Hi,
I have been trying to get hold of hdfc customer care for weeks now to confirm the status of my fast tag wallet ([protected]), if it is functional, as it always shows blacklisted when i go through the tolls on expressway.
The query that needed resolution was if i can continue recharging this wallet and use it as usual.
I have used the toll free number[protected] to contact them.
One time i got through after a lot of attempts and waiting on the line, the customer service representative was totally disinterested in listening and registering a complaint and callously told me to call them again after some time as their portal is not working at the time.
They should have atleast noted my email address / number and looked into it once their systems are live again. Nothing!
After tht call i have tried calling this number many times, i only get user busy or call waiting. Apart from that the call gets cancelled from their end.
I have also sent an email to them explaining the issue to
Fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com
Fastag customer service really needs to improve big time for hdfc fastag
Please assist.
