I am not receiving credit card statement from hdfc, i received a call today that i am being charged for non-payment of my previous two bills,
I did not receive any statement on my address (Physical copy) or on my registered email id, where hdfc is claiming that they have a delivery report, i have checked with courier company with tracking number it shows records not found. Now i don't understand who is lying.
I have already paid extra charges once and asked for refund & credit card closure to which they said it will be done within few days.
Now they again want me to pay all extra charges and then i will be able to apply for payment return request... If i am not aware of charges how would i be able to pay the bill.. I request them to wave-off the unnecessary charges that being applied since its not my fault.

We observe from our records that your credit card is registered for a physical statement facility. Accordingly, statements were sent to your mailing address as registered in our records regularly and our records do not indicate any statements returned undelivered. With an online Netbanking facility, you can access your card account information and can view your latest 6 months statements. We request you to logon to the Netbanking facility for quick access of monthly statements. We wish to clarify that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date.
