imperia banking issues and false commitments by relationship manager

Your team member hdfc relationship manager manish rana from noida sector-18 branch came to my office synopsys sector 64 office.

I was already an hdfc salary account holder.

He offered me infinia credit card if i transfer my relationship to imperia banking. I was having concerns as infinia is offered only for high salary brackets. So i confirmed the same with...

Hi team,
I would like to complain regarding the personal loan i have applied 18 months back. I have salary account with your bank since more than 3 years and when i applied for personal loan, your executive visited to the landlord (I am rented with my family) who was not available or he met with the wrong person who denied that they dont know me. The think is that we live on rent with family and the court agreement is registered between the landlord and my father. So, there might be any kind of confusion and no one called me regarding anything but they sent my application to the ric department. Now what should i do being a honest customer of hdfc more than 3 years. Shall i suggest other people not to open an account in this bank or shall i socialise the problem i am facing without any mistake of mine... Lastly i am requesting you again to begin with the re-verification process and put my application on a right track... So that i can use your services and fulfill my needs... You can contact me anytime. Thankyou

    Your customer care no. Is not working which is [protected]. Its always busy or nobody ever picks up the call. I have an hdfc fastag for vehicle no. Mh03 da 9944. Yesterday by mistake i recharged for vehicle no. Mh04 da 9944. Below is the detail of that transaction.
    Rs. 1000 debited from a/c *1496 to vpa netc. [protected]@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[protected]. Can you cancell this transaction and credit the amount back to my acount?

      Received a call from hdfc bank for credit card.
      After fulfill all procedures, 2 times tele - verification, and a person came to my house for verification of applicant.
      After these things, no response from their side,

      I online checked my card status.
      It's shows declined.
      I have submitted all documents.

      Why they call if they can't deliver what they say.

        I payzapp account got locked and app is showing to contact customer care for pin reset however customer care team is not reachable on phone inspite of calling them so many times and being ok que for so long. Neither they are bothering to reply to emails. This kind of service is not expected from bank like hdfc.

        Very poor service from such big brand.

          Amazon initiated refund of 448₹ but hdfc didn't credit even after 15 days. I am getting fed up of these kind of behaviour as i opened a new bank with hdfc and this happens .I am unable to get any message from HDFC bank

            I have book my fastag on 29th November. It's been 15 days now. My application no. Is HFR774909. I have not received it yet. There is no track record and no reply on Helpline No. also.I am regular customer of hdfc bank. First time I felt why I bought this product from hdfc. I am already visit branch two time.
            I am lost in this process what should I do.

              I have applied for fastag through hdfc on 7 dec. I have paid the fees rs 500 from mt debit card. There is no mail confirmation, nor sms confirmation. I could not even down load the application.
              My name is ravishankar, from coimbatore.

              There is no way to check status of application either from fasttag or hdfc.
              Waiting for something good to happen?
              All i have is an sms from my bank which states rs 500 spent on pos/e com using debit card on 7/12/19 12.54 at hdfc bank ltd fastag mumbai.

                I have applied 2 hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 1000 inr (200 for security amount & 200 as the top up amount & 100 fee each). The reference number of the application is hfr876164. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                I have been with hdfc for more than 10 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                  I had applied for fastag from hdfc on 30th nov 2019. Application no: hfr783344. Later i got sms from hdfc on 4 dec 2019 that my fastag has been issued successfully with customer id:[protected]. On 5th dec 2019 i again got message from hdfc that my fastag has been recharged with rs 300 transaction id:[protected]. However my fastag has not been delived to me until now. I tried calling helpline number [protected] many times but no one answering. My fastag is not delivered & there is no response from bank. Also there is no tracking information available if hdfc is sending fastag to my address.

                    Hi hdfc fastag,

                    I have ordered the fastag. The customerid and walletid is created but sticker is not delivered even after 12 days.
                    I have received the mail regarding wallet but no mail with sticker or any pdf attachment. It was mentioned that i would receive the sticker within 7days after application submission.

                    Please look into the issue and let me know what's causing such delay.

                      This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                      Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 22nd jan 2018 under the name of depository charges dec-2017

                      Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.

                          I have forgot wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

                          I have forgot my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.

                                I applied for fastag on 10th november with application id hrf351475, wallet was created on 28rd november. Till date i have not received the fasttag. The customer care number doesn't connect most of the times and even if it connects they will provide an update that fasttag will be dispatched within 2 days and i will receive the message. Till date i have not received the message. Hdfc bank is poorly managing the fasttag process, while they promised it will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days this is the reality, close to a month and still waiting. If cannot handle then why hdfc advertise about this?
                                If i am fined after 15 dec for not having fasttag while crossing tool booth (Which i do 2-3 times in week), will hdfc take care of my fine. Please clarify

                                This is non-sense, SMS which receive said it will be delivered in 3-4 working days. Call center says 10 working days (which are already over). You are saying 15 working days (Which will be completed today).
                                Again is HDFC going to pay for excess charges i paid at toll booth?
                                and also answer me why shouldn't I go to consumer court?

                                  I writing this email to seek your assistance regarding fastag card. I had applied for fastag card on 28 november 2019. I have received details of wallet and customer id but have not received physical fastag card to affix on the car. With deadline approaching soon.

                                  I do not expect such rational service despite reaching out to your fastag escalation matrix who is named as mr. Ajay mishra (Mob: [protected]) he never answer calls though his phone keep ringing. I have also messaged him through whatsapp to update status his only answer is wallet is created which was latest yesterday. I have also received a message on wallet creation on 4th dec 2019. But when i ask about physical fastag card he is dumb. I request you to refund the money back to the account if your team can’t serve on time.
