Hi hdfc team, i have purchased fastag online on 30th nov and it has been mentioned that in 7 days it will deliver but so far no delivery of physical fastag, kindly update when will it be delivered. Reference number - hfr817635.
On 7th dec, got wallet login details but so far physical fastag is not received. Appreciate quick update and timely resolution

HDFC Bank as you are not delivering Physical Fastag so I have raised concern in Consumer-court. Hopefully now you will share Fastag physical sticker delivery details.

Need the physical sticker urgently else will be taking legal option against poorest quality and denial of service from HDFC Bank.
Hello, the issue here too. Even I sent an email to HDFC Board of Directors, but no response yet. What we need to understand here is, it is new way of their business model, having ₹300 * no of cars in India = Total X into their bank as deposit. So they will use it for their rotation purpose. They’re cheating us through this system. I applied it on Nov 22nd. But not yet received it.
HDFC bank, we need immediate resolution as you have collected the money but not providing physical tag in mentioned timelines and due to that we will be bound to pay fines. This behavior is not acceptable.
HDFC team, awaiting quick update for above mentioned issue.

    I have purchased fastag via hdfc bank on 27/nov/2019, i have got a message hdfc saying that "your fastag wallet has been created! The card will be dispatched in 4 working days on 30/nov/2019". Unfortunately, i have not received the fastag and customer service number "[protected]" always unreachable.

      Hi - have ordered 2 fastag on 10 nov believing hdfc but after raising complaint here had received for one of my car on 3-Dec, In spite of requesting on the same request till now no answer/reply has been posted. HFR352810 is my reference number. Again the contact contact number is never answered. Now with 15-Dec as the new deadline and how come the second car can be driven or crossed the TOLL. Weird to see such negligence can be sited by HDFC bank by forgetting to dispatch the second Fastag even after adding the second car to my WALLET. And ignoring query on top of my previous request is gain unprofessional.

      TagID has been already generated but yet to receive.

      Twice the amount to be charged on toll if not paid by fastag and i cannot do that for my second car, it is going to give us a bad experience from a bank.

        I have ordered fastag online on 27th November 2019 by making the payment of 500 Rs. however, the payment has been debited but there is no currier tracking number received. Kindly update when I will get the Fastag.
        The Fastag is expected to deliver after 7 working days after the payment made however, I have not even received currier tracking number or any confirmation whether the fastag to be received to not.

        Kindly deliver my fastag ASAP as I have to travel frequently and it is now mandatory.

            It has been a while since i requested for fastag everything is ready and set but they are not sending the fastag even the account and fastag are created. I didn't expect this from HDFC else would have taken the tag from somewhere else but i also had to buy another tag from other place too. And the customer care number [protected] worst that i have seen you keep on trying 24hrs only music comes and money will be deducted from balance they won't pick your call i have tried a week and they picked it finally but it is of no use when i ask for the tag they say it will be dispatched if i ask when not sure can you call us after 3 days and when you try to call after 3 days they will not pick your call.

            If HDFC Fastag is not able to provide service better to stop instead of wasting our time your branding.

              I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount, top up 200 & issuance fee 100 amount). The reference number of the application is HFR01038386. I have uploaded registration copy and made the payment. after that, i didn't receive any email or SMS from hdfc bank.
              i tried to call hdfc bank toll free 50 times. I am with HDFC bank with more than 8 years. Please help me to resolve this issue ASAP.

                    I applied for fastag from HDFC bank on 24th of November. Money got deducted from my account.
                    HDFC bank has sent the fastag customer ID and wallet ID. However they haven't sent the physical fastag so far.
                    Their fastag customer care number is unanswered. And the HDFC Bank customer care say they don't deal with fastag.
                    Being such a big enterprise, how can they let down their customers after taking the money. They have to give us a tracking number to track the status of the fastag.

                        I had applied for a fast tag on 27 november, reference no: hfr649437. I got this sms from hdfc "dear customer, your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. Hdfc bank limited" on 30th november. I am yet to recieve the card.
                        I am repeatedly sending mails to hdfc complaint mail ids, am not getting any reply. I could not contact them on customer service number also.

                                My case is also same as : i have applied for fast tag with application number hfr909246. I have made the payment 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount) uploaded the required documents, following that i have uploaded the signed application form as well.

                                Since then i have been trying to contact hdfc for the application status on the toll free number : [protected] but no one picks up. I dont have their fastag email id also.
                                I'm not sure do i have to do anything else to get this application processed, what is the current status of the application. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know if my application is processed or not, at least i'll try another service provider.

                                  I have applied for FastTag online thru HDFC bank portal. I have got the FastTag ID & Customer ID thru SMS a week ago, but Physical FastTag ticker is not received yet, it's been close to 2 week since I've applied for. While trying to contact the HDFC FastTag customer care[protected]For Pune) their no. is not reachable and it gives a Busy tone all the time. I'm trying to reach them from last 48 hrs at various times but it gives a busy tone. They should provide the options to track the status about FastTag request. As their customer care no. is not reachable at all. Kinldy help to get the FastTag sticker asap. As I've to travel outstation to outstation by car.

                                  My complaint is not resolved yet. As per your response, HDFC will contact in "several days", then there's no point in raising the concern. What about the Customer care no. is still not reachable any time ? No body listens at HDFC end. By when this will be fixed ? There should be some time frame to resolve the issue. Please help to resolve the issue.

                                    I had booked by FasTag via HDFC Bank on 26th November 2019. I got SMS intimation on 29th November that Fastag has been issued and recharged successfully. On 30th November 2019, i Got a SMS saying "Your Fastag Wallet has been created . Card will be dispatched in 4 working days". I am still awaiting for the Fastag to be received. Today is 11th December 2019. Just 4 days away from the deadline. My FasTag application reference number HFR588654. Helpline numbers not working at all. No email id given for support. Pathetic treatment to loyal customers.

                                        My address is correct and complete for courier service.
                                        Your fastag helpline service is very bad.
                                        I have tried 100 times but not been able to contact even once.
                                        So, please return my 500 rupees.
