    I was told that no charges would be applicable for the service you just have to confirm.
    And when the amount was debited from my i was confused but then again it credited to my account. So i thought it step to activate the service but know it's debits the falana charges without my concern. I dont wanna use that service and want my refund back.

      Have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 02/12/2019 in imagine mgf metropolitan mall gurgaon. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in imagine, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible,

        I had purchased iphone 11 and a smart watch on 1st december using my hdfc credit card using which i was supposed to receive 6000 plus 1000 rs cashback against that transaction after 120 days of purchase. But till today i haven’t received the cashback. This is really disappointing experience. I would request you to please kindly look into this matter and solve it on priority. As i really need that money to use in my next transaction.

          I purchased an iphone11 on 14 dec 2019 from reliance digital using hdfc debit card (Transaction id: [protected]) and as per the offer i was expecting to receive a cashback of 6000 from hdfc bank before 13 apr 2020. I haven't received any cashback till today. Customer care is not reachable via phone due to the covid situation nowadays. I want to know when i will get the cashback?

            HDFC Bank has put 3441 amount on hold again, once already debited without any reason again the same amount is on hold. Total loss of Rs.6882 reason unknown. This bank has lot of charges of which customer is totally unknown. Rs5 has been debited n times from the account.

              Maine HDFC Finance se mobile purchase kiya hai.lekin abhi sab EMI 3 month postpone kiya hai.fir bhi HDFC ne mere account se paise 516RS deduct hua hai.q ki maine EMI keliye account balance nhi rakha.muje mere paise refund chahiye.

                I have ordered stuff on 23.03.2020 from amazon and due to lockdown my order got cancelled and my amount has been reversed in my hdfc card
                I have received sms from hdfc bank "ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending 2592 for rs. 2218.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:20:13:44

                Amazon refund reference: 029356
                But this transaction is yet to be adjusted in my statement.

                AWAITING THE BANK'S RESPONSE
                I have ordered mobile by hdfc credit card in flipcart value 17028 rs In emi basis. And I canceled my order then after 2 days i got a message and mail from hdfc that my amount 17028 reversed. But it is not credited in card the loan is still active. What to do. Please help me

                      Hi, i have purchased 2 apple ipads in aptronics store hyderabad on 14/12/2019. I was supposed to receive cashback 6000 for my 2 ipads to my hdfc credit card by 14th april 2020, but still it is not yet credited.
                      I have called to the customer care but couldn't get any response due to covid-19.

                            I was offered free lifetime credit card by HDFC person who came to our factory, I used this card for few months but I faced some problem in online shopping refund transactions so I stopped using this card and requested them to cancel my card but now after 1 years, Rs 590 is added in my monthly statement as annual fees for credit card.
                            This is not a good practice I don't want to use HDFC services, please take necessary action to resolve this issue.

                              I have purchased TV from amazon through HDFC EMI option. ORder got cancelled by amazon and they processed the refund on 29th march 2020. But HDFC deducted 1st EMI and still didnt refunded the amount. Please see the reference transaction number shared by amazon 34413858

                                  As mentioned by hdfc bank i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.

                                      Cancellation of one assist membership
