Dear Sir/Madam, I have applied for HDFC fast tag on 30th November. I have paid INR 500/-. I have received an email that Tag has been issues successfully on 5th December.
My Customer id for Fastag is[protected], The linked account OR wallet id is[protected].
Even after 2 weeks I have not received the fastag delivery. I was told I will get it in 5 to 7 working days.
I am an existing HDFC bank customer and the money is deducted from the account. I am currently clueless about when it will get delivered ? Whether its really issued OR the money has been lost ? The helpline number doesnot work, bank guys have given NHAI 1033 number, they dont entertain bank issued fastag complaints. I am feeling helpless and hanging.
