I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

    Dear sir,

    My concern is that i am purchased a new car on[protected] and install a hdfc fast-tag but that time fast-tag not activated and without activated i m cross the dasna toll in[protected] and that time i am paid 60 rupees in cash because my fast-tag not active but after almost one month later my fast-tag is activated & debit 60 rupees again that screenshot i attach here please check it.
    Please refund my money asap.

      I applied for hdfc fastag almost 3 weeks back but till today, i haven't received a tag. Fastag application reference is hfr970449.

      I am trying to reach customer care number which is [protected] but not able to reach them. Most of the time, it rings but no one pick or sometimes, it shows busy only.

      I feel helpless here as there is no communication after paying 500rs and generation of reference id. On the message screen, it was mentioned that hdfc representation will get back to you within a week but to my disappointment, no one reached.
      I went with hdfc thinking that service will be good since i am having salaried account in the same but here the service is pathetic.

        I have applied for fast tag and my customer id is[protected]. I have not yet received the hdfc courier of fastag. By when will i receive the same. The customer care number should be closed as there is no use calling the same as it is always busy. I need a time frame within which i will receive the tag. While applying it was communicated that tag will be provided within 7 working days but as on date i have not received the same.

          I applied fast tag for two vehicles and i received fastag for only one vehicle. For second vehicle, i called hdfc bank and fastag customer support but no one is taking care.

          Where can i make a request or communicate to follow up. It's total mess at hdfc bank level.

          There must be proper system with the bank to accommodate these issues at country level. Customer support with hdfc bank and fastag is always busy. It's more than 10 minutes waiting time to speak with support guys and not getting relevant reply like govt work.

            I applied for hdfc fast tag paying 500 inr. Ref number: hfr01188785.
            I uploaded a copy of my rc. The customer care number is always busy. There is no email to raise a concern on fast tag. Once after the made the payment i received a message saying i will receive a copy of my application through mail but i didnot receive. Whom to contact? I am an hdfc account holder for the past 14 years. I can see similar complaints in all the forums. Should i approach consumer court to find a permanent solution?

              When i tried the hdfc customer care number, and they are asking me again to call the same number [protected] which i tried many times. Also i'm adviced to send the mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsgloble.com and support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in. Again there is no luck.
              I also tried in the corporate event conducted for fasttag in our premises. When i brought this issue up to their knowledge, they just asked me to send the mail to shankar. [protected]@hdfcbank.com. And there is no update again.
              They promptly deducted the money on the day i submitted the fasttag application. But the status of fasttag application is not known to me so far.

              I submitted my FastTag application( reference number HFR338784 ) in HDFC portal 30 days before(Nov-8-2019) and I've not received any update so far. I'm unable to reach the number [protected] as it is always busy or not reachable.

So far, not knowing where to go or whom to reach for resolving this issue. Waiting nearly 60days for my fast tag. Till now no reply or no response from you guys. The number-[protected] is still busy or not reachable. What kind of service are you guys providing to customer. You guys should be fast enough to do the service as fast as you deduct money from my account. At least let me know what should i do next. Or whom should contact or reach. Do you have any answer. I am ready to even travel from south to north / East to West, but only if you owe me that this will be closed.

                Dear sir/mam,

                I, sreedhar sangem, am a credit card holder with hdfc bank since the year 2015. I was given this card enrolment form by one of your representatives who was distributing and enrolling people, right outside my office building at that time intelenet global services. I have used the card and was regularly paying back the bank for quiet some time as the records would show.

                However, i have lost jobs since 2008 and my financial condition has been very bad since then.

                I have been earning just 15000 rupees per month since 2018... Sometimes not even that. I have been trying to get myself a better paying job since then, in order to be able to pay back the bank.

                I do want to repay all the amounts owed to the bank. However, i am not able to pay anything more than rs.4000/- per month. I have informed this to various customer care representatives and collection agencies as well.

                However, below mentioned are some serious issues faced by me, my family, my neighbors’ due to your collection representatives.

                Some one from hdfc bank started calling me.

                And also called my neighbours and my village people and miscommunicated to them such behaviour on the part of bank agents is an illegal move as per the rbi rules.
                They are already called my neighbours so many times today and has been very abusive over the phone with my neighbours and my parents.

                I have also received such calls earlier from another representative from the numbers : [protected].

                Kindly suggest the actions taken against the agency and also help me pay you back.

                  2000 rs is debited showing pca d in mini statement

                  I am working in a it company where my company has provided me a bank account, branch at sapna sangeeta indore today that is 20/12/2019 2000 rs is debited from my it shows it is pca d. I don't know why they have deducted and in transaction details its only shows transfer to paytm, it is a fraud transaction i have not transfer any amount to any of the payment account also i didn't got any of the message regarding money debited from account.br...

                  Yesterday i applied online for fastag and made rs.500/- payment also. The application reference no is her01194248. After making the payment i gor a message on computer that the application submitted is sent to your registered email. Till date i have not received any communication on email or my registered mobile. I have hdfc salary account for more than 15 years. Kindly update the same.

                    Hi hdfc bank

                    I have ordered my fastag sticker through hdfb bank online on 3rd dec 2019 with application ref # hfr863727 but still not received a sticker and have got account activation confirmation on 15th dec, there is no customer care support to track the live status and toll free number provided doesn't work, it is a pathetic service from your end, if you are not able to manage this then you shouldn't have taken service through hdfc wherein players like paytm providing end to end service in 15 days

                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr01039230. I have uploaded copy of the final document rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                        I have been with hdfc more than 12 years and this is the worst moment with them.
                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update status and me fastag asap

                                  Hi i use my credit card on aliexpress site and the items are defaulted so they start my refund process on 3 dec 2019 and they issue refund with ARN no on 9 the dec with full refund but the refund doesn't come in my credit card account. I get my refund from aliexpress with ARN no 74547069339020027752278 but hdfc bank didn't transfer my funds in my credit card. I want my refund back which is 4.66 usd dated 9/12/19. And there is another refund process which i didn't get money back last year but i didn't know so i checked it now after i didn't get this payment. Last refund payment date is 31/12/18 and the ARN No is 74547068360010516843377 and the amount is 18$ usd. I want both transactions refund in my credit card ending 3509 and my mobile no is [protected]. Otherwise i have to close my account with your bank because i never checked my credit card account and you people are cheating with me. Before this refund process i didn't know that you people are not transferring my refund amount in my account. So i have both the ARN nos with me i[censored] didn't pay my refund i have to go to co sumer court and file a case against ur bank and i also close my credit card, saving account and my fd from your bank. Thanks

                                    It's been more than 20 days i haven't received my fastag yet. My customer id is[protected]. If you can't issue me my fastag refund the amount. I will apply by other bank as hdfc has disappointed me this time. I have been a regular customer of hdfc since so many years but this time they have truly let me down through their slow response and unsatisfactory service.

                                      Fastag application reference number - hfr892893.
                                      I had applied for hdfc fastag online on 4th december 2019, also uploaded the necessary documents and vehicle r. C.
                                      After that i have received customer id & wallet id on 12 december 2019 through message and email.
                                      But still i haven't received fastag sticker.
                                      Please look through this asap.
