On 29th of november, 2019 i tried applying for a fastag by hdfc, using their online application portal. I filled the details and made the payment of rs.500 using my debit card of the same bank.
After payment was deducted from my account i received a server error on website. No confirmation email, no sms, nothing regarding the fastag application. I tried calling hdfc bank phone banker, and they confirmed that the payment is deducted and i should contact with fastag support.
Please see if you can share the confirmation on the successful submission of the application or please refund the amount.
The vehicle registration number for which i was applying the fastag is - hp03c 4522.

My Fastag has been approved, I received the wallet Id and have received a message for recharge. But I am not having any information regarding delivery and shipment. When will I receive the tag?
Plus I logged into the CCh account the information submitted there is incorrect. I don't know why, there is no address, no driving license no. But I remember I added these while subbmitting form.
Please help.
