I booked american airlines travel tickets for me and my spouse to visit usa using my hdfc credit card on 25th feb 2020. The value of the tickets was rs.2, 61, 536/- for the planned trip in april 2020. This credit card transaction appeared in hdfc card statement dated 17.03.2020. The total dues of this statement was paid on 04.04.2020.

Due to the prevailing coronavirus pandemic we have cancelled our travel and requested american airlines for refund of the ticket value. American airlines had confirmed that two refunds each for 130768.00 inr were refunded to my hdfc master card ending in 8965 on 28 april 2020 and requested me to contact the bank/card company. They also provided the reference number a-152349ae-d1c5-4f06-b8c5-225e21a65bb6, for this transaction in order to track the refund. I have written mail to my hdfc bank relationship manager providing the transaction reference and he confirmed me that mail was sent to the concerned department to expedite the refund amount. It is already been more than 20 days passed and i am yet to receive the refund amount in my hdfc bank credit card.

I have no other option now except to lodge a complaint for the abnormal delay in posting the refund transaction by the hdfc mastercard to my credit card account. I am losing heavy interest since it is a high value transaction. May the concerned authorities look into this and arrange immediate posting of the refund amount in my account?

I raised the complaint on 22nd May 2020 and it was acknowledged by HDFC Bank Customer Care on 29th May 2020. Till date the issue is not resolved and I did not get any further update from them.

    I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 1/26/2020 in apptronix bangalore. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

      Have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 10/10/2019 in pai international electronics ltd bangalore. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in pai international electronics bangalore, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          Last January 2020 I buyer iphone 11.but still now i did not received cash from HDFC.In janvary month I buyed iphone 11 using my HDFC bank debiit card with cash bach offer.they said cash back will be deposited with in 120 days.but still now i did not received any cash back

                I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

                2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                  Hi, i haven't receive the cash back of rs 6000 for iphone 11 purchase on 12 jan 2020. Purchase amount was converted to emi and 3 emi transaction is over. It has crossed 120 days. Tried to call in call center but due to lockdown there was no option in ivr. Also raised complain via hdfc portal but no response. Can you please check and revert.

Is he from Consumer complain team? as he mentioned he is and he has all info about this complain. Sorry but i am finding it fishy as who works on Sunday and why same person calling me from different number everytime.

                    I was promised by the bank that if i use hdfc credit card to make the payments of iphone purchase i would receive a cashback if 6000 rs after 120 days. I made the purchase on 1st jan 2020 and it’s more than 120 days i have not received the cashback. I have the bills of purchase. I need my cashback at the earliest please help.

                          Hi team
                          My account balance has been to minus of amount 1171 mentioning mi revenue update.
                          Neither ur customer care is helping me out of this not the local hdfc bank persons, every person/executive gives me a different story.
                          What’s happening without the confirmation or any notification of the customer how can you hold the amount.
                          Please release my hold amount.

                            I did shopping at life style in december 2019 when there was 10% cashback running for atleast shop of 10000, and i did shop 3 times for rs. Around 14000 at 3 different dates in december, but look like i haven't get any cashback for any of these 3.. It was written that cashback should get credited in next 3 months... So please i am really concerned about it.. Where to check what to do? Reply asap?

                              First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                                I have a salary account with hdfc in hdfc0009400. I can see that amount of rs2372.70/- have been kept hold with the subject as mirevenue holds through gefu. I dunno the reason behind locking the amount. First it started with rs200/- and now they have kept huge amount. Please escalate this and resolve it asap.

                                    I came to know that my saving account has been debited for Rs. 118.00 on 20-Feb-20 towards ADHOC ATMT CHGS INCL GST 180220-MIR[protected] .
