      I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 04/02/2020 from unicorn infosolutions. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, 120 days are completed now . I have asked in unicorn infosolutions, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

        Iplanet-apple premium resellers, inorbit mall, whitefields, bengaluru, karnataka - 560066
        As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          I had purchased an iphone11 on 26th Jan, 2020 which was eligible for a cashback of INR 6000 within 120 days. This has still not been processed & there is no way to contact the customer care.

            I am not interested in one assist membership which will expire on 13th of june every year. For last few years even after complaining the bank is auto debiting the amount which i am not at all interested. I am requesting you to cancel my membership as soon as possible.

                The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 624.98 as mi revenue hold through gefu, the customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not help full.

                    Hdfc bank hold my balance of 1, 169 with the following reason "mirevenue hold through gefu" if this is because of does not maintaining minimum balance i want to clarify my account is salary account which should be zero balance account. The same amount on 29th of may 2020 got deducted once amount was credited into my account and again same amount was put in hold 03rd of june 2020. Couldn't able to connect to customer care also.

                        Hi,

                        I have user car loan, the emi auto debit date 07th of every month, the emi debited on the date 07th may 2020 and on 14th may 2020 again debited emi amount as "manual hold charge". What this means when i will get back those amount.

                              Fastag application reference number hfr380599. No email received and amount deducted / paid from my account.
                              I have applied for fastag, but a message flashed (Attached) that the fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id. Unable to contact at [protected] as no response on this number, and no contact email for complaint.

                                      I bought iphone 11 from faridabad merchandiser. I was updated that i will receive a cashback within 120 days however its been 6 months, i am waiting for the cashback. I checked with the shopkeeper from which i bought the phone. He said that i have to contact the bank. I tried approaching custoner care however ivr not let me through. I never expect such hassel from the big service provider like hdfc bank.
