Hi,

I am too much upset as i have ordered materials from amazon and cancelled it, however, i was supposed to get a refund of 1200 rs. I am calling amazon customer service from past 2 weeks and they say that i will have to speak to the banks customer service. I am unable to get connected to any person from the bank so that i can share the concern and also i am not getting any relevant option on ivr.

Kindly look into this as i am tired chasing my refund amount and no one is ready to look into this.

    I have done payment to hdfc by following mode of payment - online. Details mentioned below

    1) amount - 11682
    Date - 18may 20

    2) amount - 11682
    Date - 15apr 20

    I received link from your hdfc to do payment and i done

    Email reference is as attached for april & may month payment 20

    My question is i have given email and ask for payment online.

    Bank accepted that and send link & email

    In april & may month why bank is not said that you will have pay interest on emi an you availed moratorium facility.

    Now after 90 days bank is asking interest for emi

    If you are doing so means bank is earning money.

    I have given emi on time but still bank is asking for interest

          Hi i had applied for fast tag recently. My application no. Hfr01577674 by paying 500/- it said that within a week it will be sent to me but nothing happened so far. Till now i am not even aware by which courier or post it was sent. No communication so far. Plz intimate me by the earliest.

            On 19.6.2020 i had paid rs. 4190 to edmc as property tax (Property id.[protected] through debit card vide ref. No. [protected].
            The amount has been deducted from my bank but has not been received by edmc.

                My name is ch s murahari, i have been charged rs.1899 on my hdfc credit card on 10/06/2020 without my permission. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account without my permission.
                So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and also refund my money.

                      I have one account with hdfc bank in GURUgram account no. [protected] on the name o[censored]pinder singh arneja so i had some dues of my credit card so i decided to make full payment against that but when i opened my hdfc app on my phone just to check the exact dues of my credit card i got to know that my account is in negative balance so then i transferred the amount from my other bank that is icici bank to my hdfc bank account just to clear everything and i cleared everything all my dues (credit card bill and my account that was in negative balance) on 25/6/2020. Then i deposited 1000 in that account on the same day but again the balance got deducted under some mirevenue hold by gefu i was not aware about this so checked that on google And i got to know that it was some account maintenance charges But my point is when my account was in negative balance by 11 rs then why this charges was not reflecting that time why only after depositing money in account u guys charged me if there is some amount which i have to pay u guys then my account should be in negative balance for whatever charges are there. but u guys are scaming us u always do this with ur customers ur cheaters ur fraud bank on 25/6/2020 my account was showing -11 rs after that u deducted more 778 rs and this Charges surprisingly came in picture and showing that charges are of 15/6/2020 so if it was from this date why it was not reflecting on 25/6/2020.. because you are scammers you always do this. example if i deposit 20000 in my hdfc account And if after 2 monts i will check then definately the amount will be less then what i deposited.. because ur scammers pathetic bank but this time i will not spare you guys i will be taking all the money from your credit card and then i will see who takes that money from me. Do what ever you want to do file a case drop my credit score i bloody dont care but this tym the charges which u have taken will cost u very high... U ###

                        I purchased iphone 11 with hdfc credit card on feb 14th in bajaj electronics in hyderabad. I need to get the cash back of 6000 inr in between 90 days to 120 days. But i haven’t received any cashback yet.
                        Please help in resolving this issue.

                          My account shows a negative balance of 5800 mentioned as mirevenuehold. It happened last month also they kept 3000 as hold and i didn't get the money. I got a salary of 5000 of which they kept 3000 as hold. Due to this lockdown situation its very hard to survive and this bank does such injustice to customers. I tried reaching customer support but it works only for blocked card. This month i'm yet tull o get half month pay but already its 5000 negative how will i survive. I seriously want to escalate the issue

                                It’s been 6 months since i have purchased my iphone 11 from an authorised apple store in select city walk, new delhi. It’s a disgrace for me to even come to the extent of complaining this matter but it is highly not what would expect from hdfc bank. I haven’t received the cashback that i was promised while buying the phone from my hdfc card.

                                  sir my saving account # [protected] of bank of maharashtra with debit card #[protected] come across fraud on 29/12/2019 sunday 1.30. I got call from some person asking me download app "quicksupport teamviewer" to complete KYC. unfortunately I downloaded bymistake and my 6200 rs got deducted from account

                                  its my mystake...

                                  Police says amount is less than 100000/- we cant register complaint its just 6200/-

                                  please look in to it and try to help me to get my money back

                                  I already register complaint M[protected] on megaphone helpline # also block ATM card

                                  although bank manager says it will take a time now its almost six months not gotr any reply from bank.. i already send mail to bank of maharashtra head office, paytm centre but didnt receive any response

                                    I am having account with hdfc bank where i invested in mutual fund. There is no provision to stop sip. Only redeem can be done. For stopping sip one need to go to bank submit hand written on plane paper to stop sip.

                                      I have sent mail in this regard to HDFC bank customer service and asked for clarification, but they said, offer is valid for Moneyback card and refund will be done after 90 days of the purchase.

                                      As per the offer, HDFC Bank refund rupees 3000/- as I have made the the purchase more than 20K.

                                      After 90 days, when I asked for refund, they have cheated me. Neither refund so far and nor clarification.

                                      What a great bank, nicely cheating the customer in the name of Smart offer. Not sure how many people got in to this trap? Is there any option to sue the HDFC Bank credit card division?

                                      Why did you sent this message if are unable to refund?
                                      I have spent lakhs and lakhs using this card. It is not worth of discussing rupees 3000/- as I have given business to HDFC bank much more than this. But see how nicely you are cheating in the name of false offer?
                                      I am not bothered if you had published in your website. But why did you sent a personal message to me stating there is a offer for your card?
