I have bought my iphone11 pro with hdfc bank debit card on 25/12/2019 in poorvika bangalore. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in poorvika mobiles, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

    I have booked flight tickets from goa to mumbai for the month of december. Booking id is NF[protected] where i applied coupon code and was availed for 1040 cash back within 30 to 60 days. Its been more than 120 days i havent receive cashback . Kindly check and credit the same asap.

        I got the Refund with arn number from makemytrip.com on 04/04/2020 in my hdfc credit card.But amount is not credited to my account. Also tried to contact hdfc customer care service through email, phone, twitter but I got no response. Details for the refund is as below

          This is regarding the locker fee for which i’ve tried to contact my rm mr. Rohit yadav multiple number of times but did not get to connect with him over the phone. Let me re-iterate the sequence of events for you.

          I received the message on 5th mar 20 from hdfc bank saying "dear customer, locker rent of rs.10000 for your locker no. 163 held at mandakini will be debited on 01 april' 20. Please maintain sufficient balance". It should be 5000 instead of 10000 due preferred account. I tried to contact my rm (Rohit yadav) on [protected]. Couldn't reach him on his phone, so, sent him a text and a whatsapp message on the same day. He never called back for this. He did not give a single min to discuss this with me.

          On 18th mar my rm replied "sir, pls visit the branch to rectify the standing instructions..!!". I informed him that i could not visit the branch due my work schedule. Again he couldn’t spare a min to talk over the phone to discuss the matter.
          Moreover, this is inhuman to pressurize the customer to visit the branch, when honorable cm has urged us to stay at home during that time. Furthermore, lockdown has been order by our honorable pm. Therefore, only way to connect with bank for any query is to talk over the phone, which my rm never bother to attend, or through email, which is not provided by him.

          Going forward, after one month, on 4 apr he replied on whatsapp (Still no phone or email) saying "sir, pls provide me the locker no...!!
          And i hope there is only one locker availed in your group id.!!
          And yes provide me the locker no., if they discount has bot given to you, i’ll get the reversal done on or before 20th april".
          He is being reminded that all the relevant details were already shared with rohit on 5th mar through whatsapp. Upon `

          On 20th apr, he replied on whatsapp that” sir your mother got locker benefit,!! And in one group only one locker can avail the benefit.!”
          I told him that “my mother and i have a different group as per the previous rm. We both have been using different lockers in different groups. Moreover, i've received the 50% discount last year as well, which you can cross check.
          So, how can we are in a same group now? I request for an investigation and a reply in a formal email.”

          Today, on 21st apr, he replied that ” sir, good afternoon..!!
          Checked your account and in last year also you account has been deducted by 10k for the locker charges.!!
          You can crosscheck it from your statement..!!
          And your mother is getting the 50% benefit.!! She got the benefit last year also.!!”

          So, as of now my account is debited for 10000+gst without the waiver as promised to preferred customer. Therefore, i request for an investigation in this and a change of rm.

          Keypoints are:
          O i and my mother are not in one group as clarified by previous rm, mr. Arvinder singh, in mar 2019. Then how can mr. Yadav is claiming that we are in one group and the locker benefit will be given to one person only. So, who goofed up or regrouped us without any authorization from us.
          O last year, 10000 plus gst was deducted on 2nd apr 2019 due some error in the bank’s system, which was confirmed by arvinder and shibdas. So, they assured me the reversal of half the amount and i got reversal of 5000 plus gst on 9th apr 2019.
          O last to last year, correct amount of 5000 plus gst was deducted on 2nd apr 2018 towards the locker fee.
          O my rm pressurized me but not responding to my phone calls and messages to visit the branch to discuss this, when the country is facing the pandemic. Now, his display picture of his whatsapp account says “stay safe bank from home”. This double standard approach has to be reported to concerned authority.
          O i have raised several request on the internet for a call back from my rm, which went unheard.
          O the inefficiency of my rm has led to this situation, which is no less than a harassment to the customer, where i’m now forced to file a legal complaint.

            I have purchased iPhone 11 with my HDFC Diners Clubmiles Credit card(I have no savings account in HDFC) on Dec 4 2019. I have not recieved my 6000₹ cashback even after 150 days.

              I'm a hdfc Bank credit card holder..The bank has auto debited RS.1899 from my credit card number ending 9069 without my concern on date 15/4/20. I'm not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.so cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of RS.1899

As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.                   Hi team, i am ashutosh, on 20th april 2020, 6 fraudulent transaction occurred from my hdfc credit
                  Card of rs 3999/- 2 times, rs 79/- 4times and rs 1/- one time totalling to rs.
                  8300 without any otp. Merchant name is google proxima beta.. These
                  Transaction happened between 11:40 am and 11:55 am and i blocked my card
                  Immediately after that. Please help me in getting my money back.

                    I have already cancelled this one assist scheme in my hdfc bank account, but could see they have charged 2999 amount in my credit card for this April month which i am not agreed.I won't pay this one assist amount anymore, please cancel this amount from my account and inform bank as well.And please don't request me any amount with respective to one assist.I am suffering for money and this is also added which I m not capable to pay anymore.

                            I purchased iPhone 11 - 128 GB on jan 20 2020 at iplanet Bangalore, but I didn’t receive the cashback yet. The retailer said me tat I would get the cashback of amount 6000 within 90 days.                               These are the mails sent to hdfc card customer care.
                              On 3rd'april

                              Dear concern from yesterday onwards i receiving messages from hdfc bank to use my credit card 5000/- for apple. Combill for 5 times and total transition is around 20300/-
                              1st message receive on 2nd april yesterday @13:41 of amount 5000/-
                              2nd message receive again on 2nd april @ 17:15 of amount 5000/-
                              3rd message receive again on 2nd april @17:31 amount 5000/-
                              4th message receive today on 3rd april @13:41 amount 50000/-
                              5th message again today @15:05 of amount 219/-
                              6th message again of declined transaction due to wrong pin expiry and cvv.
                              Please take note i have not done these all translations and please help to stop all these, just not i have requested to block my cc.

                              Dear ajay ji as per telecom with you regarding fraudulent on my card, yet i haven't received any revert from customer care.
                              I have blocked my card on 3rd and after that continue to receive messages for the wrong cvv.
                              On 7th i recieve message from hdfc bank my new card generates 2490, but on my mobile i receive on 4th wrong cvv on this new card.
                              Please suggest or help in this matter when yet i haven't received my card how come this is possible.
                              Earlier on 4th i have also informed you ajay ji because customer services are limited due to covid 19 lock down world wide.
                              On the 3rd morning i informed abhishek mishra (Bm hdfc bank sipri branch) and he took mr. Tripathi area sales manager credit card department jhansi and i informed him all the things happened, then i sent the mail in the evening and blocked my card too.

                                    My hdfc credit card has been hacked and it has been used in an unauthorized transactions in simple mobile merchant on 20th january 2020 of total amount in three different fraudulent transactions of 11371.75/-.

                                    Hdfc bank is given one case no i. E:[protected]. But hdfc bank is sending statements cumulating fraud transaction amount plus intersert charges for that.

                                    So please look into the issue and help me.

                                    My Credit Card was blocked and temporary card assigned to mine. But I am not received any new card, So I am unable to the payment for new card.
                                    So I am requesting please send the new card to details below email id or my native address because I am not staying at current address in the card statement.

                                    And for immediate payment share my new card details in pin security code formate to my register email id.

                                    So that I will pay the amount in oder to avoid the late fee and other concerns.

                                    Without the card how I should I pay the amount. So please exclude my late fee for the months of
                                    February, March, April months and interest fees also .

                                    Because it is not mistake, it's bank issue with card details how is the customer should the pay the amount.

                                    Yesterday I have done 1000 sample for crediting to my old CC or blocked ([protected])

                                    So please send my card details to my register e mail for the immediate payment.

                                        Hi, i have purchased iphone 11 on 21/12/2019, i have not received the cashback yet, i was told that i would receive the cashback in 3 months, i have purchased the phone in reliance digital koramangala branch. I was also told that my cashback would reflect in this month's statement, i have mailed reliance digital guys they are asking me to send them the bank statement to them from the date of purchase. Bank statements are personal details that also contains the other transaction which i have made. I don't wish to share it since they are password protected files.

                                        I request you to please help me in this and kindly do the needful

                                        its asking reference number, I have selected an option for without reference id, but I don't see any category for refund
