Hi,

I would like to know about charges of 654.70 rs charged as MiREAVENUE HOLD THROUGH GEFU. The amount of 654.70 is in hold Position, due to Lock-down situation I can understand that it may happen in delay, request you to credit amount post Lockdown.Kindly review my account details and let me clarify for the same is it credited to my account, or debited (if any)? Give me detail clarification for the same.

    I have total outstanding 2, 70, 000. when i was go for settlement for bank one lakh ten thousand. 1, 10, 000 paid at time of date and remaining amount paid after the three months 7800. still iam getting legal notice.

      I had brought an iphone 11 from uni shop at pune in the month of december 2019. I was supposed to get 6000 cash back within 120 days but my april statement has come and don’t see any mention of the same. This is mine 4 installment and have not received the cash back.

      It was expected that the cashback would be come into mine account/cc by april statement.

      Resolution:- process mine cashback which was promised while buying the phone.

        I have ordered food from zomato but the order was cancelled and it has refunded my money but it is not credited in my account. It is already more than 15 days. Zomato informed that they have refunded to my bank and this is my reference number 75503720089039202079090. But the amount is still not credited to my account. I need my money back.

          I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on[protected] at ganpati mobile, ashok marg, lucknow. (Tid:[protected]. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end), i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in ganpati mobile, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible. Request to kindly take an appropriate action to make cashback for the said transaction pl asap.

            I have bought iphone11 pro with hdfc bank credit card on 06/12/2019 from unicorn infosolution pvt. Ltd. (Authorized apple seller) in andheri - west, mumbai.
            As mentioned on transaction slip by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transaction month end) but now it's almost 120 days over & i haven’t received my cashback till now. I have asked the seller, they said to check with bank.

            I hereby request you to kindly do check this issue gets resolved and credit my cashback at earliest.

              I have purchased iphone 11 on date 09/12/19 from imagine apple store Hyderabad and was entitled for 6000 cashback, its been more than 4 months and i have not received cashback for the same i did write an email to the customer care but no update so i am here for the complaint i also i have the bills and receipts for the same hoping for resolution

                I had purchased an iphone 11 using hdfc cashback 6000 offer
                The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 128 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details.

                Please let me know when i would recieve my cashback.

                  money deducted twice by bank with "mctf" narratio

                  I made an online transaction with my debit card to olymptrade.com on 10 apr 2020 of $100. After a couple of days, i see that the same amount has been deducted again with the narration saying "mctf[protected]xxxxxx4605 ex*wallfort with out cheque/ref. No. I contacted the original beneficiary and they are unaware of any such transaction triggered from their side. I want to understand why this and to want a refund asap. I see this forum has...

                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs.1899/-from my credit card number ending with 6261 without my concern on date:13/03/2020 i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-
                  Now bank debiting money from my saving account in the form of emi.
                  Total amount from credit card : 1899/-
                  Emi from my saving account : 769/-

                          Address: HDFC dewas branch at malwa shehnai garden

                          This is the complaint about worst behavior by security guard "akil shaikh" at dewas branch hdfc. Due to corona virus safety precaution i pushed and pulled up the atm door by feet due to unavailability of hand gloves. He mis-behaved very badly and shouted at me 2 times during midnight at 12:40 am. Request branch manager to take action against him otherwise i will close all my hdfc accounts very soon.

                          He forced me 3 times to touch the atm door with naked hands and shouted very loudly and said not to touch the feets. I said i don't have gloves today and i can't touch the door because of corona virus safety precautions.

                          Complete incident is recorded in camera inside atm room. His name is akil shaikh and posted as security guard at atm room

                                      I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                                      1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

                                      2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                                      Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had reset my ipin by this method twice earlier.
