I did not receive my fastag though 10 days are passed since i applied. My reference number hfr853275 and pathactic situation is i am not able to reach out to their contact number[protected] since 10 days as always it's busy.in next 4 days i need to drive for 1100 km touching several nhs and i do not know what to do now

Fyi, i have been recognized as a premier customer by hdfc but i do not know is this the premier service that they are giving for the customers

    Hi, My Name is Sandeep, I have applied for a Fastag on Nov 28th from HDFC bank. After making the payment from my Credit card, I received a time out error but the amount was debited from my card. I do not receive any confirmation SMS or any activation ID to my mobile since that day. I have checked with HDFC Credit Card Customer Care and HDFC Fastag Customer Care. HDFC Fastag Customer Care executive said that I might receive a confirmation SMS or registration ID within 2 weeks but still I haven't received any. HDFC Credit card Customer care executive said that if the transaction was not successful, I will receive the amount back to my card and it's not happened still. HDFC Fastag CC number is always busy and unable to contact them at all. I feel cheated here, that's why I wanted to raise a complaint here, someone please take an action against it.

      Hi team,

      I had applied for the fastag on 1st december 2019, my customer id and wallet has been recharged on 6th december 2019, however the card has not been delivered to my address, could you please let me know how long is it going to take for the card to be delivered? Its been more than 15 days, and i am having to pay cash at the tolls inspite of applying for fastag.

        I applied for fastag on november 30th and by 5th december i received a mail saying "fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is * and wallet id is *." but till now i haven't received the fastag and would like to know when it will be delivered.

        They said with in a week, but now its more than 15 days. When i will be receiving it.

          I have applied for fastag on july 1st 2019. I received message on my phone that a tag and wallet has been agenerated and activated. However, i have been waiting for the fastag for the last 5 months. Can some be responsible for the delivery? Also, there isn't any way to track the status of my tag at the moment, which is clearly a failure of hdfcbank in handling this fastag delivery process. If you are not capable of handling this then you may not initiate this kind of process, i would have opted for other bank or wallet services for this.

            I have applied hdfc fastag on 18th nov 2019, 500/- is deducted from hdfc account. Application reference no. Is hfr396875
            Hdfc fastag not delivered even after getting confirmation from bank as below.

            Dear customer, your fastag has been issued successfully.[protected] and wallet id is [protected] on 22nd november’19.

            Update: your fastag wallet has been created! Card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days (28.11.19).
            But till date i have not received. Please request you to kindly do the needful.

              I have applied for FASTag through HDFC net banking on 06/12/2019 with a payment of Rs. 500. I have been issued customer ID and wallet ID through SMS/email during first week of Dec 2019. Based on the email, I have accessed my FASTag information online by register HDFC FASTAg. Rs. 300 also credited into my FASTag account. But unfortunately as of now I have not received the tag. I have been making calls to HDFC FASTag Customer call center number i.e.[protected] everyday but allways number getting busy.
              what to do now. please refund if it could be.

                Hi, i applied for fastag on 30th november but didn't got confirmation and money got deducted. On 1st dec, i received a message that tag issued successfully with wallet and customer id. On 4th december, i received message about wallet recharge and dispatching of card in 4 working days but it's 16th dec and i didn't receive the fastag, not even dispatching message.

                I also tried to connect with customer support but their number always found busy, no other method for connecting with them, so kindly let me know solution for the same.

                I tried to drop an email at fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com . It is incorrect. Mail can't have special characters. [email protected], It's also got failed.

                      I purchased a fastag from hdfc online. After many complaints, i got a wallet id and customer id.

                      But i am not having any information regarding delivery and shipment. When will i receive the tag?

                      Plus i logged into the cch account the information submitted there is incorrect. I don't know why, there is no address, no driving license number, but i remember i added these while submitting the form.

                      Please help.

                        After that i received customer id & wallet id on 04/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                        The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

                            I have applied for fastag via hdfc bank website. My application number is hfr01132533. I would like to receive the fastag on or before december 20th, 2019 as i am travelling on december 22nd, 2019. I have been trying to reach your so called toll free number [protected], but it is always always busy and engagged. I have already paid rs 500 for the same. This attitude is plain daylight robbery.                               Have applied fastag through hdfc bank on dec 5th and i have received the customer id and wallet id.

                              I have paid 500 rs and there is no tracking option available and i didn't receive the physical fast tag tag yet

                              I have tried the customer care number, but was unable to connect because, it was always busy,

                              Please help expedite the process and provide the fastag sticker at the earliest.

                                I have applied for fastag on 29th nov. I got my customer i'd and wallet i'd by 6th dec via email. Still i have not received the tag. While booking it shows in 7 working days you will get pdf download and fastag kit. Still not received. It is highly impossible to reach customer care number. Nothing is there related to this faq. How to know the current status? When will i get the card?

                                        I have applied for this fastag on 2nd december and got this reference number hfr850593 since then i have not received any communication or the fastag either.

                                        I have paid rs-500 and uploaded the rc details.

                                        I tried calling the customer care multiple times but ivr is saying they are busy and disconnecting the call.

                                        I have been with hdfc for 8 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans) and this is the worst experience with them.
                                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates.

                                        Please update on the status.

                                        The application submitted on 2nd December 2019 and today was the 15th day since the application submission. I haven't received any courier.
