634462. I wish to inform you that i had purchased both two policies (First[protected] hdfc life super saving plan 20/05/2015) and (Second[protected] hdfc sl progrowth super ii 26/05/2015), which both have lock in period of 2 years from date of issued as per your employee. Same has been expired on 26/05/2018. I was unable to pay the premium, contacted the your chandigarh office and send many emails for refund of amount and chandigarh area manager anuj mathur [protected] and duputy manager supriya [protected] was told that the both policies has got a lock in period of 5 years, now 5 years are over but still i m not getting my amount back despite of repeated visit to your branch. Your agents just cheat us making false commitments to sell the policies. Kindly look into the matter and make arrengent for the refund of my matured amount in the form of cheque or dd. Or i have to move to the consumer court for the same.

                        I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 1st february, 2020 in apple store logix mall, noida, sector -32. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked to store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                          I was supposed to receive the cashback of 6000 inr for porchasing iphone 11. I purchased the item on[protected] and as per the policy of bank cashback was supposed to be credited within 120 days from the last day of transactional month. Its been 125 days now and still i haven’t received the cashback. This is not the kind of service we expect from such a reputed bank.

                                    Hello hdfc team,
                                    I have applied for emi moratorium for loan a/c[protected] and for loan a/c[protected] on[protected]. For the months june to august.

                                    But you have rejected my extension for moratorium why...

                                    As per guidelines of rbi emi moratorium it is extended from 3 months to 6 months it is clearly mentioned by rbi.
