I have applied for 2 fastag hfr807177 on 30/11/2019, i received the message that fastag have been issued, customer id number[protected] on 12/7/2019, but till now i have not received fastag at my doorstep, i have tried calling customer care multiple times but line goes busy, email id doesnot exists i am fedup with services and not expecting such services from reputed bank i need my fastag as soon as possible or refund my amount my contact...

I have applied for fastag on dec 4 2019. My ref number is hfr884540. No communication received till now so is their any way to track this application number and but which date will i get this.

How can i check the application status and by what time i will get my fastag or this is some sort of fraud services started by hdfc bank as i being with this company for more than 12 years now....

hdfc bank fastag hdfc fastag dispatch delay issue.

Hi,
I have applied for hdfc fastag online and i received a sms on 30/nov/2019, "update: your fastag wallet has been created! Card will be dispatched in 4 working days. For any queries"
My customer id and wallet id have been created as well.
My customer id:[protected]

Please help me out why the fastag has not been dispatched yet? There is no further intimation after that sms.

Hello sir,

I applied for hdfc fastag online on 08th nov 2019. My application number is hfr340802.

Since then i have not received any update regarding the same. Not received sticker, wallteid, customerid, tagid.

Tried communicating through email and toll free number. Nothing is working.

Toll free number is not at all working. It is always busy....

non receipt of fastag sticker

As informed by hdfc bank vide e mail dtd 26 nov 2019 fasttag with customer id 19xxxx673906 has been issued . However till date as on 11 december, i have not received the same. Customer care number is of no help as nobody is responding. I have also sent e mail to hdfc bank support but no action so far.(hbl[protected]. Since 15 december approaching it is requested that necessary action may be taken by bank on priority....

fastag no update

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is HFR834736. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

customer care NUmber is busy and no reply from HDFC even after 12 days...

My credit card account as be closed from past 6 month. But i have not received any response from bank.

Please send me a copy of the "no objection certificate" for the settlement that was done on my hdfc bank credit card. I would also request you to please clear...

Apart of so much of efforts trying to communicate with the concerned department's email id and phone, all efforts are totally in vain and useless. Thus either provide us some alternate assistance address to visit physically in delhi else despite o[censored]nwillingness i'll have to take strict action and care of this matter further in any way possible.

didn't received my fastag

fastag not received hfr903697

I have applied online for fastag from hdfc bank on 05/12/2019 with rs 500.
Received sms hfr903697 was successful & u will recive e mail with pdf and fastag with 7 days. Again today on 11/12/2019 i received same sms. Ur toll free & road side assistance number is not working and their is no way to check status in ur website or anywhere. Till today i havent received any e mail anf from no where i am able to know by when will i receive...

hdfc fastag not received

HDFC claims to have a very seamless and quick process for applying FASTags through their portal.

I applied for the FASTag in November, and it said it would be delivered in 7 days. 20+ days from then, I still havent received it. The customer care number is busy 24x7, and HDFC Sarjapur branch officials say they can't help. They are probably interested only in selling new ones.

The last date mandated by the Government...

fastag account not working

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (incliding security and top up). Recieved Wallet id : ([protected]) created. Once login fastag account can't see any options (Manage My Account, Recharge My Wallet, Service Request)

The customer care number given is always busy or not being attended.There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys.

Bad, very bad fillling with HDFC bank .

I have applied for HDFC FASTag online and made payment of INR 500 on November 30, 2019. The reference number for the application is HFR784444. I have uploaded a copy of the RC as required.

I have received a couple of text messages - one stating that 'FASTag has been issued successfully with customer ID & the wallet ID.' and one more message stating that 'it has been recharged for Rs. 300'.

fastag delivery delay

The customer care number provided to me for fastag is always busy.This is highly unacceptable from HDFC bank.I need to get an update ASAP on the delivery of the fastag to my delivery address within this weekend.

regarding to fastag card

I have applied HDFC Fastag through online portal and made payment of 500 inr. the reference number of application is hfr342267. All the required document had been submitted and apply for the tag on 3rd Dec 2019.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. No tracking number provided by bank.

The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise...

I got the message that my fastag wallet was created on 30th november and that my fastag card will be dispatched in 4 working days. 11 days have passed and no update whatsoever. Calling the 1800 number is useless.. It always says busy. I'm having second thoughts as to why i chose hdfc. So much for brand loyalty. I did not expect such poor execution from such an esteemed organization.

delivery for the hdfc fastag hfr510232.

I have applied for fastag on 25th November on HDFC. I have tried to contact several times to HDFC customer care for delivery details of tag. Still I am waiting for getting a proper response from HDFC. Please provide a specific date and delivery courier details as soon as possible.
