Maine HDFC Finance se mobile purchase kiya hai.lekin abhi sab EMI 3 month postpone kiya hai.fir bhi HDFC ne mere account se paise 516RS deduct hua hai.q ki maine EMI keliye account balance nhi rakha.muje mere paise refund chahiye.

    I have ordered stuff on 23.03.2020 from amazon and due to lockdown my order got cancelled and my amount has been reversed in my hdfc card
    I have received sms from hdfc bank "ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending 2592 for rs. 2218.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:20:13:44

    Amazon refund reference: 029356
    But this transaction is yet to be adjusted in my statement.

    AWAITING THE BANK'S RESPONSE
    I have ordered mobile by hdfc credit card in flipcart value 17028 rs In emi basis. And I canceled my order then after 2 days i got a message and mail from hdfc that my amount 17028 reversed. But it is not credited in card the loan is still active. What to do. Please help me

          Hi, i have purchased 2 apple ipads in aptronics store hyderabad on 14/12/2019. I was supposed to receive cashback 6000 for my 2 ipads to my hdfc credit card by 14th april 2020, but still it is not yet credited.
          I have called to the customer care but couldn't get any response due to covid-19.
          Kindly resolve the issue and hoping the cashback will be credited soon..

            The amount of Rs 15937.50 debited from my account where it is mention MCTF ATW and there is no ref or transaction I'd. How can it be possible when I didn't visited any ATM. You guys are doing fraud and cheating money

                Hi
                I was offered free lifetime credit card by HDFC person who came to our factory, I used this card for few months but I faced some problem in online shopping refund transactions so I stopped using this card and requested them to cancel my card but now after 1 years, Rs 590 is added in my monthly statement as annual fees for credit card.
                This is not a good practice I don't want to use HDFC services, please take necessary action to resolve this issue.

                  Hi Team,

                  I have purchased TV from amazon through HDFC EMI option. ORder got cancelled by amazon and they processed the refund on 29th march 2020. But HDFC deducted 1st EMI and still didnt refunded the amount. Please see the reference transaction number shared by amazon 34413858

                      I have bought my Macbook Pro 2019 with HDFC bank credit card on 01/12/2019 from Aptronix, Sarath Capital City, Hyderabad.

                      As mentioned by hdfc bank i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.

                      Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                        I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 17/01/2020 at kolkata. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 90 days. I have asked in merchant, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                I have tried a purchase for free fire dimond 400 ₹ amount has been deducted from my hdfc bank account with purchase reference as follows [protected]-tomgoogleplaymasterm.
                                But the purchase has not been done and no dimond is credited into free fire ac please reverse my money

                                  I have purchased an iphone for inr 109900.00/- on the 5th of december, 2019.
                                  There was a cashback of inr 7000/-, for which i was told that i will be getting it after 3 months/90 days. But after 3 months/90 days i haven't received the cashback yet. Also i called the hdfc phone banker and they told me i will be getting it in the last week of march but still i am witing for the cashback in the month of april.

                                  So can you please provide me with an update when shall i receive the cashback or the necessary steps to be taken by me to receive the cashback.

                                      Hello sir,

                                      This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                                      Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 13th august 2019 and i was charged since 2017 under the name of depository charges.

                                      Initially when i opened a salary account with that demat account, they forced us to open without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now. Even there is no message after the depository charges are applied to me through message or mail.

                                      And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

                                      Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my salary account.

                                      Dear Customer,

                                      We would like to inform you that the regulatory guidelines stipulate that Demat accounts can be closed only on receipt of valid closure requests received from the customer.
                                      Hence, we request you to please submit the closure form to any of our branches offering depository services. The form has to be duly signed by all the account holders.
                                      The form has to be submitted to the branch in person (at least one of the account holders) incase of transfer cum closure cum waiver request. To process the same, we request you to submit any one self attested copy of valid proof of identity which is mandatory for all the holder(s) viz PAN card, passport, Voter ID card, Driving license etc.
                                      There are no closure charges involved if the closure constitutes transfer of securities to another Demat account having identical name(s), identical PAN and order. For example, there are no off market transaction charges if all the securities are transferred from the Demat account in the name of Mr. Ramesh Tandon to another Demat account which is the name of Ramesh Tandon.
                                      The off market transfer charges in such a case shall be waived, subject to submission of the following documents by the account holder during closure:
                                      Annexure Q (copies enclosed) duly filled & signed by the account holder(s) with target DPID and client ID correctly filled up
                                      Duly certified (signed and stamped by the receiving DP) Client Master List (CML) or Original Crystal Report (CR) in case of CDSL Accounts obtained from the target Participant with whom the client has opened a new Demat account or maintains a Demat account
                                      Statement of Holding of the source account duly self-attested by the account holder.
                                      All unused delivery instruction slips (DIS) to be cancelled and surrendered along with the Annexure Q
                                      IMPORTANT: If all the above requirements are not met the waiver of off market charges will not be extended to you and you will be charged for the transfer to the other Demat account as per the tariff schedule agreed at the time of opening of Demat account.
                                      We request you to provide de-linking instructions separately for e-broking/online trading account.
                                      You may also contact HDFC securities at [protected]@hdfcsec.com to get additional clarifications.
                                      Also, Kindly note that, Demat account held in sole name with nil holdings and no outstanding Demat charges can be closed based on email insctruction from your registered email id to [protected]@hdfcbank.com along with your 8 digit demat account number (can be viewed under HDFC Bank Net Banking>>>Demat Tab) and DP ID
