I recently got a fastag wallet provided by hdfc fastag. I have two issues that are not yet addressed by the fastag team even after multiple followups. Also the fastag customer care is not reachable from almost a month, the emails are also being not responded.

Issue1. Name is in correct in the fastag wallet.
Issue 2. There is incorrect deduction from the fastag wallet for which i have raised a issue. This is not addressed and the transaction is not yet reversed.

    Everyday i m complaining againd hdfc.
    1. Because of bhirva in shanti park mira rd i lost 60000 rs. She could have told i need a noc from other bank to stop ecs from sep 2018. But she sarcastically told bank is earning because of you. Why should we help you. Even after many complaints in this forum they are least concerned.
    2. Due to a heart problem i missed a payment. I paid 12000 when minimum was 9600. Inspite of that they put hold on 12000 which i needed for heart medicine. Everyday i call they will say it will be removed by eveninh. Today is 9th still not released. Nobody bothered to call after complaini g twice.
    I am openly writing in this forum because of this i missed 2 injections and i m now forced to suicide. Hdfc and its employees are doing this deliberately.

    They have not yet credited the fees charged over a year because of Bhirva. They are forcing me to take legal action as i am a heart patient and need the money. I am asking only my harderned money that they stole

      I have paid rs.500 to hdfc bank for fastag. Rs.200 as security deposit and
      300 as recharge amount. After payment i received a smssaying that fastag is issued. Another message stated that it will be delivered in 3 to 5 days and still not received.

      The customer care number provided by bank on its website is not working. I have received customer id and wallet id which helps me to login but still wont help to track my fastag. Please help me as it is very important.

        Hdfc loan division has been calling me continuously everyday (Weekdays + saturday) for the past 3 months even when i clear convey i do not need loan as of now. I am not an account holder with hdfc bank and i am not sure why i am getting 10 calls a week.

        We have checked at our end and note that the number [protected] does not belong to HDFC Bank. The registered telemarketers have been allocated 10 digit numbers of "140XXXXXXXX" number series for ease of identification. It is possible that the calls to you are in the nature of cold contacts by freelancers who acquire telecalling databases from other sources.

        In such situations, the cause for action lies exclusively with the affected parties who have the right to lodge a formal complaint with TRAI within 03 days of any violation similar to what you have experienced recently.

        As a corporate entity, our Bank is compliant with all directives, regulations and laws of the land and we have set in place substantial controls over telemarketing activities. However, it is beyond the scope of our control or authority to identify such freelance agents and bring charges on them. Only the affected parties have the right to take up the matter by lodging a complaint to their telecom service provider so that the matter can be taken up as per the provisions of law.

          I have submitted fastag application on 25th nov 2019. But till today, i haven't yet received any mail or call from hdfc representative for further status. As per message displayed on application form submission, "you will receive fastag within 7 days and our representative will contact you", but no update received.
          I tried customer care number 10-20 times a day. Most of the time it is busy or some music is playing.
          I am very disappointed by hdfc procedure of fastag. No proper updates/sms received.
          Also after complaining here multiple time on this forum, i received a message that you will get message in 3 -4 days or 7-10 days for dispatch details. But still no proper communication has been shared by hdfc officials.
          Let me know, when my fastag will get delivered.

            I applied for fast tag through hdfc on 25 oct 2019. I received the customer id and wallet id but i havn't received the tag till date. I tried to contact customer care on[protected] this number either comes busy or not serviceable. I want my refund. If this kind of service they are providing what i can expect if i need road assistance

              Dear sir/madam,
              I applied for fastag on dec 5th and i have submitted the fee of rs 500 and all the required document through online and i got a sms fastag application hfr903237 was successful you will receive a pdf registered email id and fastag in 7 working days but till date neither i received any mail nor any fastag from bank even my personal banker also helpless to solve my problem.
              Please help me regarding how to collect my fastag.

              There is helpline given in that site (Services and sales queries :[protected] but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.

              It will be great if you could update the status or there should be email_id for customer care.

                This is the response i received after applying fastag.

                "fastag application reference number hfr926612.
                The fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id.
                Our representative will get in touch with you soon."

                I did not receive any email or message after submitting and paying online. The number for queries [protected] is not working. Can you please let me know the status?

                Its been 8 working days and still not received my Fastag. I am waiting in long queues at toll plazas even though I paid for Fastag. What is taking more time for you to deliver Fastag? Government recently said it does not take more than 4 working days. Is it only HDFC taking more time? Because of your issues and delay customers are facing issues.

                  I had applied for a fastag through hdfc bank website on 14th nov. The wallet id for the same has been created. However, i am yet to receive the physical copy of fastag after more than 3 weeks.
                  The toll free number mentioned at the website isnt working. I am really not sure how long hdfc will take to get the fastag delivered. The deadline for implementation is also approaching and i will hold hdfc responsible for any penalty that gets imposed on me due to lack of fastag.

                    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr453630. All required documents were submitted and i apply for the tag on 22th nov 2019.

                    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. No tracking no provided by bank.

                    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                      I have uploaded all relevant documents and then got sms on 30 nov saying that my fastag has been issued and i will receive my fastag in 4 working days. But i haven't received yet.
                      There is absolutely no way to check the status of tag. Customer care number is either always busy or not being answered.

                          On nov 30.14.03 hrs i paid 16999rs through google pay to samsung.com.in for online purchase. Amount is debited from account but order canceled by payment transaction fail.                             Applied for fastag thru a link shared by hdfc bank on 8th dec 2019. No acknowledgement by mail that such payment has been received and that they will be processing the same. Only sms that "application hfr959232 was successful. You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days. For details call [protected]".

                            No any way to track the same and number is not reachable.

                                    I have applied for fastag on dec 5th, the application hfr903905 was successful. On completion i have received a sms saying i will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days, but i am yet to receive any communication.

                                    I am also unable to know the status of my application.

                                    The toll free number seems to be in permanent loop.

                                    I have a saving accounts with hdfc for last 11 years but this is the first time i am facing such inconvenience.

                                      Applied for hdfc fastag on 30november. I have not received the fastag yet. There is no way to track it. Sent multiple emails to their customer service and no response. Spent hours calling their customer care number and not even a single time the call got connected.

                                        Hi, sir my name is chinu varghese, i would like to complain against hdfc bank as my experiment. I explaining that, actually i have a credit of hdfc bank at the credit limit of 20000, still from last 2 year iam using the card, but last few months i can't pay my dues so it goes around 33000 as minus balance. And i discussed with the credit card team for final settlement. And finally the bank give me the settlement with 20000 as 6 emi. And i paid 3500 in first emi also. But the credit card team hold my salary account still from last 3month. The bank told me that after the first payment of 3500 the hold will release next 48 hrs, but still my account under hold after 7 days. My salary is still hold. So please help me to solve this issue.
