Hi, i applied for fastag on 30th november but didn't got confirmation and money got deducted. On 1st dec, i received a message that tag issued successfully with wallet and customer id. On 4th december, i received message about wallet recharge and dispatching of card in 4 working days but it's 16th dec and i didn't receive the fastag, not even dispatching message.
I also tried to connect with customer support but their number always found busy, no other method for connecting with them, so kindly let me know solution for the same.
