I have bought my iphone in the month of December 2019 with hdfc card which has cashback of worth 5k rupees, but till date the cash back of Rs.5000/- has not been credited.It’s been more than 100 days when will it be credited??

    Hi team,

    I have paid 20101.00 rupees for a flipkart product from my creditcard. And the amount is deducted from my account. Due covid-19 issue flipkart not able to reach here so that i cancelled the order.. And get a message from flipkart team "the refund of rs 20101.0 for your order has been completed by the seller and should have been credited to your account by 31 march 2020. The reference number for this refund is 024906. But on 04/04/2020 (Today) its not refunded to my account.. Please make it fast

    Please kindly check my transactions and refund my amount 20101.00 rupees which is deducted from my account.

      personal loan is closed, still emi is deducted.

      I am prasad shankar dabhole. I had an personal loan in hdfc bank. Personal laon number is 51669600. I closed particular loan in february month by balance transfer in kotak bank. I have submitted on 26 feb 2020 in favour of loan account number.
      Hdfc money deposited account number is [protected].
      Emi date is 4 th of every month. Emi is deducted in march & april month.

      I have been operating a sb a/c no:[protected] with centurion bank limited at mumbai. On my retirement from navy, i have shifted to delhi and this account has been non-operational since 2005/2006.

      I had a decent balance in this account at the time of my last transaction with this bank in 2005/2006.

      Now, i need to know my balance in this account and how to get this money back. I am also an account holder in hdfc bank ltd.

        On mar-15, i entered near tukkuguda toll and exited at nagarjuna sagar toll, the total amount which got deducted is 70.
        Ideally it should be around rs.20 or 30/-. Kindly look into this and add my extra deducted amount back to my wallet.

        I have raised complaint against this and i am not getting any response from the support team.

        I am regretting that i am a customer of hdfc.

              Imps transaction has been declined and money has been debited from bank account and not credited to the beneficiary account.
              Still the money is not credited to my account and neither the beneficiary account. Hdfc is not receiving calls on the customer care number.

                On the 1st of april hdfc bank announced that we can request moratorium on our emis by calling on a phone number provided online. I called on the number the same day to request moratorium on my 3 loan accounts. I received an email that the request will be processed within 48hours which was 3rd of april. But it’s the 4th of april now, we’ll above the 48hours and the bank has cut 2 emis from my account today. I tried to contact the bank but they said they can’t help with it. This is unacceptable. Where should the consumer go if the bank does not abide by the laws of rbi and by its own memo that it issued. I’m ready to go to court against such action if the bank does not act on this request of mine.

                Kindly note that customers who have applied for EMI Moratorium on or before 12th April and if their EMI for April 2020 has already been deducted, they will get an EMI refund by 17th April 2020.

                  I have paid my credit card bill 4509 rupees for the statement of march 2020 on april 3rd 2020.
                  I have received confirmation message also but april 4th auto deduct of minimum due amount 230 rupees is again debited towards credit card bill payment for the month of march 2020.

                  Please kindly check my transactions and refund my amount 230 rupees which is deducted from my account.

                  Please check the reference numbers

                            As govt allows to advance pf withdrawal, no one from PF team is replying to mail and mail box is also not in operate. Mails are getting bounce everyday.
                            In such scenario company should allow VPN access to PF team as well so we can transfer, withdraw our PF amount in such critical scenario.

                              I am having hdfc debit card. I mostly do payments online and there are many times i don't track my refund but from 1 months i have noticed that my refunds are not reflected in my bank account. The refund has been initiated from other end and reference number is also shared but money is not credited. One payment was if 440 from goibibo and 268 and 539 from swiggy.

                                  Dear team,
                                  I am sriram k from chennai, holding credit card with hdfc.
                                  Due to some personal health issues i was unable to pay my dues on time for few months and i have paid it finally (Mad) and now i would like to know how much outstanding due amount i want to pay towards my card. I would like to make the payment in full and make it nil.

                                  I have tried the below several times through netbanking.
                                  1. I have tried to pay my dues.
                                  2. I have tried to view my cc statement.
                                  3. I have tried to request a new credit card as my old card was lost.
                                  Etc etc etc...
                                  But always whenever i try to click - an error stating : "the transaction is currently not available for your account. Please contact our 24 hour call center for further assistance"

                                  Really frustrated. How to pay my dues or minimum due without even viewing my statement. I agree that i did not make my payment on time on few months but now am ready to pay my dues on full and i need a new credit card. I am unable to do anything.. I have visited branches but no respect or response.

                                  Please help me... I want a new card and i want to pay my dues in full and make it nil.
