I had paid an amount of Rs. 500 on 5th December through my HDFC credit card for the procurement of Fastag for my car. The amount was deducted but I have not received the Fastag till date. My customer id and wallet id have been created as well.

Please help me out why the fastag has not been dispatched yet? There is no further intimation after that sms.

Applied for fastag online, shown transaction failed, but amount rs.500 /- has been deducted though the transaction was failed, didnt got any confirmation about amount deduction from card. Few days later, i came to know only through sms from hdfc, saying my fastag has been processed. Received the fastag customer id and wallet id. Till now there were information about delivery details about fastag, always contact number...

Fastag applied on 26th of november 2019. Reference id is HFR551587 Fastag has been issued. Customer id is[protected]. But fastag is still awaited. It is not delievered and recieved yet.

I purchased a samsung m-30 phone rom amazon on 7th september with my hdfc debit card. As per offer 5% or upto rs.1000 must have been credited within 90 days from the purchase but its been 97 days and my cashback has not been credited to my account. I tried to paas through the fastag line on 9-11-19, but that was not accessible then the toll plaza management instructed to pay money.
Then i paid money and go away from tollplaza, after some time i got a message from hdfc fastag team, your money was debited.

I applied for hdfc fastag online on 01/12/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr821676 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.

I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal on november 14th. I have already paid rs. 500 through hdfc fastag portal. I have just received customer id & wallet id on november 24th and i also received a message that fastag will be sent soon. But, i've not received fastag from bank and their customer service number is always busy. I've tried many times on multiple days but it's always busy.

I ordered online hdfc fastag with application no : hfr537812 on[protected].
But till date i didn't received my fastag. Twice i get the message from hdfc bank side that your fastag has been issued successfully.
With customer id is[protected] and wallet id [protected] on[protected].
Tiil date didn't received my fastag physically....

Please note that i had applied for the fast tag on 29th dec 2019, and i had received a text message saying that fast tag has been issued successfully, but till today the fast tag is not received. Fast tag reference no. Is hfr 762689. Hdfc advertise that fast tag will be delivered in 7 working days, but till not its not delivered, which is really awful and stressful. Who will be liable for any penalties or fines which i have to pay any circumstances....

I want to reset my password of my fastag account as i forgot my password. The website is crap at best. And no one picks up the helpline.
