Hdfc Fastag — not received

I have applied for fastag at hdfc fastag portal on 07 December 2019. Application number is HFR937252. I have received customer id & wallet id but physical fastag is not yet delivered. The customer care number is always busy or not responding. They should email tracking details. So many complaints but no response

    I have received the message form HDFCBK on 6th December 2019 mentioning your FASTag has been process successfully with customer ID is[protected]. Till today not received the FASTag stocker and the toll free is given for the sake of it does not work at all.
    In the Bank no one has any clue when and how this will be dispatched.

    Really complete mess.

        Worst Customer experience provided by HDFC Bank.
        HDFC Fastag not delivered even after 4 weeks, Toll Free No. [protected] not working, unable to check the status. Application No. HFR866776
        I will not go for any service with HDFC Bank going forward.
        I want to cancel my HDFC Fastag Application now and refund the amount to my bank account. I would have went to Toll Plaza to get the Fastag within five minutes. This would definitely affect the Brand name of HDFC Bank.

          I had submitted application on 4th Dec and paid Rs, .200 and in the next 2 days bank deducted another Rs.300. But till date I never received my fast tag sticker. Its been more than 15 days now.

          Please arrange to dispatch my fast tag immediately.

          You also claimed that it will be delivered in 7 days.

          The dedicated toll free no is just a bogus. You never get connected.

            I have applied Fastag on Dec 2nd and i received following email on Dec 6th.
            Your FasTag has been issued successfully. Your Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected],
            They are cheating customers with not providing valid customer care number and nor issuing the Fastag . They should repay my charges for late delivery im paying at toll gates.

            Contact : [protected] for further details.

              After that i received customer id & wallet id on 5th nov 2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr. 300. But still i haven't received fastag sticker.
              The toll free does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is mandatory for all vehicles

                My refrence no-hfr973044, Dt:09.12.2019.

                I apply for hdfc fastag when i do payment it says unable to process your request but my balance deduct, i try three times and amount deducted.
                I don't want fastag from hdfc because of pathetic services. I tried to contact the customer care number several times, but their is no response to attend the call due to always the call is busy or not connecting to talk the issues. Provided customer care number is not supportive to resolve our issues.
                I contacted the bank guys also for the same, but they insisting to contact the customer care number once again to check the status for the same.
                Kindly cancel the order and please do refund.

                  I have applied my Fastag over HDFC web site but as on date its not received and application submitted on 9th Dec by HFR980553 but as on date not received and also no proper answer form Custome rcare, kindly look into this.
                  I am facing difficulties at Toll plaza.

                  I got message that you will get this in 07 days but even after 10 days its not being received .

                  Horrible situation in HDFC Fastag, there is no method to even complaint to HDFC.

                  Paytm is much better than this and I have just stacked by applying through HDFC Fastag.

                    I am hdfc bank cutomer for last 15 years and i have highest regards for hdfc group of companies, but i am sorry to say that i am very disappointed with their fastag service. I had applied for hdfc fastag on 5/12/2019. My application no. Is hfr914047. While applying i made payment of rs. 500/-. On 12/12/2019, i received sms from hdfc bank stating that my fastag has been successfully recharged with rs. 300/- and it has been issued successfully. But till date i have not received the fastag. Their customer service no. Given for fastag service is always engaged. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                      My name is manjula anand and hold a credit card with hdfc bank and they have blocked my card without any notification.

                      I received a call from your collections team named (Erranna) asking to make the short payment of rs 277. First of all, i have not received any email or sms notification.

                      I shall escalate the issue to rbi and file a legal case against this person. I didn't like the way he spoke to me.

                      I need a call from hdfc employee and not a 3rd party.

                        I have not received my Fastag till now. i have applied on 4th December 2019 and reference number is HFR894534. I have received the customer number and wallet number and also 300Rs has been loaded to my account. But i have not still received the tag.
                        When will i receive the Tag. There is no customer care number to check the status. All other banks are delivering the tag within 5 days, dont know why HDFC is taking so much time.

                            I have applied fastag through hdfc and i have received message on 16th december stating that it has been issued and the customer id is "[protected]" and wallet id is "[protected]". And mentioned that i will receive my fastag through post.

                            Through retail login i can able to view my status as "active", but haven't received the hardcopy of the fastag till date and i couldn't able to track the shipment. Is there any portal or reference number you can provide to track the package.

                            As i am a frequent traveler, i am experiencing difficulty without fastag and has to line up in queue to get through the toll by cash. I would request you to dispatch my fastag at the earliest possible and keep me updated on my current status.

                                hdfc bank frequency mnth is received today for processing

                                I have received the following sms from bank:
                                Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to bajaj finance limited with value rs. 50000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screen shot of the sms is attached herewith....

                                I have applied for HDFC FASTag online on 3 rd December 2019 Application No: HFR875564 After that i have received message “Your Fastag has been Successfully Recharged for Rs. 300 on 12/6/2019 11:47:44 PM. Our reference Number for the transaction is[protected]. Balance amount in the Account is Rs. 300.00 - HDFC Bank Ltd. “and I have received Customer Id and wallet ID also but I have not received the FASTTag sticker yet. And I tried to call toll free no nearly 20 times daily till now but no use it’s not working so please do the need full, Daily I am paying the toll charge by being on Q line
