    I booked four redbus tickets costing around 10000 on 19th dec 2019. But i cancelled all my four redbus tickets on 21st dec 2019 due to change in plans. Redbus initiated the refund process. Currently the status in redbus app shows that reference number has been generated. But still i have not received my refund amount. It has been more than a week. I booked my ticket through hdfc netbanking.

      My hdfc fastag is blacklisted and there is no support from hdfc to resolve this issue.

      Hdfc fastag helpline number is never reachable or nobody picks.

      I am having a balance of more than rs.500 in it and shows active in the hdfc online portal but still i am unable to use it at toll.

      Toll plaza guys says i have to get in touch with hdfc and hdfc never helps.

      I am soo frustrated because of this.

      I literally want to get rid of hdfc tag now. My money is stuck and there is no service provided to me from hdfc

        Yesterday received a message from blue dart without awb no. Stating that shipment undelivered for address related issue. Contact fastag for redelivery. Tried to contact fastag no but none responds at that number. I need help from hdfc fastag team immediately.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I applied fastag last november 22nd 2019. Ref no : HFR477827.

          Still i didnt received my fastag. I tried to contact customer care more than 100 times, but always busy..I didnt get a proper communication regarding this, ,

          just i received the user id and wallet id, , if login in your website there is no details about the fastag..

          I received the only tracking number, , not mention the courier service . i didnt receive any calls from courier service, , how can i track?

          Finally i got the customer care connection, they informed me it was despatched 4th dec and returned to our mumbai office 12th dec..

          and i requested him to dispatch again, , but still it was not dispatched from your end.. again today i contact, but i get a same answer it will dispatch and get it next week.. howmany days i need to wait, , january 25th fastag is compulsory, , but still i didnt get it. your customer care representative not given any reference number or complaint number for my re dispatch request.. she simply told call next week if not dispatch.. what a responsible answer? and request to transfer the call higher official, , ut she just disconnected the call.. very nice experience..

          its really shameful your service.. no easy contact point, no proper communication, no responsible answer..i think i made a mistake to apply through HDFC..

          Our company have a account with you and do the transaction with crores, , but your customer response is very poor.

          Finally i just asking the simple question.. when can i get the fastag? give the proper communication, tracking number and dispatch details..

          If not just reply to me, , i will get it other banks..

            I have done a transaction of rs 33000 at samsung plaza nit faridabad on 05.10.2019 for 3 months emi by hdfc bank credit card. Offer ruunig was no extra cost emi with 10% cashback; max 5000 rs. Emi/loan has been completed on 06.12.2019 but till now cashback is not received in my credit card stement. My registered mobile number with credit card is [protected]. After discussing with hdfc customer care they are saying we will check and revert but till now i have not received any solution.

              I used net banking and amount of rs.500 is deducted from my account. But they didn't send me order...
              I have ccavenue transaction successful email...
              And i called coustomer care but they did not receive my call...
              It's been more than 1 month n they did not respond to my call or email

                  Dear sir,
                  On 1 dec 2019, at brijghat toll plaza toll was collected in cash as well through fastag. When i reached at toll plaza i told the person that i have fastag but he said that fastag not working. Thus he took money in cash. But as i left the toll i received message on mobile of deduction from fastag account. I have registered complain with 1033 helpline number on 9 dec 2019 but nothing has done till date. The hdfc customer care number[protected] never works.
                  What should i do?
                  Whenever i ask at 1033 for status they say, we do not know anything, but we have raised the querry.

                      I have applied for the fastag on 19th dec 2019, paid the complete amount of 500/-, and received a comformation sms saying that you, you will receive your fastag in 7 working days and today's date was 03rd jan and till now i havn't received it. Also the contact number [protected] which they provided in the website doesn't work. Whenever we call that number, it simply says the number was busy.. Please solve the issue as soon as possible, or else you people will be in big trouble as so many people are suffering with this issue and that too only with your bank..

                        ach mandate failed after signature verification from home branch

                        I bought hero maestro edge last month (December 2019) and loaned amount from hdfc bank (Mall road ludhiana). I've given two cheques, one for the security other for the ecs. But after few days i got sms that ach mandate rejected due to signature mismatch. So i went to hdfc, they told me i need to verify signature from home branch (Sbi). I did same and verified my signature from sbi and given them, they said it will work and you dont need to...

                          Firstly thanks to consumer complaints forum to provide an opportunity to resolve the consumer issues when the customer care team failing to address them effectively.

                          I have purchased a car in dec 2017 and got the hdfc fastag wallet from the same showroom. The wallet has the temporary registration number as the vehicle is new and it bares only the tr number while purchasing it. I got my car registered in feb 2018. Although the vehicle number not changed in hdfc fasttag wallet, i did not faced any issues till the first quarter of 2019.

                          From around april 2019 it some times works and toll staff accepts the fastag and some times they it is block listed.

                          I had to try calling hdfc fasttag customer care number[protected] for several times just to be able to get someone to talk to me.

                          Finally a gentleman spoke to me and mentioned that the wallet showing block listed because the vehicle number in the wallet is not correct. He asked me to send rc copy with a request to change the number and keep only the wallet id in the subject and the mail id is fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com.

                          He also mentioned it takes 2 business days to get this corrected.

                          I sent my first mail on 29th november 2019. No response to the mail and the vehicle number still not changed in the wallet.

                          I sent my second mail again on 3rd dec 2019 still no response and no changes made to my wallet to reflect the correct vehicle number.

                          I tried at least 20 times to the customer care [protected] to be able to get some one to talk to me. This time the person told me that there is problem with system and hence he could not change now. Asked me to send the mail again so that it will be changed.

                          I sent my 3rd mail on 23rd 2019 again.. No response no change made to my wallet.

                          I have called at least 50 times to get some one to talk so to fix this issue, but this time i am constantly hearing one message that the number is busy and not able to get connected to any to talk.

                          I have been privileged banking customer to hdfc bank for more than 10 years and this is the worst ever experience i have with any other financial / products company.

                          I sent the mail to the specified mail id thrice and it is just a black-hole.

                          I again called customer care on 3rd Jan, they said they will change the details in one day. I asked what if they are not changed as I have been trying to resolve this for several weeks now. He was suggesting me to close the account...

                          Is this really what HDFC Bank customer care advises?

                          Issue still persists.

                            I applied for fastag from the online portal on 1st december. My fastag ref number is hfr821321. I have recd one tag but i have still not received the second tag. The money has been deducted from my credit card for both tags. I have sent emails to status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in - that email id does not work.                                   I have applied for hdfc fastag on 13th december 2019 and have not received any tag yet. My wallet id and user id were sent to my email address and was informed that my wallet is recharged with 300 rupees, but the fastag is lost.

                                  On 26th december 2019 i have received an envelope stating there was fastag inside the envelope, but when i opened the envelope i saw only the instructions paper and the fastag was missing inside the envelope. I have complained to hdfc fastag customer care[protected] the same day and was told that they will be re-sending fastag again which will take about 7 days to be delivered. Since then i keep following up with their customer care who does not even care to answer properly.

                                  Firstly their customer care number does not connect most of the times (It always keeps saying that the number is busy) i have no idea why is their toll free number busy and those very few times it gets connected their customer care agent has disconnected the call deliberately once i informed them that the fastag was missing from the envelope.

                                  I have paid 500 rupees for nothing and looks like this 500 rupees is now stolen with no help from hdfc customer care.

                                  I would very honestly advise other people who are reading this post to "not opt for hdfc fastag services". Their services are very very poor and i am still struggling to get my fastag with no response from them.

                                    After that i received customer id & wallet id on 01/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                                    i was not able to generate the password even after trying several times. after ai fill up all info. it says not registered.
                                    I had applied for hdfc fastag on 6.12.19 with application number HFR930856.Today is 26th dec 2019.No respond from HDFC Bank .No place to communicate with them.The toll free number never connects.I do not know what is the status
                                    I Have Ordered my fastTag through HDFC online portal next day got msg that Tag has been issued but I haven't received any Tag at my give address

                                    It has been a week since I submitted the Fastag application. I submitted it on 19th December. It is 25th today and there is no trace of my application. I just got an sms saying it is in process.

                                    I had paid an amount of Rs. 500/- towards Fastag application vide application reference no. HFR[protected] on 11/12/19. The fastag was was to be received by no. within 7 working days.
                                    Not delivered and no news so far.
                                    I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                                    After that i received customer id & wallet id on 17/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                                      Hi team,

                                      This is just to shift your focus to the tormenting harrassment and i'm going through from the third part collection department of hdfc bank for recovery of their credit card due as i'm going through some financial crunch and asked for a time limit till 6th edition f jan 2020. I'm not a chronic defaulter and have missed only payment for november.

                                      However, recently i'm being harrassed by these so called people from hdfc bank credit card collection department but f r sure their are nothing but hired musclemens of the bank.

                                      They are speaking with me and my wife in a abusive way and forcing me to make the payment. Also they are threating me that they will ruin my social status.

                                      Now i'm being pushed to the corner to write these words and hope for a positive response from you.

                                      I have applied for fastag on 23rd Nov & got reference Number after paying online. Received confirmation by reference number generation & Number is HFR490595.
                                      No pdf copy of application received till 27th Dec... has been more than one month & no call from any representative.
                                      Customer care number is always busy & not useful.

                                      I applied Fastag on November 30th, my fastag reference number is HFR815699 When I applied, I was told that it would be given me within 7 working days but I haven't got it yet. I called several times on [protected] but didn't get any answer. Now I want to cancel it. But no one is listening to me, neither in the bank nor in customer care

                                      We travelled through Nallur toll plaza yesterday morning.. While we headed charge of Rs.50 deducted.. While returning again same amount got deducted instead of deducting only the return amount (Rs.25) Kindly refund the balance amount at the earliest
