fastag registration

I purchased ford ecosport car in the month of october 2019. Alongwith hdfc fastag was issued to me. But now when i am trying to register into the account for the first time; it doesn't allow me to so.
I punch all the details, but it doesn't move to next page. I approach their customer care no. [protected], but no revert is found from side. No email id has been provided to lodge complaint.

I manjunatha k, i applied for hdfc bank fastag on dec 7th 2019 on through hdfc bank website. And my application no hfr940511. While applying tag i paid rs 2000-/. Till now i didn't received fastag.
Whenever i try to contact customer care number always busy. Twice connected to customer care not answering properly and not ready to connect senior person. Simply they are disconnected the call. And each time said different stories.

I recharged Tata sky of Rs 500 on 10dec 19 through Payzapp but i used hdfc card, again on 11 Dec this amount was refunded to me as per my request. It has taken 20 days almost but nothing is done in between i made many contact with Payzapp and tata sky but nothing is going to happen
I had applied a HDFC fastag through my net banking on 10 December 2019 till date i have not received by fastag .I have tried customer support number many times but found busy all time after one time talking. Hi have made a recharge for 1000Rs through Netbanking for HDFC Fastag. Amount is deducted from my bank account by still its been not credited to my FASTAG Wallet.

I have tried calling Customer Service Number which is of no use. Always seems busy .

Please resolve the issue

    My fried transferred rs 6800 /- on hdfc payzapp however even though my kyc is activated it's keep telling me to activate it again and doesn't allow me to send money. I thought o[censored]sing the money as upi for daily expenses so tried registering it but the application is keep giving error to try again later.

      My loan account no is: 66094984

      My name is karamjit kaur

      I have applied for loan amount of rs. 279000/- @ 10.5% rate of interest.

      But when i got the repayment later the loan amount is showing rs. 305216/- because your auto loan employee (Branch chotti baradari patiala, punjab) added a gps tracker of rs. 19950/- into my loan account without my consent.

      I really appreciate the services of hdfc bank but this time i am really disappointed by the behaviour/attitude of your employee. I had a lots of conversations with him & every time i humbly requested to cancel gps but always he said that it is under process & it will take some time. I am really frustrated with procedure & now i am bound to write this mail to you.

      I am from a lower middle class family. I am house wife & it was a big dream of mine which i have fulfilled to buy a small car. I don't have so much money to waste all these things. Please try to understand my pain. Hope you people can understand what is the situation i am going through. I humbly request you to please investigate the matter & cancel gps tracker into my bank account so that i can pay the actual instalments.

        I have personal loan in hdfc bank, due to not maintaining sufficient balance they are unnecessary deducting amount, even not sending any messages. I have contacted customer care they said not maintaining the balance. When i do have check in netbanking they have deducted amount for gst and debit card charges without our notice (I. E. Not sending message to my linked number) because of this stupid reason its affecting for my civil score which they can't pay..

          This complaint is about incorrect deduction from my hdfc fastag account on 4 january 2020 at dankuni toll plaza, dankuni, west bengal. The single trip journey toll is 85 rupees where as the round trip is 125 rupees. I availed round trip journey by vehicle wb26t6013 through this toll plaza and found following deductions from my fastag account[protected].
          1. Rupees 85 at 08:41:47 - correct
          2. Rupees 40 at 19:07:11 - correct
          3. Rupees 85 at 19:00:00 - incorrect
          I tried to contact hdfc fastag customer care at[protected] but no one is picking up the call.
          The last deduction is wrong and need to be rectified. Attached the screenshot of messages received regarding fastag transactions.

              This is regarding my fastag use and charges deducted in maguli toll plaza, cuttack, odisha. Fastag customer id:[protected]. I crossed manguli toll plaza, cuttack, odisha on 30th december 2019 in the morning hour and returned in the same day evening (Round trip). Here single way toll charge is rs.115/- and double charges of rs.230/- has been deducted from my wallet instead of round trip charges. There is no such contact facility to inform this and the hdfc fastag customer service number never respond. Even i contacted nhai customer service and they said to contact hdfc and communication is very very poor from hdfc as i have experienced. So how this will be resolved.

                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 999/- from my credit card number ending with 0427 without my concern on date:16/12/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.999/-

                  I had a preferred customer of hdfc bank and i posses the fastag of the same. But as i login into there portal it shows nothing do they have any issues with the portale i tried logingin in from phone in (Safari browser and google crome app) also from my pc in google crome and internet explorer) but it shows nothing once i login. And other then that there customer care no is also not working or always busy. Just like single person is there to pick up all the complains of hdfc fastag customers.

                      I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

                      I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.

                          I booked four redbus tickets costing around 10000 on 19th dec 2019. But i cancelled all my four redbus tickets on 21st dec 2019 due to change in plans.                             My hdfc fastag is blacklisted and there is no support from hdfc to resolve this issue.

                            Hdfc fastag helpline number is never reachable or nobody picks.

                            I am having a balance of more than rs.500 in it and shows active in the hdfc online portal but still i am unable to use it at toll.

                            Toll plaza guys says i have to get in touch with hdfc and hdfc never helps.

                            I am soo frustrated because of this.

                            I literally want to get rid of hdfc tag now. My money is stuck and there is no service provided to me from hdfc

                                I applied fastag last november 22nd 2019. Ref no : HFR477827.

                                Still i didnt received my fastag. I tried to contact customer care more than 100 times, but always busy..I didnt get a proper communication regarding this, ,

                                just i received the user id and wallet id, , if login in your website there is no details about the fastag..

                                I received the only tracking number, , not mention the courier service . i didnt receive any calls from courier service, , how can i track?

                                Finally i got the customer care connection, they informed me it was despatched 4th dec and returned to our mumbai office 12th dec..

                                and i requested him to dispatch again, , but still it was not dispatched from your end.. again today i contact, but i get a same answer it will dispatch and get it next week.. howmany days i need to wait, , january 25th fastag is compulsory, , but still i didnt get it. your customer care representative not given any reference number or complaint number for my re dispatch request.. she simply told call next week if not dispatch.. what a responsible answer? and request to transfer the call higher official, , ut she just disconnected the call.. very nice experience..

                                its really shameful your service.. no easy contact point, no proper communication, no responsible answer..i think i made a mistake to apply through HDFC..

                                Our company have a account with you and do the transaction with crores, , but your customer response is very poor.

                                Finally i just asking the simple question.. when can i get the fastag? give the proper communication, tracking number and dispatch details..

                                If not just reply to me, , i will get it other banks..

                                  I have done a transaction of rs 33000 at samsung plaza nit faridabad on 05.10.2019 for 3 months emi by hdfc bank credit card. Offer ruunig was no extra cost emi with 10% cashback; max 5000 rs. Emi/loan has been completed on 06.12.2019 but till now cashback is not received in my credit card stement.                                       As i have purchased fast tag online and issued the card with no. 34161fa8203288ac047b5fe0. But unfortunately it is not delivered to me so far. Bank is not replying satisfactory answer. Card is issued successfully but physical card not hand over to me so far.
                                      While my account and card is activated.
