Hi, my salary account which was used in my previous company, has been charged monthly for not maintaining balance.
If it is a salary account, why don't you close it when we leave the company? Did i invite you to give me account at the time of joining? No!
Again its your responsibility to reach us whether we want to maintain account or not!
And you didn't take my permission for converting my salary account to savings account.
Even after converting to savings account you are charging 600 every month. For savings account there wont be charges for no balance as per rules.
No one is responding on my emails which i sent to hdfc customer support,
