I have purchased hdfc fastag in march2019 along with new maruti car.
they have added rs 200 in tha account.
same was exhausted now.
am not trying to recharge hdfc fastag by submitting my information on hdfc website.
after filling ID, Wallet, Car number etc the portal says no record found.
i visited the hdfc bank branch. they have given me the toll free number.
tried to contact 100 times on toll free...

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made the necessary payment on 14/12/2019. The reference number of the application is hfr01089936 and i got the message that the fastag will be delivered within seven days and its been more than 10 days, till now no update. After repeated calls on the helpline number, finally got the representative but they also don't have any information. I am requesting the hdfc bank team to resolve this matter...

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr01166839 aplication date 17.12.2019. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

The purpose of applying online is faster processing...

I applied for fastag on 7th dec 2019 through net banking and paid the amount as well.

A week later i got a sms stating my fastag has been approved and would be delivered soon.

My name is g v nair i had given my current a/c id for recharge but i recharged using my savings bank debit card to recharge the fas tag on[protected] for my two cars on 18th dec 2019 i receieved a emaill on my company's email all the details about recharge like customer id and wallet id and balance details but and when i login to fastag a/c i found my debit card name is mentioned and company email is mentioned and no address is mentioned...

I don't know how the amount r remaining. I call the customer care for information but the phone is unreachable or disconnected everytime. I have received the confirmation that my fast tag has been issued. However i still didn't receive the fast tag itself.

When i called the hdfc fasttag customer care, they were not able to trace my application with hfr number (Hfr[protected] nor with vehicle number (Mh* 4*) not customer id nor with wallet id. (Mentioned in the email trail)

Still he (Deep) said wait untill end of this week....

I uses hdfc bank fastag, customer id - [protected]. I've travelled from delhi to chandigarh on 15-12-19 and returned on the same day but at ghronda (Karnal), haryana toll plaza [ plaza code-154001, concessionaire-soma isolux nh one tollway pvt. Ltd. ] they deducted the wrong amount as i've returned on same day they should have deducted rs.60/- but they deducted rs.125/- instead. Same happened on 22-12-19. The amount of 700 got deducted fromy bank account on 25th Dec'19 but the amount is not loaded into fastag. I talked to hdfc fastag/hdfv bank customer care both are passing the request to each other only and not doing anything for my request.
So, Please let me know by when I will get the return of the same.

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8246 on date:[protected]. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

This is complaint about fastag. I applied for teh fastag via hdfc online portal and paid teh amount of 600 via my credit card. This transaction was carried out on 12th nov 2019 and till to date the fastag was not delivered to my registered id. I tried reaching close to 100 times the fastag customer care number but could not get through. I escalated in hdfc bank regarding this and they always tell that they are looking through...

I have applied for the fastag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.
