I purchased iphone 11 on 9th oct, 2019 from iconcept store, phase 7, mohalli. Using my hdfc credit card. There was an offer of rs.6000 cashback on hdfc credit and debit cards on purchase of new iphone within 120 days.

I am posting this complaint on 1st june, 2020.
There is still no trace of cashback even after 8 months.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have ordered a mobile Iphone11 through HDFC Smartbuy Amazon offer through my HDFC Infinia Card offer, which enables me to get a cashback of Rs.19200/- after 90 days of invoice. My date of invoice is 2 December 2019. Till date I am waiting to get a single communication, but nothing received. Kindly resolve the issue. The details are

          The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
          First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

            On 18.05.2019, i approached the kottar nagercoil branch for financial assistance to purchase a new car for my own use by giving quotation through whats app.
            On 22.05.2019, the bank released a sum of 6, 30, 500/- (Loan no.[protected] to the showroom who gave quotation, without my knowledge. I took delivery of the vehicle on 28.06.2019.
            Later the bank informed that, an amount of 24, 470/- has been deducted towards gps, insurance & processing fee and demanded to remit rs10, 467/- per month.
            Based on my complaint, the bank again collected 1, 000/- and rescheduled the loan by fixing loan amount as 6, 11, 000/- and emi as 10, 143/- (No. 6756544).
            The bank further informed that, the old loan (No.[protected] was closed and the new loan will be alive. While going through my credit health report i came to know that, the above loan was not closed and the amount of 6, 30, 500/- is till pending payable with my account.
            Therefore, i made complaint on 07.04.2019 and 22.05.2019 through email to close the above loan (No.[protected] and to clear the amount of 6, 30, 500/- from my account.
            But, till date i didn't receive any reply from the bank in this regard. Therefore, once again i request you to close the above loan.
            Further, i request you to return the amount 1, 972/- [amount collected by the bank rs1, 000/- + excess emi paid 972/- (July 2019, august 2019 and september 2019 ie, 324 x 3 = 972/-)] at the earliest.

              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1663 without my concern on date: 30/05/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                Hdfc customer support is very bad. They mark my complain as resolved without resolving my issue. There is no call from hdfc credit team. And if you are calling to hdfc executive and senior sale executive they are not picking your phone. Sales person only completing their target. And when you applied in hdfc after that there is no support from hdfc. I have applied in hdfc for home loan. On the time of applying executive told me loan will approve with in 7 days. But after applying and paying processing fee there is no proper response from hdfc. I don't know what is going on. 10 june is last date of disbursement to builder after that builder will charge me interest. But there is no call from their side. Hdfc customer support is very bad. I do not think my loan will approve and disburse on time. And i have to pay interest amount to builder. I do not recommend to any one to apply in hdfc if they need urgent loan. Now what can i do i don't know. Please solve my issue.

                  I contacted irctc about my refund issue. They said that their refund is processed and money will be reflected in bank account within 3 to 5 days. Its been more than a week since my amount isn't refunded. I contacted irctc and they told me to ask from the bank end. Kindly help me.

                      I have been charged rs. 1180 in my credit card for a renewal fee. This is the card which was sent to me after i received a call from hdfc bank. I was told that the card was free with absolutely no fee whatsoever. I asked again and again if there were any conditions and i was told there was no fee since i had a salary account with a company that was associated with hdfc bank.

                      This card was sent to me as an upgrade to an existing credit card that i had which was actually free and i had been using for a couple of years.

                      One day i received a call from hdfc bank that they'd send me an upgraded card and there'd be no charges as usual, as an offer for those with salary accounts.

                      Now i have been charged rs. 1180.

                      I have sent 4 emails, filed on complaint form, sent messages on twitter but no reply at all. The bill is due tomorrow.

                        Today 30th, may 2020 we were in in hdfc cidco nashik branch for cash withdrawal. We have preferred account in nashikrd branch.
                        They branch maneger & trailers person kept us waiting 25 minute without reason even we are first in que they attend other customer and ask us to wait
                        We were agree to pay withdrawal charges also
                        Maneger was cheat chatting not given clearance till we ask question

                        Its simple harassments they have no write to remove from que. Are they have?
                        You are not beggar we have our money with your bank. Hdfc bank is using my money free

                        I want to no reason of this
                        Why should we register criminal complaint & in consumer protection forum also.

                          I have sufficient balance on my account on emi date but emi was not debited,
                          Now at the end of the month after passing 23days since last emi date company deducted same amount as name stated loan manual hold charges.

                          Hdfc bank let me clear i have full month account statement and the amount remains more than emi amount

But manager not respond so iam call opening staff and tell mater. That time staff tell you return give kit and close bank account. After iam stop my cheak that the reson cheq returnd. After bankn staff kiran call me after tell close accound that time iam asked to kiran please give managor number that time kiran cheat me he give another number and tell thats manager number. Iam a fool that time iam trust kiran iam share my detail fot that number. That 2 peoples are cheat me. After iam tel today night iam return give kit but that day iam full busy. That the reson iam not nk after tommarow 30/052020 kiran and 2 friends come my home after tellsigh this form.                               I called customer care to report a fraud transaction and in return they blocked my account, debit card and net banking.
                              I went to bank and completed all formalities to resume the same and they said it will be activated same day after 4 pm

                              Today 3 days have passed but everything is still blocked, my emi's gets deducted on 1 of every month and now they will be bounced and i will be levied a penalty. Who is responsible for the same, why take so much time to activate the account again.

                                On 29/5/2020 i maintain some amount of ₹1300 for my emi on 2nd june 2020. But today 30/5/2020 i check with my balance it seems only ₹899.
                                ₹400 of my amount hold through this mirevenue gefu. I download my account statement there is no reflection of this holding amount so now how can i process my payment. Atleast you give a intimation or awareness about this it's your mistake only..

                                  I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank CC on 27th jan 2020 from imagine Bangalore. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in Imagine, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.
