My loan no. Is 6880360. Your agent told me that bank will credit cashback in your account after 3rd instalment. My 4th instalment also paid on 6th jan but still not received the cashback. Please credit cashback amount to my bank as you commited when gave the loan. I have bought refrigerator in october 2019. Bank customer care no is not working ([protected])

    I have received the customer id and wallet id via email, but i am yet to receive the physical copy of my fastag. I was promised delivery by 13th jan latest by the customer care executive. Also i don't have any idea on how to track my application status, nor do i have anything with which i'd know the location/po up to where my package has reached or if it is dispatched at all.
    I am a frequent toll gate user and unavailability of a fastag makes things really difficult for me.

    The tag reached me in exactly 2 days after I raised a complaint here. Received professional assistance from the concerned team. Though I have one suggestion for the HDFC FasTag team to follow on : Kindly make a more responsive and user friendly dashboard. After submitting a request for the Tag, a user has literally no access whatsoever to the status of the request. And the helpline number seldom works. And when it works, the executive at the other end speaks only in Hindi. This has be more professional from a bank like HDFC.

      I have applied hdfc fastag on 20 nov, 2019. Three days later i received customer id and wallet id. But the fastag not issued. I contacted customer care and they said me that within 7 working days it will be delivered. But the fastag still not received. I tried to reach customer care multiple times but the toll free number either busy or no one attending. I need the fastag asap. Here's the application reference number : hfr413894.

        Dear sir,

        I have used hdfc bank credit card no. [protected]. I have facing a problem to use my card. All bills & emi's are regularly paid to bank. But bank has blocked my card without giving me any intimation. I want to know why my card has been blocked. It is very frustrating from bank. Please give me a solution to unblock my card so i enjoy the services from bank otherwise i will complaint to the head office of hdfc bank.

          This is chintam umamaheswara reddy. I have submitted the account closure form at hdfc bank, cmh road, indira nagar, bangalore on[protected]. The bank offcial said it is initiated. I have sent email to customer care for the status whether it is closed or not. They are asking bank offcial name to whom i have submitted the application, who will ask name of bank official while submitting the form. This hdfc bank is scaring me. I had lot of bitter experiences with this bank. For opening the bank account they won't ask such idiotic questions, for closing they are playing this.
          After some days they will tell that account has negative balance. Present my account does not have any negative balance.
          Please close my account.

            I have applied hdfc fasttag through online and made payment of rs.1000.
            The reference number of the application is hfr01353717.

            I have applied on january'2020 since then there is no updates and i did not receive any welcome letter to my registered e-mail. I dont find any way to track my application status.

            When trying to contact the toll free number, no response recieved.

                I have closed my credit card on 23 dec 2019 i have clear all the dues but instead of they send me the outstanding of 3280 rupees how it is possible that after closing of card the outstanding is coming.kindly look into this matter

                This credit card number is giving here the first one i blocked that one credit card number which i have given after that they issue 5 cards and i blocked 4 card and last one i did not blocked the bank authority told me they have closed the card so i did not blocked it my last credit card last four digit is 1699 i did not get any card so i did not know tge full card number

                  I am sick and tired of your fraud. Again i gave ecs stop letters to ms bhirva from shantipark branch mira rd from sep 2018. I have a proof of all letters. Hdfc did nothing and instead you charged me ecs fee worth more than 60000 rs. Priya nair from mindspace branch realised her mistake and gave me 2 months waiver.
                  I have requested the fees to be credited back but ms bhirva was rude unhelpful and did not acknowledge her error. Till today i ve not got the fee waiver.
                  I am a heartpatient with serious condition and not working. Instead of helping you are ignoring. I am enclosing a copy of rbi lokpal complaint i made.
                  I have also hired a lawyer d pisolkar who said i will get good compensation.

                    Hi,
                    I just received a msg from hdfc stating "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc* issued to ava lifestyle products and services p l with value rs. 918.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."
                    I haven't issued or requested for such.
                    As i have gone through this form, i encountered various issues of this kind that people have faced earlier.

                      Received a message saying:

                      Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 3230 for rs. 410.00 has been credited/reversed by indianra3472086 on[protected]:20:30:48
                      It's been more than 12 hours and the
                      Amount has not been credited to the account yet. Checked the statement as well. Could you kindly check why the amount has not been credited yet.

                          I paid my credit bill amount to 900 on dec 31 2019 one day before the deduction date i. E., 01/01/2020. But still hdfc bank charges payment return fee in my next statement. So i have to pay another 900 rupees for reason i have not committed. Why hdfc bank? I am your customer and your customer is not satisfied with your policy. Please do the needful.

                          Dear Customer,

                          We observe that you have given us an instruction to claim the minimum monthly outstanding on your card account from your savings account. Based on the instruction, we had attempted to claim Rs.898.00 from your savings account and the same was returned due to insufficient funds. As you may be aware, any payment returned would attract a payment return charge. In view of the same, the autopay return fee has been levied. We note that you have effected payment of Rs.900.00 on the same day when the attempt to claim the amount was done. We request you to maintain sufficient balance in your bank account henceforth to enable us to carry out your instruction effectively and to avoid levy of autopay return charges on your card account. Alternatively, you can affect interim payment through Netbanking 3 days prior to payment due date to avoid levy of charges. We have reversed the Autopay return fee of Rs.450.00 billed to your card account. This credit will reflect in your next monthly statement. The corresponding GST remains payable by you.

                              I paid extra amount of 2295 in my credit card account i want this money back. I am following up with hdfc bank since 20 dec 2019. But i am not getting satisfactory answers around this. Got reply as account is not closed hence are not getting the money back. I am following up on the ticket #11136709. Why account needs to be closed in order to transfer the amount.

                                Hi,
                                When i raise query on june as per hdfc 3000 due of my two wheeler loan as payment bounce amount and 50% waiver provided by hdfc and i should to pay only 1500 rs only and now my hdfc account showing negative 7500 after waiver request its showing 3600 after deducting 1200 rs some amount . Now im unable to pay 3600 huge amount i only pay 500 more Please check and waive whole amount due to lack or limited income .

                                1200 already deducted
                                500 more amount i have to pay
                                More waiver required of 3100 rupees ..

                                  For my vehicles going to sabarimala

                                  I swiped my hdfc credit card at near petrol bunk

                                  I made transactions of nearly 2.20 lakh on fuel,

                                  For every time for each transaction they charged of extra 2.5% tax on swiping

                                  We don't know it was charged extra on fuel transaction in petrol bunks

                                  When i called to customercare they said that my fuel transaction limit per month is 20k only,

                                  After that it will charged of 2.5% extra on every fuel transaction,,

                                  Like that around extra 4000 rs are added under fuel transaction charges

                                  Sir i dont know this fuel transaction limit is 20000 only on my credit card,

                                  I am using this card from last 2016 onward s

                                  I dont know on swiping there is extra 2.5% charges for fuel in petron bunks

                                  Please check my statement and do the needful to me

                                  Remove wavier extra 4000 rs which gone under fuel transaction charges on my card
                                  No hdfc credit cards support customer has not given any advice or any information to me
                                  For additional charges on fuel of above 20000 above on fuel

                                  Who is the responsable person for taking 4000 extra on credit card with out any information

                                  I had already paid totally amount as what u had send statement to me

We take this opportunity to inform you that the fuel surcharge would be levied at 1% plus service tax for the transactions done on HDFC Bank swipe machines at petrol pumps of Oil companies owned by government (HPCL/ IOCL/ BPCL).
                                  We wish to inform you that HDFC Bank Credit Card holders who transact on Non-HDFC Bank swipe machines/ HDFC Bank Swipe Machines would be levied surcharge amount at the discretion of the member/acquiring bank and the surcharge shall be reversed at 1% in your credit card and service tax charged on fuel surcharge is non-refundable. Fuel surcharge varies from 2.5% to 1% of the fuel transaction amount. The rate of surcharge may vary depending on the fuel station and their acquiring bank.

                                    I belong to south tamil nadu. My mother provided a cheque for around 20 lakhs
                                    With her signature to transfer it from hdfc bank to canara bank.

                                    Hdfc bank called me to give some support letter for cheque clearance as my mother's signature little mismatch. I provided letter also my mother spoke with concern person to get cleared. But they not cleared stating no as technical failure.

                                    Deeply disappointed with this bank's branch behaviour. Not sure where to take this complaint further. Can you any one guide me

                                        Address: Plot no 139, C/o Sudhir Mahajani, Vishwakarma Society, near Kamgar Kalyan Kendra, Sahakar Nagar no 1, Pune411009, Pune, Maharashtra, 411058

                                        I have submitted application for issue of debit card and change of address on 30-dec-2019 at your warje branch, pune 411058 to ms mugdha sule.

                                        Now till neither the address is changed or debit card is issued.

                                        Your ms mugdha is not responding to my queries, but got to know from their staff that is has forgotten to share the request to your central processing team.

                                        Please help.
