The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

      Hi i have been using the credit card for the past two years and paying monthly dues on time. Two months back i contacted the agent and asked for the settlement offer and he gave me one. Now due to the pandemic of coronavirus i lost my job and i contacted the agent to cancel the settlement offer instead let me pay monthly dues. Now he has been harassing me to pay more than the usual else he will come to my home create a scene infront of my neighbours and talk to my father about it.
      This has been a mental abuse for the past couple of days. I wrote an email as well to the bank but i didn't receive any response.
      Kindly tell me what to do

      Hello I am a HDFC credit card holder with the total outstanding due og 28000/-.I have been going through some financial concern due to the pandemic hence was making minimum due payment only and sometimes even they got delayed.I have been getting constant harrasing calls from the collection agencies of Hdfc ..Today on the call they informed me that they have my bank statement and i have the amount in the bank but im not paying.The account they are taking about has minimum balance only and that belongs to my husband im the second holder only. Please confirm if HDFC and pass on this information to the collection agency and if yes under what authority and what al informantion can be revealed to the collection agency.I will be clearing my total amount and cancelling my card but HDFC needs to teach some empathy to the collection agents as these are very tough times for everyone.Please do confirm about the information released so that i can just close all my transactions with hdfc if they are allowed to do so.

        My loan account number is 95971386 and loan amount emi has been debited twice from my account.

        My original date of emi is 4th of every month and no amount was debited from my account.in order to avoid late payment charges, i initiated the current month's emi amount from my account on 4th may itself.

        But on 5th may around 8 am the same amount was debited from my account again. As a result i paid the emi for a single month twice.

        There is no customer support from hdfc bank's side as they are simply saying due to covid situation they cannot provide support.

        This nothing but irresponsible behaviour, there is no number to call branch and customer support won't assign agent for this matter.

        Kindly help me with this.

          Hi,
          From 04 january 2020 every month there is unauthorised payment against ref. No. Amazon1258399 being deducted from my card no. Xxxx9655 on every 4th/5th of the month without otp. I raised my complaints to amazon no. Of times and given statements for all such payments and called hdfc bank as well but getting no resolution till date. Last night i received message as below:
          Alert:rs.758.99 spent via credit card xx9655 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:00:37:06 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected]. From my card total payment of approx ₹1500 has been deducted. I have even removed my card details from amazon account even then such deductions are being made. I can not rely on amazon and hdfc bank both. Looking for proper resolution to my complaint.

          I have received the same message last night stating I have spent 999.0 from my HDFC credit card at amazon1258399 without pin/OTP. I have attached the screenshot of the message please check.

          How is this fraud happening, I can see here everyone is having the same complaint and still no permanent resolution.

          Please resolve this issue on priority.

          The same thing is happening with me also for the last 3-4 months 199 Rs each and every time.

          This is the message I have been receiving for more than 6 months even though I have cancelled my Klindle unlimited subscription on Amazon.in. I had initiated communication with Amazon.in & they, in turn confirmed that I do not have any subscription. Screenshot from Amazonin is enclosed. Need an immediate resolution of this naghing issue.

            I have bought my iphone11 pro with hdfc bank credit card on 25/10/2019 in croma as mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in croma, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

              Already i posted a complaint against hdfc education loan charges on Ecsrtnchg .that is rs 191 and again today i maintained my account balance.they will charge same on the rs.398 extra.what is this sir?                 I have made the credit card payment twice and I simply want the refund. It should go through once only but mistakenly i have msde it twice and now as it got charged twice so i want to reverse the credit card payment. Please help me out of this ASAP

                      I am writing this with reference to the transaction made on 15th Dec 2019 for the consumer item paid by HDFC Credit Card with xxxx xxxx xxxx 4392. Below are the requisite details

                      Loan Number[protected]
                      EMI Tenure - 6 months
                      Cashback to be received - 6000 INR

                      Per the attached screenshot, I was supposed to received the Cashback of 6000 INR within 120 days of the transaction made. I have received my statement for the 4th payment but I haven't received any Cashback till now.

                      What kind of service is this ? You are not fulfilling your promises. Please look into it asap.

                          I have not received my cashback of 6000 till now and i bought my phone on 24/12/2019 and it is more than 120 days now. Kindly look into matter and i have tried going to the link which you have provided in the other post and there is no reference number for cashback issues. So kindly don’t just share the link.                               Address: Noida sector 63 hdfc bank C/25 steller it park

                              Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 for date[protected] have been deducted on 04/05/2020 from my hdfc salary account without any information.

                              But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.

                              When i reach branch regarding the same issue, they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.

                              So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account.

                                  I have a complaint against my purchase on debit card. I purchased an iphone 11 on 2nd december and i was promised a cash back of inr 6000 after 120 days from the last day of december. It’s been 123 days and i still have not received the cash back.

                                  This is not the kind of service that i expect from hdfc bank, the customer care is not supporting me in any ways, they are just registering complaints for against or loss of cards.

                                  Kindly look into it and let me know the course of action as soon as possible.

                                    Hi, on 5th of every month, an amount of 9971.32 gets debited, but this time the message came that rs 0 will be debited and i do not want this. I want to pay the emi so that i donnt have to pay extra charges.

                                    Please do not force the moratorium on consumers. Customer care says we are only giving moratorium, not option out of it in consumer durable section. Why is thie shady practice being acrried out by hdfc?

                                    I need a representative to call me since the reciept of previous payments do not even contain the ful loan account number. No online payment facility is provided either.

                                      I Have purchased iPhone 11 dated 18th January, 2020 from a store in Chandigarh under the Cashback offer of Rs. 6000 on my HDFC Credit Card( No EMI). Its about more than 90 days and the Cashback has not been credited to my account. Please resolve my issue.
