Hi,
I became a customer of hdfc past 4 month back.
I could find that 1299 rs is debited from my account.

Transaction :
Net pi to hsl sec a/c 3644348-[protected]

Today without my knowledge in my account amount has been deducted due to demat account services without any intimation. As i do need any demat account, please deactivate and refund my money within a day

    Hi,
    I need to pay 54000/- as a total amount and the minimum amount is rs 6318/-, but what they had did they had blocked the entire amount from my bank account.

    Today i made the payment but still they haven't remove the block and i can't withdraw a single amount from my account and they started harressing me, saying we can't do anything talk to collection department and from collection department no one is there to answer.
    So, please help me out here.

        I have received loan disbursement on 27 Dec 2019 on File no.[protected] . But i am very upset with the service provided by the HDFC team.
        First of all the guy (Deepak) who was assigned to take care my file showed full irresponsibility. He keeps me waited for whole day to collect the document 2-3 times. And when i went to HDFC branch for loan disbursement then i got the information that my complete documents list was not submitted,...

        HDFC bank placed my account on hold and when I checked, they said they put on hold because I didn't paid the CC due amount. But I already paid the amount on December 31st and they said it will take another 4-5 working days to release my account... Also received the Message for Tracking the Fastag, but while checking it on the India Post Site i have found that it is related to some Other Location. I have been trying to contact the Fastag Customer Care since last one week but can not reach the same. I can not track the same also. Below are my details

          Also have you tried to find out why I have not made payment or not. Many time I have ignore your bulsit but I am going court with this reason.

          This is the time where I have troublled a lot just because of this and you will pay for my harassment at all leval in legal.

            Dear sir,

            I received following sms today.

            "your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 190 for adjustment entry on 12/31/2019 7:17:54 pm. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 565 - hdfc bank ltd."

            I have not travelled on any toll plaza today.

            The toll amount for all my previous travel has already been deducted from my wallet.

            I don't understand what this adjustment entry is.

            Please let me know what are these charges for.

                I had purchased Fast tag from HDFC Bank as being mandatory implemented by the Central Govt for my Light Com Vehicle.
                On 27th Dec 2019 1720/= was Dr as Manual Debit/[protected]/Others/Debit Adjustments
                Again the same is Dr on 31st Dec 2019 a sum of Rs 1820/= with the same reason.
                Please take the matter at prior and request to revert the same at the earliest stating the reason for such manual Dr entries. As bank helpline no is always busy. Never ever available nor branch people are aware for the same.

                  Though there is no plaza entry no/passage nor pending amounts from tolls, but received the below message and dedcuted rs.265/- from my account without any reason.

                  Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 235 for adjustment entry on 12/31/2019 7:21:13 pm. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 270 - hdfc bank ltd.

                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 20/12/2019 and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hr[protected]. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar. Hdfc acknowledgment received said you will receive your fastag in the next 7 working days. Since then there is no update. I have not received my fastag till date on 31/12/2019

                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                        I have been with hdfc (Saving acc, loans) and this is the worst moment with them.

                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status

                          My customer id no. Is 52422838. I have applied for fastag online on 22/12/2019. I have got reference no. Hfr01223162. With message of delivering faster within 7 days. My wallet id was also created with all requisite deductions but still there is no whereabouts of faster status even after 10 days. You haven't taken so much time even for loan disbursals. Then why it is taking so much time. I usually cross national toll plazas frequently. It is causing inconvenience to me. Plz deliver it urgently either by your representatives near me or otherwise

                                This is the last time i am complaining. Mr anay my cust id is 22840860. The issue again i met ms bhirva from shanti park branch from 2018 september and requested to stop ecs from dhfl and 2 other banks. I gave atleast 8 letters almost every month. She never told me i need noc. She said hdfc earned more than 60000 frm me by stealing from my ac. Ms komal in november said i need noc.
                                I met bhirva on december 12 and she assured me the entire amount will be credited back and not to take legal action. I decided to give her 1 chance. Today is 31st no fee waiver given.
                                You have stolen 60000 and more within a year. I am giving you 5 days. If the amount is not credited back will take legal action. I ve already complained to rbi today.

                                My main issue is you stole more than rs 60000 from me due to the fees which was illegal. Ms Bhirva could have given me the details about NOC in september 2018. But then you would not have earned more than 60000 rs from me. I am a heartpatient with 2 attacks on the verge of 3rd. You have no option other than refunding the money. I have already filed a complaint with RBI against unfair practiss. I am in Kerala in complete bedrest. I will be back after the 15th. I have instructed my lawyer D Pisolkar to file a case. My lawyer said i will get at least 2 lakhs as compensation for the trsuma you caused me. It is better to return my money and i will put this issue in social media and newschannels as people need to see what hdfc is before investing their hardearned money. My husband is working in Times Now and my sister in NDTV. So you have to return my money. Why would i pay for Ms Bhirvas rudeness and unprofessionalism? I have a copy of all letters i gave her
                                Hdfc dont bother. I ve complained to rbi cms. I will not rest till i get my money you stole from my ac 0286. Cust id 22840860. My lawyer said if i file a case in court, you will end up paying 2 lakhs as compensation for 60000 you stole from me. I am a heart patient and need the money for treatment . You could have easily stopped ecs when requested. Ms Bhirva admitted her mistake and she again lied to me about waiving the fees.
                                My lawyer has won many cases against hdfc. I will not leave you.
                                Bhirva just now spoke to me so dont say did not speak to me. She again spoke about fee waiver
                                I ve still not got the fee waiver she ppromised. I told her i will submit the noc after 15th when i come back to mumbai. I am in banglore for a serious heart issue. You have no other option till i get the entire fees from september 2018. It is my hardearned money you stole. Mr Anay you have no other. I have already hired my lawyer D Pisokar a lawyer in Bombay High Court. Lawyer said court will easily award 2 lakhs compensation as you deliberately caused trauma to a heart patient . I already had 2 attacks and on the verge of 3rd attack. This is the last time i am writing. Next time it will be my lawyer. Your guilt is proved when Priya Nair from mindspace acknowledged her guilt and gave 2 month waiver. Ignore it at your own peril. This issue will be put in all social media and news channels as my husband is in Times Now and sister on NDTV. This time Mr Anay you cannot hope to win. Hope you will see sense and return my money that you stole.
                                As expected you are ignoring the promised fee waiver for Ms Bhirvas rudeness and unprofessionalism. I have now signed the papers for legal representation. D Pisolkar a Bombay highcourt lawyer is handling my case. Since you do not want to return the money you stole from me now be prepared to pay more as compensation.

                                  Please refund rs173 for khalapur +rs 57 for talegaon which was deducted wrongly on the fast tag account as toll people made us pay cash rs 230 for khalapur toll plaza as they said fast tag machine is not working. After paying cash at toll and 15mts later I got this message that rs173 +57 was deducted by fast tag.
