Hello,
I am an existing customer of hdfc bank. I have applied for fastag using hdfc online form on 02-dec-2019 and application number is hfr843688.

I have received a blank envelope on 18-dec-2019. There was not fastag inside of the envelope.

I have tried raise concern using toll free number and email id given, both simply don't work.

Please help me out here.

    Hello hdfc team,

    It has been very disappointing for us with such a kind of setup for fastag from top bank of india.

    I have applied for hdfc fastag thru portal, payment has been successfully deducted, fastag customer id, wallet id has been generated, amount has been credited, but fastag has not been received.

    Local hdfc bank doesnt have any such information and they ask us to contact fastag support.

    Tried calling and sent emails multiple times but there is no good response received from hdfc.

    I am clueless right now what next has to be done by customer for getting such services from bank.

        Sir,
        My self goutam. I had booked a flight ticket on 5th december using my hdfc debit card for ₹19042 but the very next day, i cancelled my booking. After cancelled, my travel company (Flipkart) initiated a refund of ₹18202 on 6th december.

        But the problem is, refund is not credited into my account till now.

        Also, i attested the screenshot which i received from flipkart team.

        Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

          fastag amount is getting debited without delivering fastag

          I applied hdfc fastag on 20-nov-2019 and till now not received the fastag even though i received sms claiming that they opened my account. Their contact no[protected] doesn’t work. The bad part is without even receiving the fastag, my amount is getting debited claiming that it’s used in multiple toll booths. There is no place in hdfc to go and complaint also....

          I applied for fastag application on december 1st 2019, amount paid online and succesfully done carrying application no hfr831000, again was later informed with an sms that fastag has been issued succesfully and will recieve the same in 7 working days at doorsteps. But after 25 days still no response and customer care is always busy. No response from branch or so.

              I have purchased hdfc fastag in march2019 along with new maruti car.
              they have added rs 200 in tha account.
              same was exhausted now.
              am not trying to recharge hdfc fastag by submitting my information on hdfc website.
              after filling ID, Wallet, Car number etc the portal says no record found.
              i visited the hdfc bank branch. they have given me the toll free number.
              tried to contact 100 times on toll free number but only music is played.
              there i sno contant email on bank website.
              as a
              i am not account holder of hdfc bank can not lodge grievance on their website.
              i am told that hdfc has lost all customer data recently.
              ultimately putting on this site with hope that i can recharge the account.

                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made the necessary payment on 14/12/2019. The reference number of the application is hfr01089936 and i got the message that the fastag will be delivered within seven days and its been more than 10 days, till now no update. After repeated calls on the helpline number, finally got the representative but they also don't have any information. I am requesting the hdfc bank team to resolve this matter asap and send me the update regarding my application.

                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr01166839 aplication date 17.12.2019. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                    I applied for fastag on 7th dec 2019 through net banking and paid the amount as well.

                    A week later i got a sms stating my fastag has been approved and would be delivered soon.

                    Now its almost 20 days and i still haven't received it.

                    The calls and emails go answered, what's the point of providing email id and phone number if you don't reply.

                    Please help in getting my fastag delivered as soon as possible.

                      I have hdfc fastag on my innova car pb23x9904 but its not working for last 5 months. I m trying customer care number but no one is picking the call. Its very unfortunate to see the service of hdfc. Never expected this from such a reputed bank. I have already deposited fees for replacement but no action has been taken.

                        pls tell us how long it will take for you to dispatch the tag from date of recharge we have no idea about tag while loigin to fastag A/c we found out that our address is not updated there and only name in the debit card and only mobile details are available there so we dont know where is this tag sent to if its already sent if not sent pls send the tag to our office address which we give as under

                          I am hdfc bank customer around 2-3 years. I use credit card for some shopping from amazon. And paid the amount timely to bank. After 2-3 months i get calls from bank that pay the amount. I don't know how the amount r remaining. I call the customer care for information but the phone is unreachable or disconnected everytime. So i go to bank for details then i get that some late fees and finance charges with gst r being charged on me for 4 months around 4-500/-. Because i didn't get the statements on emails. I calls the customer service after so many attempt they attends the call i request him for late fees and finance charges waive off... But they said i can waive only 1000/- after that beyond my power. Few months before i get a call from recovery agent and he said pay the amount to bank otherwise i will kill u and ur family. Then i go to deppresion and tension because every months they charges 1100/- extra and no one can waive it.
                          And the bank agent call me every time give me dhamakis in abusive languages. They didn't have ethics and manners.
                          I have another bank credit card like axis bank but they r very gentle, their statements also come to my mails. Their charges r low around 4-500/- rs and when i request them they waive the all charges.
                          I have not using hdfc credit card for around 1 years but the charges becomes around 12000/- and i paid 2000/- rs also. And i didn't want to pay the whole late fees around10000/-. What benefits i get by using this card. When i have to pay extra 12000/- to him i get only loss from him. What can i do. I didn't know what to do.

And some abusive words also." I said I had do complaint in consumer complaint then they said who kuch nahi kar sakta humara. They blackmails me what to do.?

                            Hi team,

                            I have received the confirmation that my fast tag has been issued. However i still didn't receive the fast tag itself.

                            When i called the hdfc fasttag customer care, they were not able to trace my application with hfr number (Hfr[protected] nor with vehicle number (Mh* 4*) not customer id nor with wallet id. (Mentioned in the email trail)

                            Still he (Deep) said wait untill end of this week.
                            I need to know the exact status and when will i receive my fast tag.

                            I am leaving tonight and need to carry it. If you can provide details i can collect it from the fasttag office or courier office.

                                I uses hdfc bank fastag, customer id - [protected]. I've travelled from delhi to chandigarh on 15-12-19 and returned on the same day but at ghronda (Karnal), haryana toll plaza [ plaza code-154001, concessionaire-soma isolux nh one tollway pvt. Ltd. ] they deducted the wrong amount as i've returned on same day they should have deducted rs.60/- but they deducted rs.125/- instead. Same happened on 22-12-19. I've attached a copy of transaction details. Please resolve asap and credit the fastag wallet with right amount.

                                    The amount of 700 got deducted fromy bank account on 25th Dec'19 but the amount is not loaded into fastag. I talked to hdfc fastag/hdfv bank customer care both are passing the request to each other only and not doing anything for my request.
                                    So, Please let me know by when I will get the return of the same.

                                      I got hdfc fast tag when i purchase new car & now i want to recharge the same but when i go for registration or reset my password system always says no records found customer care number always busy or unattended and no body caring harrasment of customers, how to resolve the issue.
