I have made the credit card payment twice and I simply want the refund. It should go through once only but mistakenly i have msde it twice and now as it got charged twice so i want to reverse the credit card payment. Please help me out of this ASAP

    I have bought iPhone 11 Pro with HDFC bank Credit Card on 06/12/2019 from Unicorn Infosolution Pvt. Ltd. (Authorized Apple Seller) in Andheri West -Mumbai.

    As mentioned on transaction slip by HDFC bank (To receive cashback of Rs.6000 within 120 days from the transaction month end) but now it’s almost 120 days over & I haven’t received my cashback till now. I have asked the seller, they said to check with bank.

    I hereby request you to do check this issue gets resolved and credit my cashback at earliest.

      I had bought iphone xr with hdfc bank debit card on 23/12/2019 from aptronix store in hyderabad. As per the offer i was supposed to receive cashback of 5000 within 120 days from the transaction month end.
      I haven’t received my cashback till now, and it is more than 120 days.
      Request you to resolve this at the earliest and credit the cashback as soon as possible.

        Hi Team,

        I am writing this with reference to the transaction made on 15th Dec 2019 for the consumer item paid by HDFC Credit Card with xxxx xxxx xxxx 4392. Below are the requisite details

        Loan Number[protected]
        EMI Tenure - 6 months
        Cashback to be received - 6000 INR

        Per the attached screenshot, I was supposed to received the Cashback of 6000 INR within 120 days of the transaction made. I have received my statement for the 4th payment but I haven't received any Cashback till now.

        What kind of service is this ? You are not fulfilling your promises. Please look into it asap.

            I have not received my cashback of 6000 till now and i bought my phone on 24/12/2019 and it is more than 120 days now. Kindly look into matter and i have tried going to the link which you have provided in the other post and there is no reference number for cashback issues. So kindly don’t just share the link. I want the real solution as i am very disappointed now.

                Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 for date[protected] have been deducted on 04/05/2020 from my hdfc salary account without any information.

                But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.

                When i reach branch regarding the same issue, they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.

                So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account.

                    My salary account in hdfc bank but april month to may 590 rs debit 4 time narration ach auto debit return charges why are you debit this charge my emi bounce but rbi guidance 3 month relif covid 19 and this really rubbish bank my situation very low till time and am not pay ach debit return charges without any action pls i request to refund this amount...

                    I have a complaint against my purchase on debit card. I purchased an iphone 11 on 2nd december and i was promised a cash back of inr 6000 after 120 days from the last day of december. It’s been 123 days and i still have not received the cash back.

                    This is not the kind of service that i expect from hdfc bank, the customer care is not supporting me in any ways, they are just registering complaints for against or loss of cards.

                    Kindly look into it and let me know the course of action as soon as possible.

                      Hi, on 5th of every month, an amount of 9971.32 gets debited, but this time the message came that rs 0 will be debited and i do not want this. I want to pay the emi so that i donnt have to pay extra charges.

                      Please do not force the moratorium on consumers. Customer care says we are only giving moratorium, not option out of it in consumer durable section. Why is thie shady practice being acrried out by hdfc?

                      I need a representative to call me since the reciept of previous payments do not even contain the ful loan account number. No online payment facility is provided either.

                                Sir,
                                As i have applied for moratorium scheme in my hdfc educational loan before due date and the loan number is 36793727. Then why should they hit my account for this ecsrtnchg charges.. Iam very disappointed in this covid-19 quarantine days there are so many peoples affected and beg for money from others.in this situation u people are got my balance amount for some other charges. My account debited for rs.191.. I want to refund my amount to my account. Indian government announced that no need to charge that is emi is optional for customers to pay or do not have to pay for all banks for during this covid-19 pandemic days.. I have applied moratorium plan scheme for april and may 2020 months but they debited charges on april month. I totally disappointed sir. Please take action and refund it my account. Do some needfull sir. They raise charges two times. It may happen again also.. Please stop charging like this

                                Sir, I have received message from bank that is April and may 2020 moratorium accepted.then why they hit my account and make ecs charges on it sir.its very bad to this covid-19 situation sir.iam very disappointed on this.they charges r.191 and again 398 rs debited in my account..what is this sir..i have planned moratorium and bank also accepted so refund my amount to my account.do not make any charges on this..
