I purchased an iphone almost 4 months back using my hdfc debit card opting for the 6000 rs cashback offer. The cashback was supposed to get credit within 120 days but its been more than that and i haven't recieved my cashback yet. Please help me with this. I have all the required bills with me and the hdfc customer care is not very easy to approach.

I'm owning HDFC millenia debit card. I found that this card gives 2.5% cashback for online spent. But I have not received any points to redeem. Please help me out with this issue.
I purchased an Fridge almost 4 months back using my hdfc debit card opting for the 2500 rs cashback offer. The cashback was supposed to get credit within 90 days but its been more than that and i haven't recieved my cashback yet. Please help me with this. I have all the required bills with me and the hdfc customer care is not very easy to approach.
I purchased a macbook air on 4/09/2022 when HDFC was giving 6000 cashback on it but 4 months have passed but my cashback didn't credited

    I received an offer sms from hdfc bank : 15%cashback +10x reward points @amazon great indian festival (21-25th oct) via smartbuy! Use creditcard @hdfc bank festive treats! Hdfcbk.net/jv6dlpo t&c.

    10x reward points and 5 % cashback offers applicable if transaction made on amazon or flipkart through smartbuy between 25th to 31st october 2019.

    I have completed two transactions of rs 10490 and rs 1122 on 25th and 31st october 2019 respectively on amazon through smartbuy.

    I have not received 10x reward points and 5% cashback till date. My registered mobile number with hdfc bank is [protected].

    Transaction are available in statement but order i'd is not mentioned in statement. Now escalation team is asking for order i'd which is not mentioned in statement.

    In this way, they are harrasing customers and doing cheating in place of providing offer benefits.

    Please check and do the needful at the earliest.

    Still I have not received any benefit from HDFC bank regarding above offers.

      Fastag not delivered even after a month and cancel request also pending for 7days, not able to apply at other vendors as npci blacklisted vehicle#
      Have send mail a week ago, when they said it will do done in 4days, yesterday they said need to do it with otp and done that as well, they said its closed, but i still its same error am getting - blacklisted by npci etc, kindly help me cancel hdfc fasatag and get the amount refunded.

      It's still showing my vehicle as blacklisted because of your in capabilities I am stuck and not able to purchase Fastag for last more than a month !!!

      today also they are saying wait for this week. Am not sure how can HDFC simply lock us like this, am not able to apply else where, after they are incapable of delivering fastag they are proving they are also not capable of simple canceling it.
      Kindly suggest whom can we approach to get rid of this problem.

      Have mailed to that mail id on 13th Feb asking to cancel as per their customer care suggestion, after waiting for two weeks but they didn't cancel. When called yesterday they said I have to do it with OTP, still it's not cancelled...am not able to apply anywhere.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

          I had applied for hdfc home loan and paid a processing fee of ₹5900 but hdfc couldn't fullfill my requirements and any amount was not sanctioned and other that i had applied with another bank and successfully sanctioned and disbursed. Then i asked hdfc to refund my processing fee they said please drop mail on trailing mail and i did that but after several reminders and complaint on hdfc website and grivelance but there is no response and update from there side.

                I have received an sms, "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfcxxcxxxxxxxxxxx issued to hdfcltd with value rs. 40000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch." i dont know what is it and no bank offcial explained it for me. I paid everthing as per due date. Whenever i call to bank offcials they just say "checking sir, let you know".. While applying the application, all bank offcials were putting thier efforts to complete monthly sales target.. Now nobody pays attention for customer's issues..

                    I hold a hdfc fastag for my four wheeler and i have received a mail notification from hdfc fastag ([protected]@hdfcbank.net) that my account has been debited for rs.285 for adjustment entry on 1/20/2020 6:25:15

                    Immediately i contacted customer care and raised complaint regarding this to enquire and refund the money as i have not performed any travel on that day.
                    I have been asked to drop a mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com with all details.

                    I have sent mail on 21/01/2020 but i have not received any response for 20 days. So i called again to the customer care and asked the status of my complaint. They asked me to send mail with all details again and so i have sent mail again on 09/02/2020. Also i have raised a service request on hdfc fastag website on 28/01/2020 with sr no sr[protected] and sequence no 30219. This is also still in open status and i believe there is no proper customer service setup for fastag customers to handle these complaints.

                    And unfortunately either the hdfc bank or npci are ready to address this issue and help to resolve it.

                    There is no escalation process also for these complaints. Attaching the screenshot of the transaction history of my fastag account which doesnt show any details of this manual adjustment entry transaction.

                      Dear team, after working for 2 and half years in hdfc bank, 1 thing that has really not changed is their harrassment,..

                      This harrassment is in various ways... One of the way is by letting their employees seated late for no reason, without any work,.. Its just a complete harrassment towards their employees.

                      It's so dissapointing that one side management says that every staffs will leave on time and strict action will be taken against them, and on the other hand the same management is least bothered to know whether their commitments are in place or not,

                      I used to work in andheri west, shoppers stop branch and you can see it yourself that still the harrassment is on and will go on..

                      I wanted to bring to your notice so that we all leave on time and can spare atleast some time with our family afterall we all are humans and we all need some peace of mind.

                        I have got a personal loan from hdfc bank last month. I have paid my emi through UPI for last month as my ach mandate form was rejected due to signature mismatch.                         I bought amazfit GTR watch from Amazon on 20 Jan 2020. but somehow I didn't like the watch and I refund that watch on 28 January 2020 . after that I had a word with Amazon telecaller name is gurpreet . she told me your amount which is 10099 rupees . will be refunded back in my account and she told mee before transferring amount will give you confirmation call so that you can confirm you want that amount in your Amazon wallet ya in your account from which I have made a payment . but I didn't get any call and they have made a payment in some other account which is not belongs to me .

                              Hello my name is shahbaz badi and i'm working at wankaner, pratap road, wankaner athdfcbank as bso. My employee id is 227595. I'm working as casa officer but here my superior makes me do clark's work and force me to stay their after 7pm the person who haress the is branch manager amit bhatt (Code:-a9530) and the one who is mostly harresing me and making branch manager do same is deputy manager surpalsinh zala (Code:-s34004) they continuously haress me for that i have also record about their behavior as proof so kindly guide.

                              When Surpalsinh received call from form he told me that forum person says bank staff related issue is not there part of work and manager told me to file case against me because I file a complain in forum after that we had interaction about this Surpalsinh and me that I will take my complain back and he told me that when HR calls I should say that our misunderstanding has been solved with this conversation he assured me that this will not happen again so I should take back my complain. Thou he mailed HR regarding me but I am not sure about content but from my side I believe in him and request to mark my complain as resolved.

                                fastag request is cheating me without results

                                Dear team, i have requested fast tag though the hdfc site with my application no:hfro1400314, its on jan 18. Not response till now from team after that even though email say 7 working days. I called customer care this week last week also before last week, they keep on telling its is not dispatched wait for 1 more 7 working days. I really got pissed off with this request and there is no clue whom to approach. Kindly assit....

                                I had purchased redmi note 8 pro from mi store (Fc road, pune) on 21st oct 2019. I was told that if i pay the amount by hdfc bank card, i will be eligible for a cashback of rs1500 /- which will be credited within 90 days (30 days). More than 120 days have passed but did not receive the cashback yet. I have invoice and payment slip (Which clearly mentions that i am eligible for cashback of rs 1500/-) with me. Request to provide the cashback as soon as possible.

                                  I was harassed on call by an hdfc employee saying i have to make payment for credit card. I had already paid my credit card bills. This person ([protected]) called me on behalf of hdfc bank and spoke to me in a very rude manner. She asked me to pay for the credit card bill which was not even mine. It is a miss from the agent but what about the misbehaviour. I kindly request the forum to look into this issue.
