I have applied fastag against my car HR70c5275 before 15th November 2019 and wallet id or customer id issued by the bank on 1 12 2019 but till date I have not received 8 1 2020 so please deactivate the fastag or otherwise reissue fastag and send the same my new address office executive Engineer project public health Division no 3 additional deluxe building5th floor sector 9d Chandigarh 160009 because courier service is not available on my residential address and my phone number [protected]

    I have a problem related of wrong deduction of money from my wallet.

    Problem statement:

    I traveled to my hometown on dec 14 / 15, 2019 and on dec 18, 2019 i have a sms stating that inr 450 is deducted. Whereas i had actually traveled a couple of days earlier.
    Tried calling (Which sometimes connected and was told to email another company and then finally stating the amount will be reversed. Emailed multiple times to the suggested email from a company called insolutions global to no avail.

    Please provide me solution as soon as possible, otherwise i will surrender my fastag because i cannot afford to pay two times for single transaction.

      Hello sir, i got call from hdfc bank to activate oneassist plan yesterday. They said all about plan and i said no need now.
      But they said we activated plan already. And amount will auto deduct from your creditcard. Who are u deduct my money. This is criminal act from hdfc bank. I dont need this plan and i not agreed to it with customer excutive.

          I received sms from hdfc bank on 15th december’2019 giving fastag customer id[protected] and wallet id - [protected]. The fastag was later dispatched by bluedart awb#[protected] and was returned undelivered on 03rd january’20, despite my request to deliver on an alternate date.

          Please arrange to resend the fastag. The hdfc fastag helpline no. [protected] is constantly coming busy.

            I shini mary rajan hold hdfc credit card and i have certian loans on hdfc bank. The issued me the loan seing my salary and cibil score, making sure that iam a central gov employee.
            Last month, due to an accident and other circumstances, we couldnt pay the emi on personal jumbo loan and credit card in time.
            Thereafter,
            The executives, from bank took my number from the system started calling me from their personal number as torchuring me like anything, when ever they call, i was saying that, iwll be paying it on december first, they didnt hear that or they didnt value that.
            They again contacted my father who is above 67 years and revealed all the deatils about my pending payments.
            Again they called from their personal numbers to my hus, who is a cance payment. Person named rosemary started talking to him in an indescent way saying that, they will be sending executives to our home, they will be rude, they will take money from us, they know how to take back my moeny... This account is in loss and doesnt have any shame.. Like this...

            I have a doubt, can u just say one point to stay in your bank availing your services...
            Why should a customer should get your services, when the customer care people takes the personal number of a women and her families and calling them taking abuses and even threatening...

            Few days back i even contacted your fb messenger... Hell services, ithey tried to fool me with a wrong number...

            Please be informed that, i will be filing a complaint regarding you peolpe if you people has not taken action against the person who threatens me and my family and used my personal number for contacting me from their personal number,
            Please keep it in in mind that, i have cleared my dues and not a single issue so far about the payment.

            Dear HDFC, the link which you have provided doesnt guide me to complaint against collection team. for your information, i have parallely sent mail to several persons to those who are working in HDFC bank on senior levels ( took their mail id from Google ), but no response so far...
            Even i have filed complaint in HDFC also, somewhere in the site itself, but no response from anyone...

            You are free to contact me to the registered email id, i still stand on my complaints and i will make sure that the persons who are not eligible to work on banks should not work there abusing persons and making unnecesary comments and blackmailing

              I have used my credit card in poorvika mobiles on 28th dec for rs.19000, i got a sms on 1st of jan 2020 that i need to pay 19931, how the amount can change after the swipe, i have given you rights to take only 19000 from my account, then how can you take 931 more from my account.

              My card ends with 9236, my registered mobile number is [protected], kinldy fix this issue asap.

                    I have booked a ticket from yeshwanthpur to kazipet on 14 January 2020 through IRCTC app. The payment failed in the middle due to server problems.The ticket is not booked but the amount has been deducted from my hdfc bank account. I contacted IRCTC and hdfc customer care services but there wasn't any proper response from their end. So please kindly do something about it.

                      I had a salary account with hdfc bank which got converted to savings account when I left my job. I called customer care in regard of closing my account but they were not able to help because this account has Rs. -8113 as of now.
                      I can only visit local branch and
                      they are asking me to get my account to Zero so they can further proceed to close the account.
                      Please waive of the Rs. -8113 from my account so I can get this account closed as this is a huge amount for me.

                        My fastag has not been delivered till now. I had payed the amount on 31st November and since then i have been raising complaints on HDFC site but no body is responding/providing resolution. Kindly help

                        The last ticket had raised regarding it got a response that they will get back in 5 working days and it was received on 28th December 2019. But have not received any response till now.

Credit card on this number is a personal loan on this number and I am being harassed repeatedly by calling. I have sent on the death proof of Amit Kumar, which has been received by the credit card department, but the credit card has not yet been removed from the account, requesting that please remove the credit card from the account so that I can close the account of Amit Kumar.                                   Hi, i have submitted the fasttag application on 31.dec.2019 and it says like with in 7 days i will get the Fastag. Still i did not get any update on that and not able to reach customer service too. My application reference no. is HR[protected]. Please look and resolve my issue. This kind of service makes me feel bad with HDFC.

                                    Pls note I am using the credit card for more than 6 years and only in the last 2 year due to more medical expenses happened personally I paid the minimum due amount regularly, Last month I did not paid the minimum amount due to financial struggle,
                                    As advised by manager “ I have to pay 1 due amount so that he will organise for settlement''

                                    After paying the due amount I tried to contact the manager but he is not attending the call.

                                    Already for settlement he raised 67000rs x 6 emi, but iam getting only 30k salary with this salary It is very difficult for me to pay this amount hence request you to reconsider and reduce the settlement amount to 35000rs and increase the emi period to 12months, hope you have the data, I have already paid more than 3 lakh rupees via interest to HDFC, hence help me here to waive off the total amount or help to reduce the settlement to 35000rs with 12months emi.

                                    Pls note, this complaint is settlement related issue, already have faced more problems continue my mother health issue and my health also not well, that's why i am not able to continue for regular credit card payment that's the reason i am going to settlement, i already pain more than 3lk for interest for minimum due almost 3years, so kindly consider and wave off what best possible from your side and extend the EMI periods.

                                      I had requested for Credit card Insta loan amount Rs.42750 on credit card ending with 0171 @1.6% int. rate per month payable in 12 EMIs, which was approved on dated 22.11.2019.
                                      First EMI Pais in December 2019 but till time cheque not received,
                                      Please share Consignment Tracking ID
                                      HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Policy No[protected], Dated 06 Dec 2019, with error in proposers name SUNIT is written as SUNIL.
                                        It's a month, I'm chasing, so many complaints to cust care, but no one is listening.
                                        One of stupid customer care Priyanka Ghosh not able to understand anything is guiding me the procedures to lapse the policy by not paying the EMI's. Is this the way?
                                        I have paid the very first premium, after that I'm not able to pay for the premium for incorrect policy. Before I opted for this policy, I was getting so many calls, once I paid, the HDFC life did a mistake and issued me policy with incorrect name. Now, the HDFC team are least bothered to correct the error or call up or write any emails.
                                        If HDFC is not willing to rectify this, I want HDFC life to refund the 1st premium paid by me so that I may start investing with other reputable banks.

                                        I had got a fraud call for asking the policy number details. I had got a call from this no.([protected]).
