Applied for fasttag on[protected]. Application number hfr372471. Received mail alloting customer id and wallet id on[protected]. Received sms on[protected] that fasttag wallet has been created and card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days. Not received fasttag sticker (To be affixed to the vehicle) and card so far as on today[protected]. Tried to contact customer care number many times. Always the number is busy. No way to track the status...

I had ordered Fastag on 3rd Dec - Application No - HFR867092 .
I had raised complaint through web docket, Sent e-mail, Tried to reach relationship manager . Nothing is successful . Their support number too does not work.
From tomorrow onward Fatag is compulsory but it has not reached me....

Team I have applied fast tag through online portal of HDFC bank with application number HFR797502, but till date I have not receive fast tag at my home or not get any information regarding dispatch for the same.

Please treat this as urgent as I have face so much problem during travel.

I applied for fastag on 07.12.2019 at their website. I got an application reference number as hfr945285, where it is mentioned that pdf application will be sent to your registered mail id and representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction.

But till know no pdf application has not been sent on my mail neither any representative contacted me till now.

I have applied for hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (Incliding security and top up). The reference number of the application is hfr656269. I applied on 28-11 after payment there is no update no message/email regarding this..

I had applied for hdfc fastag on 29 november 2019 for which my fastag was issued on 4 december 2019.
But i haven't received my fastag sticker yet i tried to contact fastag helpline number but no response it always shows busy and when your call is connected you just hear music no response from other side at all.

Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 22nov was processed on 28 nov of the same year 2019. But to this day i have not received the fast tag. The toll-free number does not work most of the time and the help email id does not exist. Once when i was able to connect the agent said the fast tag was still under process. Processing should not take a month at this age.
