I found that hdfc bank employees sharing my bank account information like transaction and other information to third party. I have my account at hdfc, salunkhe vihar branch, pune and my customer id is 66277031. This is against the privacy and found that they are sharing this information frequently. Kindly request you to take action against these employees.

    Have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (For security amount & top up amount) on 30 nov2019. The reference number of the application is hfr803270. I have uploaded required document and since then there is no update.

    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

    I have been with hdfc for 5years now (Loans, hdfc life mf) and i was not expected these response
    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status and when will i get my fastag

      I have applied for the fast tag from hdfc bank fastag portal (Hfr381321). I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

        I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.1000 for two vehicles, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
        After that i received customer id & wallet id three weeks back through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
        The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it has already become mandatory after dec 15.

          Dear sir/ madam,

          Can i please know, when will i receive my fastag (Physical tag to put on the car) at the registered address, i am still waiting for the same and need to start using it after dec 15, 2019. Today is dec 17, 2019.

          I paid using hdfc credit card (Rs 500) and same is showing as deducted on dec 2, 2019.

          I got the confirmation on dec 6, 2019 with wallet id, customer id and created my account online as well for recharge etc going forward.
          But same is not working now.

          I have visited the local hdfc magarpatta pune branch and their response is that we have no clue, system is slow, our hands are tied to help you further etc. They raised a crm in their internal system with a resolution date of dec 12. But it is still unanswered. I have visited the branch 3 times and spent on an average 1 hour every visit for the same. I have dropped an email as well to hdfc but no response since last 8 days on that as well.

          Please respect the value of time of customers and provide an update.

          Toll free number is of no use as it says waiting time is more than 30 min and gets disconnected by itself after 5 min.

          Fastag application fastracked and I got it today. But there was a communication gap with customer and I am not so happy with follow ups to be done for the same and time spent on this.

                After that i received customer id & wallet id on 28/11/2019 through sms and email and informed that fastag will be dispatched in 3 -4 working days. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.200. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                The tollfree does not work at all... Even the website is dumb... And i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

                        I had applied for fastag online via hdfc bank and had paid rs.500. The contact no given is always busy and not able to estimate when will i get my fastag with travels coming in every week its becoming a pain at every toll starting last week. I would like hdfc to pay me back for the hardships.
                        While its been mentioned that we can get it online hassle free looks like we are caught in a wishes circle.
                        Very bad customer service. There is no way to check whats the status of my transaction.

                          Details :they informed me that there is job vacancy for account section in hdfc life tana branch irinjalakuda and for that you need to register tbeir with ₹1300. I asked them so many times is the vacancy is for account or as an agent, but they confirmed that the vacancy is for account and account based section, so i registered there with payment. After the training class started i understand that it is not for account job it is for insurance agent. So i in formed them to refund my amount because it is my first day of training class and not attend half of the class. But they did not answer any of my question and not return back my payment.                             I have applied hdfc fastag through hdfc portal and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hrf971177. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                            Not even i received mail acknowledge from hdfc.

                            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                            I have been with hdfc for 10 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                To hdfc bank credit card manager,
                                Pune zone.

                                I have got a call from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2 3 verification calls one my mobile and office numbers. I have received as letter from bank to which i have to acknowledge with my name/contact number/address details. I did that.

                                Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you. And this is 7th time every time same problem and they are simply saying its decliend and apllying next time.
                                This is patheic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

                                I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support.

                                      I have applied for hdfc fastag for my 3 vehicles on 6.12.2019
                                      Money is debited to my citi bank card. I have recd only sms mentioning my customer id and wallet id. Today is 17.12.2019 but i have not yet recd a single sticker from your side. My customer id is[protected]. I want my stickers immediately as fastag has become compulsory from 16.12.2019. I am unable to travel.

                                        Dear sir
                                        My hdfc fast tag reference number is hfr01102109 in the name of murugesh vedanayagam. I have paid rs 500/- but still, now i did not receive any updation or mail. There is no proper follow-up or intimation to the customer.
                                        Otherwise better make an announcement we cant provide any fast tag

                                        Totally worst service from hdfc fast tag
