During atm withdrawal using sbi atm money was deducted fro my account but was not dispensed. I use another atm to withdraw money. To report this when i called the customer care i was told that as per the system the amount was dispensed but the atm did not dispense the money. Then i had to use another atm. I can provide more details if needed.

I am not sure if the confusion is between these...

I had purchased a mi tv using hdfc cashback offer on 25/10/2019 on flipkart site. It was 10% cash back by using hdfc debit card and 5% by using hdfc smart but.
My debit card number is [protected]. My transction reference number is [protected].
The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account i have not received the cashback....

I applied for the hdfc fastag through online on 31st dec 19. The application number was hfr01270910. I got a message from hdfc fastag that my fastag was undelivered and asked to contact the hdfc fastag. I was not able to reach the number and always busy. I was available in the house and none of them called me about the fastag delivery. Need this to be resolved as soon as possible....

Amount rs 30 got deducted twice (60rs) with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc.

1. Why there is no intimation about this deduction?? No sms, nothing.
This is what makes me pissed off.

2. No intimation regarding the policy change if any also....

My account was debited with 118 rupees without my knowledge for "stop cheque chgs incl gst 180120" i dont know what is this deduction for. And i havn't give a cheque to any one for which this deduction is made. I want my money back. How can bank deduct the amount from my account without providing any information to me. This deduction was made on 24 jan 2020....

I placed an order in myntra using hdfc debit card and money 2587.82 got deducted from my account. Then i placed return request and the refund process is initiated from myntra's end and i should receive my refund by 20 january 2020. But i didn't get my money. Then i contacted myntra and they even gave me the bank reference number [protected]. Please transfer my money 2587.82 into my debit card as soon as possible...

Hi, this is pertaining to my c-c -[protected], i found that every month bank charges me an additional amount (Int & charges). Every month statement int get cumulate on statement, being a regular customer made the payment also, didn't do default with bank. Later on asking for intrest. Now from my side i cannt not pay any further charge on this card, so better have to stop relation with bank....

Hello.
Hdfc bank has charged rs177 on 24-jan - 2020. This is applicable only if you make more than 4 cash transactions.
I have made only two cash transactions this month but i'm still being charged rs177.
Please check my jan month's statement attached here

Moreover they don't even send us a message while charging this amount. This is such a cheap move....

I have opened new nre account in hdfc bank.
From past two days unable to transfer money from hdfc to other account using imps as well all the upi apps.
My money has been blocked not able to do anything,
Tried calling customer care many times, all they are telling is everything from their side is fine.
Even wrote multiple mails
Not statisfied with the customer...

I was working in the bank from april 2011 and resigned on 2014. But i don't know my pf account number to withdraw the same. So please help me to get the pf number and i want to know of my last working day of the hdfc bank along with request you to provide me the pf withdrawal form etc to receive my payment from the pf office.

I applied for replacement of hdfc fastag on 16/12/2019 for which i have paid rs 100 fees via imps with user ref no:[protected] & rrn ref no:[protected] on 16/12/2019 @10:04 a:m since my original hdfc fastag is torn off due to wear & tear. Transaction for above payment is showing against mine fastag ref no: hfr536894.
Despite my 60-70 calls to call centre they are giving clear picture by taking techincal issue in computer,...

My self vinay kumar m b, i am using hdfc bank from 2016 as salaried employee.

Year 2016 took 1 lac personal loan and in 2017 took top up loan with ref 4896997 in 2017

And closed on aug-2019.

Now i have requirement for loan and applied but unfartunatly got rejected because of ric team updated document fraud telephone bill.

I applied for fastag for my car no. Tn07ce4254 in velachery, chennai, hdfc branch on[protected] by paying rs.500/-.

Though 57 days have passed, i am yet to receive the fastag or any intimation.

My attempts to contact hdfc fastag customer care no. [protected] has failed as no one attends the calls and we can listen only the recorded music.

When applied i was told fastag will be sent in 15 days time,...

I bought a new vehicle on 7nth jan 2020, and the fastag which i received was already mapped with the mobile number of my sales person. Since then i have been calling repeatedly at your customer care to get my mobile number updated. Every time my details are received and i receive this assurance that it will be updated within 2-3 days. But this has been a total of 17 days now and still there is not update.

What sort of service...
