I applied for hdfc fastag online on 27/11/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr773148 and made payment of inr 500.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 04/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy.

Due to this i have purchased fasttag from outside and now i want refund of my inr 500 that i paid online.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have applied online for hdfc fastag because they said they will send this within 7 days. I received wallet id and cust id through sms. But i haven’t received fastag yet. I didn’t even received any call from then. I tried to contact at their customer case number:[protected] and it seems they just play a music always. What kind of # service is this? Dont waste valuable time of others.

      I applied for hdfc fastag online and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
      After that i received customer id:[protected] & wallet id on 05/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
      The tollfree does not work most of the times and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards. Kindly help

        Hi i prashant kumar, hdfc hold my rs. 2867.40 for mirevenue gefu. After call a lot customer service executive didn't giving any positive response.

          I applied for hdfc fastag online on 18/11/2019 and got sms informing allocation of the customer id[protected] and wallet id on 1-dec-2019.
          Got sms on[protected] stating that card will be dispatched in 4 working day. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker/card.

          Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy or playing music without picking up the phone.
          HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            Where is my fastag sticker? I got my account created on Nov 27th, they said i will get in 10 working days, 10 working days is not done yet, huh? I should have bought in the Toll booth itself than coming here and falling for the trap.

              Hi,
              I have applied hdfc fastag in the hdfc website with a payment of rs.500. The payment was deducted from my bank account. I have received the customer id & wallet id on 05/12/2019 through sms and email. My wallet was recharged for inr.300. I am able to log in online to the fastag portal and check my account. Everything works well.
              But still, i haven't received fastag sticker. Please help

                Hi Team,

                I got an update that fastag accoung has been activated on 30th Nov and got a message that card has been delivered on 4th Dec'19, but till now there is no update on my card and couldnt able to contact customer care.

                Whenever we try to call customer care, it never connects. Too pathetic customer service from HDFC..

                Request you to look into this issue at the earliest

                  Please note that it’s been 2 weeks but I have note yet received the FASTag whereas money has been deducted towards same.
                  On another note, please note that I am unable to reach to customer care number since it is busy all the times.
                  Kindly revert to ascertain about when I will receive the FASTag.

                    I had applied for HDFC fastag on[protected]. I have got application number HFR801464 immediately through SMS. Then on 5th Dec I got the customer ID[protected] and wallet ID [protected] through sms. But till date I have not received Fastag. I have informed the matter to HDFC through Help line number [protected] several times but nothing has happend. I have expensed Rs. 500 to purchase the fast tag.

                      I have applied for fastag on 7th december 2019 and did not receive any kind of communication from hdfc bank till today 15th december nor received any fastag application pdf through mail. Its been more than 8 days and fastag is compulsory from today need immediate action on this and require a fastag asap

                        I have applied for hdfc fastag by paying 500, and have received two emails that i have got tag issued successful in 5th dec and another email on 6th that i have got 300 recharge applied to my tag account. But, i haven't received the tag, all my attempt to reach that call center number never reached.

                        I feel that i have been cheated by hdfc bank team, as many of colleague s have received from paytm, icici bank in two days.

                          Hi,

                          My customer id is[protected]. Hdfc bank mentioned that they will deliver it in 7-10 business days. But now it is more than that.

                          Amount was deduced from the account when i submitted the request and it also send the message it created the account and recharged on 5th dec 2019.

                          Please ask some to look into that. It's look like some big scam..

                              Fasttag not delivered to my address. The fastag customer care never pickup call. I want to colse my wallet the tag is not with me yet. No call has come from HDFC to me to assist me to get the fastag. Pathetic service. If you cant manage it dont lose your trust.
                              I have applied for fastag online. There was complete non responsive customer care. I called repeatedly. On complaint on consumer complaints website HDFC created my fastag wallet and send me login credentials. But the fastag not delivered or I did not get any update from them.

                                I have applied for hdfc fasttag on nov 29th bearing the ref no hfr715284.
                                Wallet has been created with id:[protected] on dec 4th and rs. 300 is loaded into account. I have not received the physical fasttag and not received any communication. Fasttag is mandatory now and i am facing issues with tolls. Pathetic service from hdfc. If fifteen days is not enough for hdfc to serve the fasttag request. It is a serious issue on their end that they need to look into.

                                    Fastag application hfr805880 was successful on 30th november. Paid money along with all required documents together.

                                    As per tat, i am supposed to receive the fastag within 7 days from the date of application.

                                    I have received customer id and wallet i'd through email. But, still waiting for the physical fastag.

                                    It's been 17 days since i applied with all documents without luck. I am managed customer with hdfc bank for about 10 years and this is really very bad experience with you in all these years.

                                    Need your immediate action to send the tag.

                                      I have applied for fastag card on 29th nov, 2019. I have also received the confirmation that my card has been issued on 4th dec, 2019.

                                      Although during my application submission i was informed that i will recieve the card in next 7 day, but till now i have not received my card.

                                      From tomorrow card is compulsory and i have to pay for not having the card.

                                        I applied for a fastag through hdfc bank portal on 29/11/2019 and paid the rs. 500/- fee for the same. My application no. Is hfr774450.
                                        I received my customer and wallet id on 04/12/2019 and the respective wallet recharge message on 05/12/3019. The bank website as well as their bank representatives said the fastag will be delivered in 7 working days. It has been over 10 days since. I have tried dozens of times to contact their helpline [protected] but the number is either busy or no response.
                                        There is no way to track my payment or the status of my fastag, and there is no support from the bank end.
                                        This kind of lack of support and responsibility is very disturbing from the banks end.
