I have appliedfor hdfc bank fastag on 11/11/19 online for my car no. Hr26dd0904 and it has been a more than a month but i haven't received it yet nor the helpline no. Given by bank works as it always comes busy or it just doesn't dial at times...
Its like mental torture to its customers
It is very high level of negligence towards its customers by the bank and i want strict action to be taken against the bank...

    My application id - hfr477341 for fastag. Application submitted on 23rd nov 2019. I have received email stating that i will receive fastag within 7 days. Now it almost month but did not receive fastag. I have received message that fastag has been delivered but not received. Also if i try to contact toll free number its always busy, waited for 2 times 30 minutes but did not receive any response. I am really surprised that bank like hdfc dont have tracking mechanism for it.

      I didn't revived fastag sticker.
      I got message saying account customer id and wallet id created.
      I am able to access the hdfc fastag website and wallet shows 300 credited.

      Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected].

      I am waiting for 10 days, still sticker is not received.
      Can you please verify and confirm when i will get the tag.

          Hi i had recently submitted the application form online for procuring fast tag. I had paid rs 500 and my reference number is hfr01092319. I tried contacting the bank but of no avail. Could someone please update me on the status of this application.

          Could you please let me know when will the fast tag be dispatched to my address. I had submitted the application form and had made payment for it.

          I have brought the car in feb and hdfc fasttag Is provided by the dealer at that time. But I have not received any wallet id or welcome kit. I don't know how to use it now.

          Received Application reference number along with a statement quoting that I will be receiving the PDF copy by mail. Have not received it yet.

          I buy online fastag batween 7/12/2019 but no message and email to inform me
          I have applied for Fastage on 25.11.2019 through online website of HDFC. my Fastage issued and walled id is[protected]. I received msg from HDFC that my fastag will be dispatched within 4 days. But still not received.

            I applied for fasttag on 4 Dec. I got login as well. everything is done but i did not recived fasttag sticker yet. Called customer care they saying it will take time. as we per HDFC guidelines it should complete in 1 week but its not 2 weeks i not received sticker.

The website says that we can get Fastag in 7 days. But i didnt receive the sticker and theres no proper mechanism to track or raise any complaints.

                  Applied for fastag on 29-nov. During registration it was mentioned that it will be delivered in 7 working days.

                  Got sms with following details on dec-5
                  Wallet id: [protected]
                  Customer id (For fastag):[protected]

                  Dec-16 today, and still fastag is not received. Customer care does not give any clear view of whether fastag is dispatched or not and any date by when it might be delivered. Thinking of moving away from hdfc for all aspects such as salaried account/ credit cards etc. India's no.1 bank should have handled this better

                    I have applied for the fastag application online on december 10th. I didn't receive the fastag yet and there is no update from the bank. I want to know the status of the delivery of the fastag and it has been 5 days since i applied for the same.

                    Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and please note that i require the fastag by this week.

                        I applied for hdfc fastag online on 27/11/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr773148 and made payment of inr 500.
                        After that i received customer id & wallet id on 04/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                        Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy.

                        Due to this i have purchased fasttag from outside and now i want refund of my inr 500 that i paid online.

Dont waste valuable time of others.

                            I applied for hdfc fastag online and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                            After that i received customer id:[protected] & wallet id on 05/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                            The tollfree does not work most of the times and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards. Kindly help

                                I applied for hdfc fastag online on 18/11/2019 and got sms informing allocation of the customer id[protected] and wallet id on 1-dec-2019.
                                Got sms on[protected] stating that card will be dispatched in 4 working day. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker/card.

                                Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy or playing music without picking up the phone.

                                  Where is my fastag sticker? I got my account created on Nov 27th, they said i will get in 10 working days, 10 working days is not done yet, huh? I should have bought in the Toll booth itself than coming here and falling for the trap.

                                    I have applied hdfc fastag in the hdfc website with a payment of rs.500. The payment was deducted from my bank account. I have received the customer id & wallet id on 05/12/2019 through sms and email. My wallet was recharged for inr.300. I am able to log in online to the fastag portal and check my account. Everything works well.
                                    But still, i haven't received fastag sticker. Please help

                                      I got an update that fastag accoung has been activated on 30th Nov and got a message that card has been delivered on 4th Dec'19, but till now there is no update on my card and couldnt able to contact customer care.

                                      Whenever we try to call customer care, it never connects. Too pathetic customer service from HDFC..
