Respected sir/madam,

Greetings!!

I've made a transaction to vendor 1mg by using hdfc bank credit card through payment gateway: paytm rs. 2498/- on 08.04.2020 successfully.

Due to unavailability of the product the order got cancelled on the same day itself and the refund amount rs. 2498/- has been initiated by the vendor 1 mg with reference no: rrn/refund id: 20200409111212801300168384265857591 on 09.04.2020.

Since then, i was waiting for the refund amount to my account, unfortunately the same is did not get credited to my account even after more than a month.

I had raised a complaint to hdfc bank and called to customer care multiple times but no one is there to address my problem, i'm not sure about that, whether the bank is having customer care service or not?, if the bank is having customer care service to serve their customers, definately some one should have responded by this time from hdfc bank's end.

Would request you to kindly check this complaint and get back my refund amount to my account at the earliest.

      My name is freezan mohammed and i bought an iphone11 using my hdfc debit card since hdfc provides a 6000 rs refund. Its been 4 month and the money has not yet been refunded. Also i have written several times for the bank along with the bill copy but no response yet. These are hard times and i would like the bank to do what they promised their customers.

      This is reference to policy no: 17645708 and 17634462. I wish to inform you that i had purchased both two policies (First[protected] hdfc life super saving plan 20/05/2015) and (Second[protected] hdfc sl progrowth super ii 26/05/2015), which both have lock in period of 2 years from date of issued as per your employee. Same has been expired on 26/05/2018. I was unable to pay the premium, contacted the your chandigarh office and send many emails for refund of amount and chandigarh area manager anuj mathur [protected] and duputy manager supriya [protected] was told that the both policies has got a lock in period of 5 years, now 5 years are over but still i m not getting my amount back despite of repeated visit to your branch. Your agents just cheat us making false commitments to sell the policies. Kindly look into the matter and make arrengent for the refund of my matured amount in the form of cheque or dd. Or i have to move to the consumer court for the same.

        My name is freezan mohammed and i bought an iphone11 using my hdfc debit card since hdfc provides a 6000 rs refund. Its been 4 month and the money has not yet been refunded. Also i have written several times for the bank along with the bill copy but no response yet. These are hard times and i would like the bank to do what they promised their customers.

            My account is showing 1842 rs hold charges which says as
            Mirevenue hold threough gefu hold by hdfc bank

            Why are these banks charging us these non maintenance charges at this time when every bank has said not to charge any maintenance charges to the customer in this lockdown and curfew

                I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 22-nov-2019. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in croma, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                  Dear hdfc team,

                  I hope you all are safe and taking necessary precautions to prevent yourselves from covid-19 outbreak. I am shivani kalsi and i have diners club credit card *privilege* which i am using from last four months and now you have charged membership fee 2520₹ + gst however your executive told me in the beginning when i received this card that if would add one utility bill (Electricity, telephone, water bill, postpaid bill etc.) then this card will be free for lifetime so now i will not pay these charges because my friends also holding same card and they have added utility bills (Smart pay) and now their card is lifetime free.

                  I will not pay a single penny on the name of membership fee +gst because i have already added my airtel broadband bill and it's been four months.

                        The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 2, 202.59 as mi revenue hold through gefu, ac number is

                        The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                        First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                        When i visit my near branch (Neral) they say it hold due to bouncing emi's but not able to clarify the amount.

                          I cancelled an order at aliexpress, which in turn refund was initiated. I was told to wait 3-8days but it's almost 12 days now i haven't received my refund..
                          Moreover today i got a mail from aliexpress that refund was confirmed and settled.. But my amount is not credited... Please hdfc bank kindly credit the amount asap..

                            Sir,
                            I have a car loan with bank of baroda where emi is getting deducted from my salary account of hdfc bank. While lock down goi declared moratorium, and while talking to bank of baroda on 12th april, 2020 branch office, they have told that i need to pay my loan emi manual by 15th of every month and so i did pay from my salary account. On the same time, hdfc bank was not reachable at all over their customer care phone and relationship manager number even. Now, hdfc has deducted 590 rs in each month (Reference transaction id mir[protected] and mir[protected] where i have paid manual emi to bank of baroda on the name of ". Ach debit return charges". Whereas i have already paid it one day in advance of mandate as per bank of baroda shyamal branch, ahmedabad instruction given to me.

                            While communicating the same with my relationship manager, she is also admitting that due to lockdown in ahmedabad she was also not reachable and hdfc customer care didn't communicate this rule to me over this mandate. It was between bank of baroda and me which i have settled down and paid. Now on the name of mandate charges hdfc charges unethically and that's too when it should support on humanity basis and shouldn't levy any such charges specially while lock down period.

                            I request you to support and provide me refund me this 2 months' unethical charges and charge back hdfc and take action against such draconian unethical practices.

                              Dear indian consumer complaints, rbi and hdfc bank,

                              Let me begin by saying that the hdfc bank has closed there customer support, a bank who has no customer support and people's money are involved here in this bank.

                              I purchased a product online at amazon.in, i cancelled it on that very day only due to financial reason. I needed to cancel my emi with hdfc.

                              I sent them all the details, and the confirmed loan is active but due to covid situation, they do not people available to cancel the loan hence they can not help, this is pathetic support from hdfc.

                              I filed a complain formally with rbi india. I will request hdfc to get this resolved and get the emi cancelled at the earliest.

                              No one is replying to any of the messages, email, phone call at hdfc, here are all the email id's, visited hdfc branch, no one helped me.

                                I had purchased my iphone xr on 7th jan 2020 and as per the offer i was entitled to get a cash back of inr 5000 within 120 days from the transaction month. It’s been more than the designated timeline and i’m yet to receive any amount.

                                  Hi team, i activated my credit card before 3 months and added my vodafone postpaid bill on smartpay through my hdfc advisor. Rm - apoorve tiwari (Hdfc indore branch) they asked me to pay vodafone bill within 1 year through credit card to make it free of cost. I followed the same thing. But now i got my credit card bill in which it is showing addition credit card charge as well. They said that we will take responsibility and all our conversation has been recorded so you dont worry otherwise i was not interested for credit card but they forced me. Kindly assist for the same.

                                    I purchased shoes from ajio on an cashback offer from hdfc which provided for cashback within 3 months of purchase but now it has been 6 months and to no avail hdfc has not given cashback as promised. I e-mailed them regarding my concern but still they don't want to listen. They must not announce cashback offers if they don't want to adhere to timeline. They caused mental agony to me, which i am thinking to bring up to the notice of consumer court soon.

                                      We applied for emi moratotorium and request was accepted on 12th april 2020. Loan amount was already deducted on 6th of april i. E rs.50472.00. Only the emi for may was not been deducted on that 6th may. Now all of a sudden today 30th may hdfc bank suddenly charged rs.47552.00 for loan manual hold charge.

                                        I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 23/01/2020 in poorvika mobile store chennai. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in poorviaka store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                        Still now i have not received any notification from HDFC credit card division. From the day one of purchase i have a problem on this purchase, first the EMI was not converted properly and i fought for that for one month and then now the cash back offer. Totally useless service. Please don't do any promotion like this to fool the customers.
