From 04.10.2019 to 17.11.2019 (as visible on internet banking) my a/c balance has been deducted with Rs. 177/- on 11.10/24.10/ 01.11 & 14.11.19 i.e. total Rs. 708/-in the name of "3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST". I am unable to understand these charges are for what transactions. No such deductions are made in my Other Bank A/cs.

Now again deduction has been made as below:

I am a hdfc bank customer, and i applied for a fastag for my wife’s car.. But after paying via hdfc credit card.. The amount was deducted but but i got an error timed out error.
Then i again tried and on second attempt the application was successful
Kindly refund the amount asap, for the first attempt which resulted in session timed out.

I have applied for hdfc fastag expecting faster delivery, but its been more than a month since i applied and I haven’t heard about it.
They gave no information on how/who will deliver my fastag.

I under signed, a customer of hdfc card since last 4-5 years. With ref. To [protected], i have raised my complaints against hdfc credit card for the following discrepancies and financial disputes.

I have applied HDFC FASTAG through online and made payment of 300 INR (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is HFR01130192. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and RC/Aadhaar and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact HDFC FasTAG guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

Toll Plaza cannot able to read the Fastag.
Even the manual scanner cannot able to read the tag.
Whenever i cross the toll i need to spend lot of time on for scanning and it never worked for me. I had very bad experience with HDFC fastag where other company tags are working fine.
I dono why HDFC started this FASTAG Services and providing such bad product.

I need to pay 54000/- as a total amount and the minimum amount is rs 6318/-, but what they had did they had blocked the entire amount from my bank account.

Today i made the payment but still they haven't remove the block and i can't withdraw a single amount from my account and they started harressing me, saying we can't do anything talk to collection department and from collection department no one is there to answer.br...

I took settlement for credit card and i paid my all install ment... But still they holded my savings account which is showing minus 22500..
Regarding this query they are telling we can't do anything
In case my salary is credit to my savings account how can i withdrawal the amount?

Also have you tried to find out why I have not made payment or not. Many time I have ignore your bulsit but I am going court with this reason.

I have not travelled on any toll plaza today.

The toll amount for all my previous travel has already been deducted from my wallet.

I don't understand what this adjustment entry...

I had purchased Fast tag from HDFC Bank as being mandatory implemented by the Central Govt for my Light Com Vehicle.
On 27th Dec 2019 1720/= was Dr as Manual Debit/[protected]/Others/Debit Adjustments
Again the same is Dr on 31st Dec 2019 a sum of Rs 1820/= with the same reason.
Please take the matter at prior and request to revert the same at the earliest stating the reason for such manual Dr entries. As bank helpline...

Though there is no plaza entry no/passage nor pending amounts from tolls, but received the below message and dedcuted rs.265/- from my account without any reason.

Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 235 for adjustment entry on 12/31/2019 7:21:13 pm. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 270 - hdfc bank ltd.
