This side shashank agarwal [registered mobile nos [protected]], by mistake i do not know by my side or from payzapp app, while i recharge my nos [protected] [ last digit will change to 5 instead of 2, i seen just recharge done]but the recharge done another nos i shocked when i seen, that nos also not working state i tried calling.

I request kindly take prompt and appropriate action and refund by amount i. E 555/-rs

    Hdfc fastag was not working, so i made a cash payment to toll plaza.
    Still, hdfc charged from me.
    Their customer card told to send a mail. I've sent several reminders. But they stopped giving replies.
    I told them to cancel my card & refund me whatever amount they can. At that, they stopped responding.

                Unauthorized transaction

                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending 2820 without my concern on date:09/04/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this one assist mfee membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- otherwise file a case at district consumer court.

                          I have paid my credit card payment 1 day after my credit card due date.
                          25th is the due date of my credit card every month.
                          I have exceeded only 1 day for payment i. E i have paid on 26th of last month itself.

                          Due to covid 19 i think it got late to reflect my amount in my credit card.

                          I have paid my dues on 26th ka last month but the was reflected on 31st of last month.

                          Late payment fee has been charged 1000 rupees
                          + finance charges 7, 375.92 unnecessary.

                          Lockdown has been implemented from 21 of last month
                          Because of this lockdown i was late to do the payment on date but i have taken only 1 day extra to pay the amount.

                                I have applied for fastag for 3 vehicles on 2 February, 2020 from the online portal of hdfc bank but still not even the wallet id is created or the fastags are delivered. I have contacted the customer care number several times and they say that it takes 7 working days but it has been more than 2 months. Please see to it.

                                  Hello sir,

                                  This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                                  Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 884.62/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 8th april 2020 under the name of depository charges feb20.

                                  Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 884.62/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.
