S pura jammu sir before open account in hdfc bank a bank employee tell me if you maintain the balance for 3 months credit card issue to you after 3 months but now 5months over i apply credit card 2 times they are rejected bcz no c. P. V done by branch officer nw i m apply 3rd time and i m so scar bcz if this time c. P. V was not done my credit card reject once again kindly help me plz call to bank branch for done my c. P. V as soon as possible i hope you solve my problem thanks sir plz help me immediately

    I have received an sms, "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfcxxcxxxxxxxxxxx issued to hdfcltd with value rs. 40000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch." i dont know what is it and no bank offcial explained it for me. I paid everthing as per due date. Whenever i call to bank offcials they just say "checking sir, let you know".. While applying the application, all bank offcials were putting thier efforts to complete monthly sales target.. Now nobody pays attention for customer's issues..

      I have purchased iphone 11 on 11/10/19 from apple store nagpur using my hdfc bank debit card on which i suppose to get rs. 6000.00 cashback after 120 days as claimed by apple & hdfc,
      But till today its been more than 120 days & i have not yet received any cashback.
      I have registered a complaint in this regard at apple store but they are least bothered about this,

        I hold a hdfc fastag for my four wheeler and i have received a mail notification from hdfc fastag ([protected]@hdfcbank.net) that my account has been debited for rs.285 for adjustment entry on 1/20/2020 6:25:15

        Immediately i contacted customer care and raised complaint regarding this to enquire and refund the money as i have not performed any travel on that day.
        I have been asked to drop a mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com with all details.

        I have sent mail on 21/01/2020 but i have not received any response for 20 days. So i called again to the customer care and asked the status of my complaint. They asked me to send mail with all details again and so i have sent mail again on 09/02/2020. Also i have raised a service request on hdfc fastag website on 28/01/2020 with sr no sr[protected] and sequence no 30219. This is also still in open status and i believe there is no proper customer service setup for fastag customers to handle these complaints.

        And unfortunately either the hdfc bank or npci are ready to address this issue and help to resolve it.

        There is no escalation process also for these complaints. Attaching the screenshot of the transaction history of my fastag account which doesnt show any details of this manual adjustment entry transaction.

          Dear team, after working for 2 and half years in hdfc bank, 1 thing that has really not changed is their harrassment,..

          This harrassment is in various ways... One of the way is by letting their employees seated late for no reason, without any work,.. Its just a complete harrassment towards their employees.

          It's so dissapointing that one side management says that every staffs will leave on time and strict action will be taken against them, and on the other hand the same management is least bothered to know whether their commitments are in place or not,

          I used to work in andheri west, shoppers stop branch and you can see it yourself that still the harrassment is on and will go on..

          I wanted to bring to your notice so that we all leave on time and can spare atleast some time with our family afterall we all are humans and we all need some peace of mind.

          Need some positive feedback on this, thanks.

            ach mandate rejected

            I have got a personal loan from hdfc bank last month. I have paid my emi through UPI for last month as my ach mandate form was rejected due to signature mismatch. I got a letter from your side last month, stating that ach mandate rejected. Then i dropped a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com. But no one responded.
            I unable to go to the bank due to personnel problem. I need online support to resolve the problem. Please do needful to resolve...

            I bought amazfit GTR watch from Amazon on 20 Jan 2020. but somehow I didn't like the watch and I refund that watch on 28 January 2020 . after that I had a word with Amazon telecaller name is gurpreet . she told me your amount which is 10099 rupees . will be refunded back in my account and she told mee before transferring amount will give you confirmation call so that you can confirm you want that amount in your Amazon wallet ya in your account from which I have made a payment . but I didn't get any call and they have made a payment in some other account which is not belongs to me .

                  When Surpalsinh received call from form he told me that forum person says bank staff related issue is not there part of work and manager told me to file case against me because I file a complain in forum after that we had interaction about this Surpalsinh and me that I will take my complain back and he told me that when HR calls I should say that our misunderstanding has been solved with this conversation he assured me that this will not happen again so I should take back my complain. Thou he mailed HR regarding me but I am not sure about content but from my side I believe in him and request to mark my complain as resolved.

                    fastag request is cheating me without results

                    Dear team, i have requested fast tag though the hdfc site with my application no:hfro1400314, its on jan 18. Not response till now from team after that even though email say 7 working days. I called customer care this week last week also before last week, they keep on telling its is not dispatched wait for 1 more 7 working days. I really got pissed off with this request and there is no clue whom to approach. Kindly assit....

                    I had purchased redmi note 8 pro from mi store (Fc road, pune) on 21st oct 2019. I was told that if i pay the amount by hdfc bank card, i will be eligible for a cashback of rs1500 /- which will be credited within 90 days (30 days). More than 120 days have passed but did not receive the cashback yet. I have invoice and payment slip (Which clearly mentions that i am eligible for cashback of rs 1500/-) with me.                       I was harassed on call by an hdfc employee saying i have to make payment for credit card. I had already paid my credit card bills. This person ([protected]) called me on behalf of hdfc bank and spoke to me in a very rude manner. She asked me to pay for the credit card bill which was not even mine. It is a miss from the agent but what about the misbehaviour. I kindly request the forum to look into this issue.

                        Today morning i got a message from hdfc "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to lic housing finance ltd with value rs. 95000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch." i did availed home loan from lic recently but i'm not sure what this message mean. When called hdfc customer care, i was told it's an insurance offer from hdfc and there is nothing to panic. Please let me know if this is correct. If so, please change the message context to something more meaningful.

                          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2199/- from my credit card number ending with 2752 without my concern on date:03/08/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2199/-

                                  Imps transaction was done on hdfc bank application to icici bank on 18/02/2020 11:03 am able to see acknowledged of transaction as successfull followed by confirmation sms saying xxxxx amount has been debitted. Since then amount has not been credited to beneficiary account.

                                  Called customer care/phone banking officer they have infromed to wait for 2 to 3 works. I never had this situation and most critically the amount is urgent for medical requirement for my mother.

                                    I Have Purchase Laptop 6/10/2019 At Reliance Mart Vellore Tamilnadu,
                                    HDFC Offer 10% Cash back Both Debit & Credit With in 90days

                                    But Right Now 100Days Gone I have Not Got Any Updated Regarding This Issue & Many Time Complain to HDFC & Reliance mart But No Proper Response Form HDFC Bank & Reliance Mart ..

                                    AM Real Unhappy With the HDFC Bank ( Because Of Poor Reponses )

                                    Many Time I have Directly Gone To Register The Issue at HDFC Bank ( Officer Line, Vellore, Tamil Nadu ) But Very Uneducated Employee Are Working There I Think They Don't Know About Cash Back Details .

                                    So Pls Chk & Update My issue weather Is Offer is really Available or Not From the Bank
