I applied fastag last november 22nd 2019. Ref no : HFR477827.
Still i didnt received my fastag. I tried to contact customer care more than 100 times, but always busy..I didnt get a proper communication regarding this, ,
just i received the user id and wallet id, , if login in your website there is no details about the fastag..
I received the only tracking number, , not mention the courier service . i didnt receive any calls from courier service, , how can i track?
Finally i got the customer care connection, they informed me it was despatched 4th dec and returned to our mumbai office 12th dec..
and i requested him to dispatch again, , but still it was not dispatched from your end.. again today i contact, but i get a same answer it will dispatch and get it next week.. howmany days i need to wait, , january 25th fastag is compulsory, , but still i didnt get it. your customer care representative not given any reference number or complaint number for my re dispatch request.. she simply told call next week if not dispatch.. what a responsible answer? and request to transfer the call higher official, , ut she just disconnected the call.. very nice experience..
its really shameful your service.. no easy contact point, no proper communication, no responsible answer..i think i made a mistake to apply through HDFC..
Our company have a account with you and do the transaction with crores, , but your customer response is very poor.
Finally i just asking the simple question.. when can i get the fastag? give the proper communication, tracking number and dispatch details..
If not just reply to me, , i will get it other banks..
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
