I had made a transaction of 30 dollars on 10th april 2020 and it was an otp based transaction on my debit card, for which the money was deducted immediately from my account.

But on 13th april 2020, 2277. 54 (30$) was deducted from my account and it says mctf. I fail to understand why the money has been deducted twice.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

      Maine mere cradit card pr 40, 000/- ka loan approval karwaya tha bt uska cheque muje ab tk receive nahi huaa h or mere cradit card me loan approved dikha raha h jabki muje ab tk payment cradit nhi huaa h or maine aapke call center pr bhi kaie baar contact krne ki kosis ki bt phone nahi laga h... Or mai 18 apr ko bill generate hone wala h usme yadi loan ka payment aata h to mai use jama nahi karaunga...

        I used my debit card to purchase online and after sometime I got it refunded it's been three weeks since I made the purchase and I haven't got my refund. I got the refund confirmation mail from the merchant side on the day of purchase. I was told by the merchant that I would receive the refund within 5-12 days but it's going to be a month now

              I am a customer of hdfc bank.

              I am using hdfc bank last 2 years salary account.

              I am very upset about hdfc bank credit card services. I see from last 2 months MARCH and APRIL 2020 statements there are multiple charges are applicable to the given statement. I see there are multiple entries which are in accurate they CHARGED wrongly.

                      I had bought a new iPhone 11 on 04/12/2019 but I haven’t received the cashback yet. Its been more than 4 months now.
                      I was expecting a cashback of 6000 until April first week but the amount hasn't been credited yet. The customer support email is invalid.

                            I had brought an iphone 11 from uni shop at pune in the month of december 2019. I was supposed to get 6000 cash back within 120 days but my april statement has come and don’t see any mention of the same. This is mine 4 installment and have not received the cash back.

                            It was expected that the cashback would be come into mine account/cc by april statement.

                              I have ordered food from zomato but the order was cancelled and it has refunded my money but it is not credited in my account. It is already more than 15 days. Zomato informed that they have refunded to my bank and this is my reference number 75503720089039202079090. But the amount is still not credited to my account. I need my money back.

                                I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on[protected] at ganpati mobile, ashok marg, lucknow. (Tid:[protected]. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end), i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in ganpati mobile, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.                                   I have bought iphone11 pro with hdfc bank credit card on 06/12/2019 from unicorn infosolution pvt. Ltd. (Authorized apple seller) in andheri - west, mumbai.
                                  As mentioned on transaction slip by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transaction month end) but now it's almost 120 days over & i haven’t received my cashback till now. I have asked the seller, they said to check with bank.

                                  I hereby request you to kindly do check this issue gets resolved and credit my cashback at earliest.
