I have recharged my hdfc fastag on 01/12 but it is not reflecting in their bank portal but deducted from my bank account.

At all toll plaza fastag comes out as blacklisted. I have asked the customer care executive regarding this, they say your balance is low but account is active.

My fasttag number is 10754635.

Pathetic service of hdfcbank with fastag.

Kindly help to resolve this.

I have already dropped an email at the same provided email address and contacted them on the call as well but this issue is not addressed still.That is why i am raising the concern on this consumer forum.

Hdfc fastag service is really bad.

Kindly look into this on priority.

    I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500 on 9th dec 2019, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
    After that i received customer id & wallet id on 20/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
    The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

      According to me my emi should be rs 34444.44 but the bank is charging rs 35404 per/month
      Sir we have not signed any papers after the bank said that the amount will be rs 35404. The bank has despatched the amount without our permission.. When we spoke in the bank the concerned person said that the colleague was new and he made this mistake and after a month the emi will be reduced.

      We submit that the loan was disbursed post execution and signing of loan agreement cum schedule along with repayment instructions in favor of the Bank for the equated monthly installment (EMI). Once the customers execute the agreement, they are deemed to have accepted all terms/conditions and agreed to abide by the same. The interest rate, EMI amount, processing fees and loan tenure were clearly communicated to and accepted by you and the loan application has been processed on that basis only.         Customer Care no. is also not working...Nearest Branch says They can't help...

          I have purchased one mobile phone through hdfc debit card 4 months back. Flipkart said that they will give cash back aftr 90 days. After 90days i contacted flipkart and asked about the cash back. They said that we have already done it, u have to check with your bank. Then i called customer care but there is no proper response. Can anyone help me out?

            I have applied for hdfc fastag online with the help of the fastag service member with payment of rs 500. I have uploaded all the necessary supporting documents and rc book pdf on 23rd november 2019.
            My fastag reference number is hfr483044 please check status as i am waiting from last one month.

              Applied for hdfc bank credit card. All process is completed and also card is approved. Also got one time pin and credit card no to reset card details. But it had been 10 days after approval of card but credit card is not dispatched yet.
              Called many times to customer care but they denied for any help for the same.
              I don't know how to connect to hdfc officials to get it done and dispatch my card. My application no is 19l[protected]n4. Kindly do needful.

                With reference to the subject i was using hdfc diners club international credit card, as had not much use of the card i paid/cleared all the dues on 22/06/2019 and requested to block/close the card. After that online the limit disappeared and credit card data was not showing. But on 16/12/2019 mail from hdfc credit card dept. Came that your bill is due of amount rs.1180.00.
                As i have no card why the bill is generated. I tried on customer care more than 3 times on 29.12.2019 but they are transferring the call from 1 to other and problem is not resolved.

                So kindly note my complain against hdfc credit card dept for not closing all the services regarding credit card, wrong bill generation and lack of service by the customer care as i am not using hdfc credit card.

                  There was a transaction in my bank account. I called customer care about that transaction. But customer care considered it as a fraud and blocked my account. But i had called to query not to block my account. So now my hdfc a/c is locked. Debit card is blocked.net banking is blocked.

                    Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, last 15 months i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 6 months the hdfc peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement, but the people is not interest to settlement my credit card, they peoples always to confuse me and they are spoke to me, settle this month afterwards they are not contact with me and i called some numbers they are not picking my call. And when i try to call there customer care number[protected], first they didn't pick the call and if by luck (Or say by mistake) they pick, they are not able to tell me my application status, even they don't have any information to whom i contact for.                         Deduction of toll amount 2 times every time. First deduction at toll and second deduction about 30-40 min. After passing toll. Experience while travelling pune-lonawala - pune on 28-12-19 evening. Customer id[protected] wallet id [protected]. Name rajendra butala. Got an sms stating that the tag will reach the address in 7 working days, its been more than 20 days and there is no way to track it nor is the helpline number useful.                                 My fastag account of hdfc was created before the 8th dec and amount of 500 deducted from my account and the fastag account was created around the 15th dec. As on date, there is no update on when the actual fastag sticker will be sent and when can i expect the same.

                                Trying to call the toll free number is useless because all that we get is - this line is busy and please try after some time which i have been for the last 5 days.

                                This is ridiculous that the bank advertises about the same but does not follow up and give any information beyond deducting money from the customer.

                                    I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

                                    I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.
