I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr953268.

I haven't even received any mail confirmation for the same and there is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

I have been with hdfc for 11 long years now (Saving acc, cc, loans) and this is the worst moment with them.
The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

    I am using hdfc credit card for last 3 years the card expired and my address also changed. I have sent the address change form they said signature mismatch and asked to send signature mismatch form then they said kyc documents not send then the requisite forms i have send again still they say signature mismatch. It's been happening for last 4 months i have points in my card they are expiring, i think hdfc purposefully delaying in issuing my card so that points will expire.
    I accept there is a slight change in my signature, am same person but they are not accepting me as same person.

      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300. The reference number of the application is hfr805904. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc and since then there is no update.

      There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

      I have been with hdfc for 5 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
      The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

        I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

          I have applied for hdfc fastag and the wallet i'd was created on november 28th. I have got email confirmation. They said they will send it to address but still i have not got them. I tried all the toll free number and email which is of no use. Because of this i am unable to travel anywhere for this holiday. Application reference number hfr541412i am really stuck with this. I called 1033 they said contact hdfc. But the number is always busy. I do not understand what has happened to my fastag. I am sure i made a wrong choice with this bank

We had attempted the delivery for the same, however, due to the reason "Consignee Out Of Station". Currently, the consignment is held with the courier company. Kindly co-ordinate with the courier on the number[protected] for delivery of the tag on preferred date and time.

          The AWB bill you mentioned above is marked as protected I am unable to view them.Can you email it to me ? I was not notified about the tracking through email or sms. Infact there was no update after i registered for fastag. I have contacted the courier company they require AWB bill. The said it will be returned back to back in 7 days. I guess its already seven days. Currently I am out of station. I need to talk over phone regarding this. Can I have a valid reachable number.Or can you explain the next process .

            I had my card on me when i got a few messages about some atm withdrawals happening somewhere else and it emptied my account to the last penny.
            I got a call from bank to check my location and they blocked my card and asked me to download and fill a form but did not tell which form.
            I have been trying to get in touch with the phone banking customer care for an hour now and still on hold. As it is a sunday so cant even visit a branch till tomorrow.

            I have been a hdfc bank customer for years now and this is literally the first time i have had such horrible experience with them.

              I applied for hdfc fastag online and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
              After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
              The tollfree does not work most of the times and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

                I have applied for the fastag on 1/12/2019 and received a message with application number hfr821685, but the tag haven’t got delivered even after receiving the wallet i’d and customer id on 6/12/19. And there is no update from the bank regarding the delivery. And no one responds on customer care. At least they have to give the customer the correct information while applying for the fastag

                    I have purchased for 1097 from a clothing shop on december 2 2019 and merchant mistakenly debited an amount 1907 from my account, which he has immedietly done a void sale and provided me with void sale reciept also convinced me that the amount will get credited within a day. The amount is not credited yet. Its now 12 days past this incident i have connected with my banks customer care and got informed that the merchant's bank should initiate the refund and i have nothing to do from my side now. The void sale reciept is of hdfc banks. Please take an immediete action.

                      But hdfc bank fastag stiker is crupted it is not working on toll plaza. Fastag id is hfr481194 i am how to get a duplicate hdfc fastag. I am mark a many mails of support id but i have not receive a single reply for this. I am very frustrated. And i am again apply a second hdfc bank fastag and pay again rs.500 for fastag.                           We would like to inform you that i am utilizing your bank’s credit card for last 3 years. Due to some my health problems actually i have operated a surgery that is why i couldn't payment on time from last 5 to 6 months. I were admit in hospital many time in this duration so please. I wrote a mail before for waive off and i called customer care i told everything. They told me we will waive off your all charges but they waived off only one charge only.
                          I kindly request you to waive off the late fee, financial charges, all other tax of last 5 months as a good will gesture to a loyal customer of yours.
                          Incase you are not making waiver off the above charges, then i will surrender the credit card which please note. I am not able to pay that ammount.

Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date.                           i want to inform you that i had many called to customer care nobody give me satisfactory revert .They always told me that your card have been suspended we can't give you any information regarding your card .I have already told you  all details in last mail why  i could not payment on time. i did not refuse to pay to outstanding payment. In last mail i requested you that waived of my extra charges if possible please do needful .I want to pay all outstanding payment . I want to humbly request kindly remove my suspension on card so that  i can pay all outstanding payment. i am using card last 3 years and 6 month.Due to health problems i could not  payment. As much as possible please waive off my extra charges so that i could pay all outstaying payment .

                            I paid 500 through website of hdfc bank for purchase of fastag but even after 8 days i didn't received fastag. My booking id is hfr958156.
                            I want to get refund my payment as it easily available on the spot and that also free of cost from other vendors.

                            Even their customer support number is not working. I tried a lot to contact them but of no use.
                            While ordering it was told that fastag and email containing user id and password will be sent in 7 days but nothing received yet.

                              After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                                    I have applied for fasttag through hdfc portal but there is no response and no where to reach. Customer care number doesn\’t work, emails are not responded to.
                                    I made the payment of inr 500 on 9th december but still no update/ response.

                                    Fastag application number hfr01056673
                                    I have applied for fasttag through hdfc portal but there is no response and no where to reach. Customer care number doesn’t work, emails are not responded to.
                                    I made the payment of inr 500 on 12 th december but still no update/ response.
                                    The customer care number doesnt work. Please let me know next steps or refund my money. Mob. [protected]

                                      I have bought new car and was issued fastag thru the dealer and i have used the amount given by the dealer and when i wanted to recharge the fastag i tried to login fastag hdfc as given in its site and i tried with new registratn also forgot password and also other ways of help provided in hdfc. Nothing worked well. I reregistered by paying a fresh rs 500 and succeeded in payment confirmation from the bank. Now also welcome email not recieved nor i could know the balance in my account no sms received till now. Tried contacted hdfc fastag customercare but always phne busy. My question to the bank is how could hdfc registered the same car number again for issuing fastag and how govt is making mandatory to all vehicles who are not sure of passing through toll plazas. Its like prepaid to govt before passing through toll gates govt should initiate guidelines in a coherent manner

                                        I applied for hdfc fastag on 07 dec 19 with docs and rs 500 payment. Received sms intimating delivery of fastag within 1 week. Fastag application no. Is hfr944820. No means of communication. Customer toll free no is busy 24x7 seems receiver is kept aside. No means of knowing status also. Very disappointed with service of hdfc. Should have choose other provider
