    Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, last 15 months i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 6 months the hdfc peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement, but the people is not interest to settlement my credit card, they peoples always to confuse me and they are spoke to me, settle this month afterwards they are not contact with me and i called some numbers they are not picking my call. So please to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

      I have applied for fastag through hdfc bank on 17th dec 209, and till date i didn't receive anything from them. And when i try to call there customer care number[protected], first they didn't pick the call and if by luck (Or say by mistake) they pick, they are not able to tell me my application status, even they don't have any information to whom i contact for. Very pathetic service, didn't expect this from hdfc.

        Deduction of toll amount 2 times every time. First deduction at toll and second deduction about 30-40 min. After passing toll. Experience while travelling pune-lonawala - pune on 28-12-19 evening. Customer id[protected] wallet id [protected]. Name rajendra butala. Total amount deducted was rs 35+18=53 and actual deduction was 35+35+18+18=106. So pl do the needful at the earliest as l have to go for long drive in next week.

              Did not receive fastag even after all the formalities were done. I have my customer id number and also rs 300 was successfully recharged. Got an sms stating that the tag will reach the address in 7 working days, its been more than 20 days and there is no way to track it nor is the helpline number useful. Request you to look into it and it would be great if somone could reach out to me for more specific detail.

                My fastag account of hdfc was created before the 8th dec and amount of 500 deducted from my account and the fastag account was created around the 15th dec. As on date, there is no update on when the actual fastag sticker will be sent and when can i expect the same.

                Trying to call the toll free number is useless because all that we get is - this line is busy and please try after some time which i have been for the last 5 days.

                This is ridiculous that the bank advertises about the same but does not follow up and give any information beyond deducting money from the customer.

                  Its been more than 20days that amazon has refunded the money for my realmebuds that i have returned but the refunded amount is not showing in my account i tried to come in contact with bank executive but it didn't helped me out amazon have send me reference number for my refund but m unable to come in contact with hdfc executive. Kindly help me out in such trouble

                    I have hello sir / madam,

                    I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

                    I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.

                      I had received hdfc fastag after a long wait, but the first time user registration says no records message.

                      I had entered my customer id 12 digits & wallet id and also the 16 digit rf id number from the fasttag sticker along with vehicle registration number as per the procedure, but still no success on the registration.

                          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr01063103. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                          I have been with hdfc for 10years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                There is no other number or the email id to escalate the matter.

                                  I have received msg & phone call from hdfc bank in october regarding hdfc festival 35 % cash back offer from any reliance store.

                                  We swiped near rs. 8000 in hdfc debit card and rs, 32000 in hdfc credit card. But already crossed 90 days still it was getting any cash back from hdfc bank.

                                  Hdfc has announced fake offers.

                                      I applied for fastag on 12/11/2019 for the vehicle no up78 cc2343 through online hdfc fastag. My customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected] and my application reference no hfr998819. It shows that i will receive fastag within 7 working days. But still now nothing has been dispatched any fastag to my address!

                                      So please refund my money rs. 500/- at the earliest.

                                        On 19.12.2019 my credit card no[protected] is wrongfully debited with rs455.08 (Finance charge) + rs81.91 (Igst) total rs537.99. Bill amt for nov 2019 was rs15071 i paid rs12161.80 on 25.11.2019 before due date.
                                        Though i was of the knowledge that i am to pay minimum due amount than also i credited rs12161.80.
                                        Resultantly only rs2909.20 was unpaid on due date.
                                        So please revert the wrongfully debited amount rs537.99.
