I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable.

    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr968343. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

    I have been with hdfc for 5 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

      Hello team

      This is reference to my fastag application reference no. Hfr470002 for the application of fastag on date 22 november 2019. I have paid rs.500 for my fastag and communication has been received after that. Additionally, toll free numbers are not working. There is not even a link to track application or cancel application.
      Can you please let me know the status. Why i didn’t received my fastag and when i can get my fastag.

          I have registered for the HDFC fasteg.my user id and wallet id open .but Fastag not delivered to me on my address after more than 20 days.please reply me why my Fastag not delivered to my address and make process for Fastag delivered on my address. Your complain number for Fastag is not taken anybody.so I have not registered complain on your Fastag complain number.

            I have applied for fastag through hdfc bank on 28 nov 2019. I'm customer of hdfc. I have not still received my fastag. I contacted toll free number, spoke to gaurav in customer care, he said your application is under process. I dont know for long should I wait. It has been more than 15 days that the application is under process.
            I'm really having hard time to get the fastag from a reputed bank. Like HDFC. My ref no HFR708871. Mobile number [protected], customer id no[protected].

            Waste of time .. Is there any one from bank who really cares about customer service. Very horrible experience..

            Could some one look into this issue?

              credit card fraudulent issue

              I live in Faridabad and I am working in Gurgaon.

              I have only one credit card with HDFC credit card is [protected].

              The matter is that HDFC is saying you have one more credit card which no. [protected] but i have never applied for this card.
              When I spoke with Gaurav HDFC customer care he said this card is in name Firoz Jabiullah Shah and issued in Thane...

                I had applied for fastag using hdfc portal using my HDFC Debit card. However I have not received any welcome email or receipt of the application. Also, I was charged Rs. 100 for fastag issuance but in HDFC advertisement they state no issuance fee till 30th Dec'19.
                I request the bank to send the online receipt on email along with the refund of Rs. 100 to my bank.

                  I have applied for hdfc fasttag on 08/12/2019. And no communication yet about the status. My application number is: HFR963539. At time of payment confirmation it is clearly mentioned that will get a email for same but today is 14/12/19 and no mail and no update.
                  Trying to contact on toll free no but no response.. feel like betrayed. No response from hdfc.

                    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount, 200 as the top up amount and 100 as processing fee). The reference number of the application is hfr869577 on 3rd Dec 2019. I have uploaded RC copy as demanded

                    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. We tried to reach local back for update where staff is not responding properly, they get rude.

                    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status. If bank has lot of load and able to supply in time then please let government know about this.

                      I have applied for fast tag before 2 week, but i ahvenot received the tag till now, nor i am able to contact any concern person the status is showing pending on line ..helpline number is always coming busy..i want to cancel my request, please refund my money and cancel the request, i ll purchase it from any of toll plaza ...as i have to daily pay heavy amount on toll, earlier i was traveling on monthly pass tag. please support

                          not able to add a ppf account as beneficiary online

                          Dear HDFC Bank,

                          I have opened a PPF Account online with HDFC in Anna Nagar-I, Chennai, Tamil Nadu branch with Rs. 1000 as initial amount.

                          Now, I want to transfer some more money to it online, but for that I am not able to add the account as beneficiary.

                          It is giving error message as "Invalid Account Number".

                          I am wondering how can It is possible, as the A/c opened online are not...

                            I have purchased fastag through hdfc bank online portal, i have paid for the same through online banking.
                            After 15 days of application still i haven’t received physical copy of fastag. Also email id is not mentioned on website for complains and no one is picking up the help line number.
                            Either they should provide the expected delivery date or refund the money so that i can purchase it from somewhere else.

                              Dear HDFC Card Team,

                              IN july 2019 statement, I had found a International transaction amounting Rs. 3972/= (CNY 395.6), reported same day to customer care and they suggested to pay other than this amount, to raise a DISPUTE Form, which shall be resolved 45-60 days.

                              When I received my August 2019 statement, I found that HDFC has added LOT of charges with 3972/=, called customer care, they promised dont worry, once Dispute is clear from team, these charges shall be removed. I had sent follow up mails to Dispute and Care team.

                              Once again in September 2019 statement, More charges has been added, called custiomer care and this time they told me that DISPUTE Has been cleared and within a day or two, it will reflect in to your account, then call us for the removal of these charges.

                              Since than every month late charges, interest charges etc ahs been added every month and reached to 9500/= +.

                              I received so many calls from RECEOVERY TEAM, SMS and emails from LAWYERS to make this payment, which is not done by me and DISPUTE TEAM says we are working on it.

                              What to do.

                                I have applied for HDFC fastag on 30/11/19 and my application Id is HFR810727. I have got sms that my fastag has been issued on 05/12/19 but I didn't get any dispatch status yet. The helpline number [protected] is always busy. Neither I am able to track the delivery status of my Fastag nor HDFC has shared any information about the same. I need the fastag urgently. Please deliver my fastag on priority basis.

                                  I have applied hdfc fastag on 30/11/2019 and have not received it yet. Upon calling the toll free number it is always engaged and after 6 pm nobody picks the call. I have not received any pdf as stated at the time of applying. Tried calling road side assistance and that was also in vain. Was in q for almost half an hour and did not get transferred to the executive. My fastag application number is hfr811546.

                                  How can we expect road side assistance when nobody bothers to attend the calls. This is not the kind of service that a bank should provide.

                                    I have so many times given complaints on email and on the customer services dept as well, to please close my credit card as i have done all the payment and please send me the closer statement but till that i am receiving the call from collection dept to pay the pending amount. I have neeb given so many different numbers below.
