    Dear sir,

    I request you to please take necessary action as hdfc bank imposed me bouncing charges in lockdown period despite of taking moratorium. My home loan emi presented in hdfc and in april 2020 i applied the moratorium in sbfc where my loan is running but 590 two times charges deducted my hdfc.

    Please help me in this

    In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS(s), was not sufficient to cover the ECS(s) received in clearing.

    Therefore the ECS(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable.

    We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS(s), to avoid the ECS(s) return charges being levied to your account.

    Request you to take up the issue with the Bank from where the loan is processed for further assistance.

    Firstly, i have applied for the moratorium of my home loan but still my ecs was hit and for the same issue has been raised to my lender, but in this scenario my query is why bouncing charges are levied by HDFC in my account even If the ECS was bounced during lockdown period. There should not be levied any charges during lockdown period.

      I made a purchase in the month of December 2019 of iphone 11 and during that time there was an offer going on if you make payment via hdfc card you will get a cashback of ₹6000 within 3months of purchase. And i have not received that yet. Check at earliest.Its been so late already and i ve tried to mail many a times but no reply

        Amount 4716 has been deducted from hdfc bank without any reason, this is worst thing happen by hdfc bank, i’m hdfc banks customer from last 5 6 years, its never happened in that year, but now it’s worst thing,

          On 8th may I have done the transaction of 10k from HDFC mobile app. The transaction is showing success but money is not credited in beneficial account.

            I have bought my iphonexr with hdfc bank debit card on 25/10/2019 in mgf mall, imagine store, gurgaon. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in imagine store they said to check with bank again again. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible. I contact hdfc customer care as well but to no avail.

              Address: Indian Bank, 15-15 Main Road Himayatnagar Hyderabad 500029

              On 15th day of every month rs 129/- has been deducted towards amazon 1258399 for past 8 to 9 months where as i donot have amazon account. Further, i have not given any standing instruction to deduct rs 129/- every month from my credit card [protected]. So kindly arrange to stop deduction from my card ending 1065. Thank you.

                  I have purchased an iphone 11 128 GB from imagine store at mgf metropolitian mall, m g road, gurgaon on 03 Dec 2019 and i am eligible for the 6000 rupees cashback after 120 days from the last date of Transaction month.
                  It has been more than 120+ days now and i have not received any cashback.
                  Kindly credit my cashback asap.

                    Hi I have purchasedmy I phone 11 on 3rd dec 2019 with 6k cashback on my hdfc card and it’s been almost 5 months still not received the same. Banks are not responding.and the condition stated that you will get your cash back with in 120 days...

                      On 8th may 2020, i have charged for emi rtn charges of 236 whereas i have completed paying my loan balance the only thing i didn't pay is the credit card due balance and that is also because this time a got a message as the minimum due balance is 0 (Zero), this account is my salary account so it should not charge me any other charges, my only concern is in this hard times if banks are also doing like this then for normal civilians it's very hard surviving in this pandemic.

If you do not wish to avail of the moratorium, please pay the Total Amount Due as scheduled. If you wish to pay lesser than the Total Due or defer payment you may do so as well.                           I am hdfc bank credit card holder. Bank has auto debit rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 7857 without my concern on date 09/04/2020. I am not interested about this service. So please refund my debit amount rs-1399 on urgent basis. If issue will not resolve. I will take legal action against your company and i will not repay any outstanding loan amount as well.

                          I hope that you will give me positive reply immediately.

                            I had to get refund from oyo rooms but till now hdfc bank has not processed my refund. It is more than a month and customer care at hdfc bank is not responding to the complaints.
                            Below is the mail from oyo rooms citing the transaction reference for refund:
                            "resolution provided - as per our telephonic conversation we inform your refund status, bank reference no. Kkbk[protected] please contact with your bank"

                                I purchased my Macbook Pro 16" from Apptronix Bengaluru on 29/12/19 and I was told through verbal/printed communication that I will be receiving a cashback on 7000 in my account within 120 days. It's been more than 4 months from the transaction and I still haven't received my cashback which is even mentioned on my invoice.

                                      I bought iphone xr from croma on 30 th december 2019 using hdfc debit card. As per hdfc debit card transaction billing data, it is clearly mentioned on bill i’ll get 5000 rs cash back after 120 days but still no cash back is transferred in my account. Can anyone from hdfc customer issue department please look into this issue and transfer my cash back to my account

                                        I had bought my phone in feb 2020 its gonna be 4 months i hadnt recived any cashback regarding that i had done payment of 49999 with my debit card with offer of getting 5000 cashback which is not credited in my account uptil now can i get some response regarding same.
