During cross the toll, fastag shown black listed so paid cash and received the slip, but after some time amount educated from wallet also, need to resolve and refund the amount, customer help line number not picking phone.
Call picked by some person once but given wrong mail id to submit the document, nhai helpline number not interested to resolve the issue as amount deducted from wallet.
