Dear all,

I was working with hdfc bank home loans department as executive (Hbl global pvt ltd staff) from dec 2005 to aug 2007. My emp i'd is v04750. I have not yet reimbursed or transfered my pf amount till now. I don’t have my pf account number also.. I have been trying to send mails to pad. [protected]@hdfcbank.com but no response
Kindly advise me how to redeem my pf amount and pls let me know any contact person.

      HDFC Bank,

      I had purchased an iPhone XR on 29/12/2019 with my HDFC bank debit card from Maple Store, Khar(w), Mumbai. As I was informed that the cashback shall be credited within 120 business days from the last date of the transaction month. Now it is more that 120 days but yet I have not received cashback. Now due to this lock-down all stores are closed and only emergency services are provided with HDFC Customer care. I request to HDFC bank to please co-operate and resolve this issue by crediting cashback as soon as possible.

        I would like to co plaint that HDFC id deducting amount for Banyan tree services which is not opted or authorized by me. I want this to stop and all the amount deducted till now to be refunded ASAP.

          hdfc - emi rtn charges

          I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 7200 but once i coudn't maintains balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charge which is around 649. Now, after four month they charge me 236 rs for emi rtn charges. If i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges....

            I made a purchase on 17.12.19 using my hdfc debit card. I was told that i will get a cashback of rs6000 (Even mentioned on the receipt). I haven't received the cashback yet. I was supposed to get it after 120 days of the last date of purchase month. It's 7th may 2020 already. Already contacted through email on apr 27, 2020, but still no revert back.

                I have bought my apple macbookpro of 113905 with hdfc bank debit card on 29/12/2019 from idestiny necleus mall ranchi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 7000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited asap.

                  What is 'mirevenue hold through gefu'? And on which behalf such amount is deducted or hold from my account. On 23 march 2020 it saw in my account with 1180₹ amount and now again on 29th April 2020 it increases to 2263₹. I want to remove this hold from my account. Please help and message me as fast as possible.

                    I wish you lodge a complaint against a mobile prepaid recharge transaction done on 07.05.2020 through the payzapp app.

                    Although the recharge was for a vodafone mobile number, upon completing the transaction, the recharge was not completed and the detail showed "sale at payzapp bill pay, bangalore" which did not make any sense. The money got deducted from the wallet but the recharge was not done.

                    Somehow the recharge got delayed and it became successful only after about a few hours. Although the cashback was not issued by the app even then.

                        Myself surajit. I made an online purchase of 5797.68 rupees from myntra using instacred. However due to some unforeseen circumstances i had to cancel my order and post that myntra has confirmed about refund. However there was no confirmation from bank and hdfc has already charged me 2 months emi that is 2x 1012 rupees. This is sheer harassment of public trust.

                        Why you people are doing bluff??

                        Attaching snap for reference. Please cancel my loan immediately and issue first emi refund.

                        As i bought two products so myntra cancelled and refunded amount in two parts.

                        2646.68 (2nd product) + 3150.99 (1st product) = 5797.67 (Total loan)

                          Hi, i had purchased iphone 11 (64gb) on 28th dec'2019 through my hdfc credit card, in laxmi nagar delhi. Also i made a full payment on 24th january against my statement. As per offer i should receive amount of rs. 6000/- within 90 days. But today is 7th may & still i didn't receive my cashback. I tried to connect with your customer case but unable to do so.

                            I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 25/12/2019 in reliance digital, marathahalli, bangalore-560037. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days (Approx 240 days) i have been trying to reach out to bank and to the store but there is no response from them the store had told me that they will be providing an additional cashback of 2500 from reliance digital. I have been patient for so many months but nothing i have received. Please look into this matter urgently, hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

But bank has charged non maintaining charges time to time. My hdfc account has shown negative balance for rs.4000 due to non transaction. My friend credited rs.3000 in my hdfc bank by mistake. It has already negative bank for rs.4000, bank has recovered rs.3000.
                              4. It is humble requesting you, in this critical time where all countries have face immense financial challenges due to covid 19, in this hard period rs.1 rupees has value for salary and working person.
                              5. I am employee in export firm, no salary has been credit for april and no hope for may also.
