Dear HDFC Card Team,
IN july 2019 statement, I had found a International transaction amounting Rs. 3972/= (CNY 395.6), reported same day to customer care and they suggested to pay other than this amount, to raise a DISPUTE Form, which shall be resolved 45-60 days.
When I received my August 2019 statement, I found that HDFC has added LOT of charges with 3972/=, called customer care, they promised dont worry, once Dispute is clear from team, these charges shall be removed. I had sent follow up mails to Dispute and Care team.
Once again in September 2019 statement, More charges has been added, called custiomer care and this time they told me that DISPUTE Has been cleared and within a day or two, it will reflect in to your account, then call us for the removal of these charges.
Since than every month late charges, interest charges etc ahs been added every month and reached to 9500/= +.
I received so many calls from RECEOVERY TEAM, SMS and emails from LAWYERS to make this payment, which is not done by me and DISPUTE TEAM says we are working on it.
What to do.
