I have applied for hdfc fastag on 30th november. But i have not yet received.

I received below message and that's it. No communication done by bank.

"update: fastag application hfr808206 was successful.
You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days.
For details, call [protected]"

Tried calling toll free number but did not got any response.

    I booked fastag for my personal car on 23rd nov. 2019. On 30th nov. 2019 received message the fastag will be dispatched within 4 working days. But i failed to receive the fastag until today (14th dec. 2019). I'm afraid i will be trouble (Can not ride my car through a toll or maybe penalized) as the govt. Of india motor vehicle act. The deadline to get the fastag is by 15th dec. 2019.

    I was unable to receive assistance from the hdfc bank through whom i booked the fastag. Please assist to solve.

      I had applied for fastag through hdfc bank since i have my salary and savings account in hdfc and i received a message on 6th december, 2019 that it has been issued but till date i have not received the fastag. I tried calling the customer care number:[protected] and it is always busy and no one receives the call and their fastag website is useless where the buttons don't work nor it has any details where we can raise an issue. If hdfc cannot handle such things then don't take it up new ventures and waste people's time and money. If i dont receive the fastag then better return the amount that has got deducted and i will get it done through other banks or other means.

      @hdfc: provide the details what needs to be done i will contact you.

        Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 26 Nov payment got deducted at same time, got the SMS card will dispatched in two working days, haven't received yet and customer care number always busy...and no one responding.. is this a way treating customers form Hdfc bank..

          Did not receive the card till date though it was added to my wallet on 6th december.
          The status is displayed as active when i login to my hdfc fastag account.

          I have tried reaching out to the customer care number ([protected]) several times, but it simply does not get connected. For once it did and the service representative put me on hold and the call was disconnected.

          Below mail was received from hdfc as a confirmation

            I am a hdfc bank customer and have savings account since 3 years
            I have applied for fastag via www.hdfcbank.com and paid rs. 500 on 07.12.2019. The amount has been deducted from my account and an application reference number is given: hfr946453 with my application pdf copy said to be mailed.

            But neither i received any mail or fastag nor refund of my money.

            Customer service no: [protected] is always busy and couldn't connect with them for the status

            Is this again one of those scams of government of india and indian bankers to rip people off?

              Dear sir/madam,

              With the reference of the above pl act no 14262523, which i had taken loan of 3 lac in the year 2009 and paid 21 emi to this bank. But suddenly i lost the job and because of that my installment was defaulted. I inform them this by mail to customer care team, but this bank make my life horrible to me and my family for my mistake of taking pl loan.

              They reported cibil and because of that my career had been damaged badly and i was not getting any job offers to repay them. I inform what is my mistake and kindly come for settlement but they never agreed and make my life horrible by dragging me to courts.

              They had filed ep against me in civil court (Hyderabad) and telling me to pay full amount with interest to settle. This bank is useless to all customers and they work as per their needs and make the customers running away for their mistakes for taking pl..

              Now also i am requesting hdfc bank to come forward to close this pl amicably and i am ready to speak to you always but i am not getting response from your bank from last 8 yrs,

              My parents and my family is under sever pressure and health is deteriorating every day, your bank will be responsible for any thing happens to my family..

              This issue was already raised before to your team in hyderabad but not getting any response.. Waiting for your call

              Till now i did not get any call from your service team or your Branch Head.

              This show how serious is about your bank to resolve the issue and help the customers. Once customer took loan from your bank, it will be tragedy for whole family and your team will drag every person to court for the mistake of taking a loan from your bank. I had tried many times to close this PL but your bank not shown any interest..

              Every India should think twice to take a loan from HDFC Bank and save their family from agony .

                I have applied for fastag of my 2 cars via hdfc bank online. I have paid 1000/- (500/- for each car) and applied for fastag on 8th dec 2019. My fastag application reference number is - hfr964576.
                It been 7 days i have not received my tags. Also the customer support number provided in always busy.
                Kindly register my complaint against hdfc bank for not providing my fastags despite the prepayment of 1000/- and offering no support to customer.

                  I had applied online for a fast tag with hdfc i have no updates yet on it..
                  I have paid 500 online and i have tried calling the help line and i can't get any response.

                  It's been two weeks and i don't even have any means to track the status of my application.
                  I have not received any sms regarding the card being dispatched and i reached the branch at whitefield itpl bangalore they did not have any proper justification on where my tag is.

                  The helpline provided does not work.

                    I ordered a fastag on 29 nov.2019. But i have not received my fastag till now. Pls provide my fastag sticker asap. My reference id is hfr569660.

                    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag team as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                    I have been with hdfc for 7 years and this is the worst moment with them.
                    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                        I have applied for two fastags on 10th nov but i have received only one but made payment for both,
                        I haven't received tag for ka53md9214.
                        Customer care number is always busy and seems there is no other way to reach them.
                        Travelling out of city in next 2 days not sure what difficulties i would face because of hdfc.
                        Luckily i got connected to customer care once and they asked to drop an email to mentioned mail id over call, also they said that you would get a reply in 72 hour's, did the same on 9th december but still no reply.
                        Now whenever i try to reach customer care, the number is always busy,.
                        Please help me as i have to travel out of city for medical purpose.

                          I have emailed my request for addition of my vehicle number in my hdfc fastag account along with rc book on 6/12/19.
                          I have send two reminder email. Also talked with customer executive five times.
                          Till date my request is pending.
                          The use of fastag is compulsory from tomorrow. I have to avail local user benifit on my nearest toll. So it is must to add my vehicle number in my tag account.
                          I am having three vehicles. Only the service from hdfc is very poor.
                          Kindly look into the matter.

                              I have also received emails from hdfc bank about confirmation but i have not received fastag nor i have any information when we will get it.

                              Your helpline numbers are not working, your helpline portals are not working, your local hdfc bank branch has no answers, even not getting confirmation from your side.

                              Such bad service by leading private bank is not accepted.

                              Please confirm when we will get our tag.

                                  I had raised complaint through web docket, Sent e-mail, Tried to reach relationship manager . Nothing is successful . Their support number too does not work.
                                  From tomorrow onward Fatag is compulsory but it has not reached me.

                                      I applied for fastag on 07.12.2019 at their website. I got an application reference number as hfr945285, where it is mentioned that pdf application will be sent to your registered mail id and representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction.

                                      But till know no pdf application has not been sent on my mail neither any representative contacted me till now.

                                      I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy.

                                      still fastag not yet received..very bad service from HDFC bank...

                                        I have applied for hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (Incliding security and top up). The reference number of the application is hfr656269. I applied on 28-11 after payment there is no update no message/email regarding this..

                                        The customer care number given is busy or not being attended. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys.
                                        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
