I purchased a fastag from hdfc online. After many complaints, i got a wallet id and customer id.
But i am not having any information regarding delivery and shipment. When will i receive the tag?
Plus i logged into the cch account the information submitted there is incorrect. I don't know why, there is no address, no driving license number, but i remember i added these while submitting the form.
Please help.
Note - the email address you guys provide - fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com. It does not work.
