I have purchased fastag through hdfc bank online portal, i have paid for the same through online banking.
After 15 days of application still i haven’t received physical copy of fastag. Also email id is not mentioned on website for complains and no one is picking up the help line number.
Either they should provide the expected delivery date or refund the money so that i can purchase it from somewhere else.

    Dear HDFC Card Team,

    IN july 2019 statement, I had found a International transaction amounting Rs. 3972/= (CNY 395.6), reported same day to customer care and they suggested to pay other than this amount, to raise a DISPUTE Form, which shall be resolved 45-60 days.

    When I received my August 2019 statement, I found that HDFC has added LOT of charges with 3972/=, called customer care, they promised dont worry, once Dispute is clear from team, these charges shall be removed. I had sent follow up mails to Dispute and Care team.

    Once again in September 2019 statement, More charges has been added, called custiomer care and this time they told me that DISPUTE Has been cleared and within a day or two, it will reflect in to your account, then call us for the removal of these charges.

    Since than every month late charges, interest charges etc ahs been added every month and reached to 9500/= +.

    I received so many calls from RECEOVERY TEAM, SMS and emails from LAWYERS to make this payment, which is not done by me and DISPUTE TEAM says we are working on it.

    What to do.

      I have applied for HDFC fastag on 30/11/19 and my application Id is HFR810727. I have got sms that my fastag has been issued on 05/12/19 but I didn't get any dispatch status yet. The helpline number [protected] is always busy. Neither I am able to track the delivery status of my Fastag nor HDFC has shared any information about the same. I need the fastag urgently. Please deliver my fastag on priority basis.

        I have applied hdfc fastag on 30/11/2019 and have not received it yet. Upon calling the toll free number it is always engaged and after 6 pm nobody picks the call. I have not received any pdf as stated at the time of applying. Tried calling road side assistance and that was also in vain. Was in q for almost half an hour and did not get transferred to the executive. My fastag application number is hfr811546.

        How can we expect road side assistance when nobody bothers to attend the calls. This is not the kind of service that a bank should provide.

          I have so many times given complaints on email and on the customer services dept as well, to please close my credit card as i have done all the payment and please send me the closer statement but till that i am receiving the call from collection dept to pay the pending amount. I have neeb given so many different numbers below.

            Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 22 nov was processed on 25 nov of the same year 2019. But to this day i have not received the fast tag. The toll-free number does not work most of the time and the help email id does not exist. Once when i was able to connect the agent said the fast tag was still under process. Processing should not take a month at this age.

            I have applied for the fastag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                I had fastag issued ( through sms notification ) & got hdfc customer id and wallet id also issued. Even it has been charged with rs 300 in my wallet. But i had still not received my fastag sticker and no communication also from the bank yet.                       I applied hdfc fastag through online on 2nd decmeber by paying 500 rupees.
                      After that i got the message saying "fastag application hfr859634 was successful. You will receive a pdf on registered emailid in 7 working days."
                      But now its 12th december 2019 i didnt receive yet. I tried calling customer care no [protected] for the past 4 days but its coming as busy always.
                      I dont have any contact person/number to contact with.
                      Kindly help with this. Fastag last date is nearly. Take this as urgent and do the needful.

                      Still i didnt get the fastag . what the worst service in hdfc fastag side. Really i feel irritated. worst worst response from cusstomer card of fastag. Better i would have got in fastag walkin.

                        Dear all,

                        This is a serious issue and clear proof of failure from renault. Vehicle was booked on 19th october'2019, asked delivery for deewali, they said that they will try their best for that, but they couldn't. After that we said them to deliver on 11th of november. After long follow up we went to showroom after on dec'12 to get vehicle. Before 1 day we have given dd and by 12th 60% amount credited to their account from hdfc bank, finally we went there to take delivery. We spent there for 5 to 6 hours to speak with their higher officials to get delivery. Finally we have got delivery by end of the day, but floor mats are not available. They said that after clearing the dd only we are able to generate tr and at the same time accessories not available at present please wait for a week to get. For that also i was waited for 2 days and finally called concern person, they said that they will come and fix it at my home only. After long drama it was postponed to 5days when i went outside they have sent one person to provide mats not to fix mudflaps. Again they said that technician is not available, again and again it was repeated finally one day i have given confirmation to them that i am going outstation and if anything is happening to the car which related to police or any insurance related i am not responsible for that. They enquired that where you are going and how many kilometers etc.. They said that within 300 kml no issue, finally ally i asked about insurance and given some online copies which is not cover more than 50% and the number is different. Number of times i have messaged to their boss and explaining the situation, i was taken the car but i am not able to use it. He will reply that i will get back to you by the evening, it was happened multiple times. Finally he will assign to some other person and they will tell that one more week and some issue with rto, while paying tax some issue happened. They have to get those amount and after that only they are able to pay the tr. Every time they told that within a week, today is 12th of december. One month has been completed but issue is not resolved, raised complaint to renault but no use here. They ate taking concall with them and i am hearing the same, now i got a feel that no one should not buy this company car. For this issues only it may not succeed in india.

                        This is an serious issue which i am facing, please take to public and reset the process. I do not want to get another people trouble, for that reason only i am sending this in social media to know everyone fact.

                        Dear Renault Team,

                        I Naveen Chand K, i have given service my vehicle service on 23rd of November'2023 at Amberpet Branch. I have been giving my vehicle service since 2019, each and every time I explain the issues along with my previous experience which I had with the service centre. And every time i send my vehicle to the service centre twice or thrice for rectification. But i will not get a proper resolution and i am not able to give my vehicle again and again.

                        Earlier service in 2021, one of my issue was AC. Due to that, they have changed the AC unit. In that it was not fixed properly and some issue with airflow. For that they took almost one week and when i got the vehicle front outer dashboard is damaged by a rat bite. Again raised the issue and sent the vehicle for replacement. Again i do not want to raise a complaint about the issue and i do not want to get another new issue with that. After service within a week, the vehicle broke down the middle of the road, when i checked petrol is leaking from the front bonnet due to the pipe not fixed properly. Some of the complaints and snapshots i am not adding here.

                        In 2022 one of my issues was noise coming from the Front right wheel, the AC cooling issue and the rear seat armrest cupholder is coming out. This time they said they needed to fill the gas because for since last 3 years, it had not filled. I have informed the person AC unit was replaced last year and they have re-filled the GAS also & why again issue came. He said that he would re-check and update that for me. But there is no call back and they have filled the gas, i have charged for that. And for front wheel noise due to 30k brake pads need to be replaced, i said ok. Finally, I have charged around Rs.18, 000 for my vehicle service. 1. Brake pads replaced, 2. AC gas replaced and 3. Part is not available placed order. Cross-checked with the service person and i took my vehicle delivery after asking everything about my car. When i got the vehicle again i found the same issue and called the person to ask about that. Again he is asking me to bring my vehicle to the service centre to check the same. I don't know why again and again i have to send the vehicle to the service centre. I have questioned the same. Here AC gas i have charged and the Wheel i have charged, issued is not resolved and part still i have not received a replacement with follow-ups. Also once i raised a complaint about my petrol missing over WhatsApp with snapshots. WHICH TYPE OF SERVICE IT IS?

                        This year 2023, explained everything and shared my previous complaints along with screenshots, discussions, my issues, and experiences as earlier.
                        My main issues are
                        1. Noise coming from the Front right wheel (Last year's issue.)
                        2. Rear seat armrest cupholder replacement (Last year's issue.)
                        3. Vehicle check error on the speedometer display.

                        1. This time service person said that we have to replace the disc brakes and brake pads. I questioned him why it was like the brake pads had already been replaced for the same issue in the last service. I have to bare again for your fault, i told him that i would escalate to the next level about last year's service. He immediately gave his call to the manager, i had a discussion with the manager and i got a call back from him. He said only needed to get replaced disc brakes, i agreed after getting confirmation from the manager. Issue reduced but not resolved, informed the same to the service person and feedback team. Now again they are asking me to bring my vehicle to the service centre to check the same.

                        2. The armrest cupholder has not been replaced and he told me that it was fixed. i have attached the screenshot for that.

                        3. Error check he asked me whether the battery got changed after purchasing the vehicle and said we have to replace two parts due to that only we are getting that error. I am denied to replace the parts because there is no guarantee that i have to replace one part or two parts or the battery.

                        THIS TIME MY NEW ISSUES AFTER-SERVICE, WHEN I RECEIVED THE CAR RIGHT SIDE SCRATCHES WERE THERE. I INFORMED THE SAME TO SERVICE PERSON WITH SNAPS, BUT HE DIDN'T GET BACK TO ME REGARDING THAT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME. Mileage is showing 99km/l, 55km/l or 6km/l. Please find the attachments FYI(Before car delivery and after car delivery)

                        NOW TEAM CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO SEND MY VEHICLE AND HOW MANY DAYS YOU PEOPLE WILL TAKE FOR PROPER SERVICE? WHO WILL BEAR THE COST OF PETROL, MY PERSONAL CAB CHARGES AND PARTS REPLACEMENT CHARGES HERE? WHO IS GOING PROVIDE A SOLUTION FOR MY ISSUE? EACH TIME I GAVE PRIOR INTIMATION TO YOUR TEAM, BUT WHY THEY ARE NOT TAKING SERIOUSLY ABOUT MY CAR SERVICE?

                        EVEN TO RENEW MY VEHICLE INSURANCE I HAVE FOLLOWED UP WITH MULTIPLE PEOPLE AND IT GOT DELAYED.

                          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 rupees. The reference number of the application is hfr935445. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                            Today after applying application received message that fastag will be delivered after 15 days. It is already 12 days gone. I don’t know what is happening with HDFC Bank. I did not faced any issue like this before. I am not able to travel without the fastag. Please send my fastag tommorow. I am frustate with this. Please resolve and send tommorow.

                              I have applied for hdfc fastag on 02/12/2019, through their online website and made payment of 1600 inr (For 2 cars & 1 lmv) through my citibank credit card. The reference number of the application is hfr850739, dtd. 2nd december, 2019.

                              I have uploaded all requested and necessary documents and have received the application number and message the the fastag will be sent to me within the next 7days.

                              There is no way to contact hdfc fastag toll free number mentioed on the website as it is permanently busy.

                                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr956383. I have uploaded the required documents and since then there is no update.

                                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status

                                    I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank through fastag portal. I have already paid all the charges but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have received customer id & wallet id on december 1, 2019, but the physical fastag is not received from bank at my address. Further their customer service number is never connected and always remain busy. They should provide me a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of my fastag.

                                      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr899019. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                                      There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                      I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                      The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status

                                        Since I was not at home I could not collect my FIRSTAG sticker sent by Post.

                                        I understand that the Sticker was returned stating "ADRESSEE NOT AVAILABLE".

                                        Please reissue the same to the address as sent earlier.
