I have made an application online for fastag on 24/nov/19, ref: hfr502372, but no further information from them so far, also their fastag customer service number [protected] is always busy. I was hoping for a quick reponse from them as the email said that their customer service representative will get in touch with me over the telephone in the next seven working days, but nothing has happened so far, also there is no email id for fastag application where i can send an email as the above phone number is a dead end.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

please do not mark the case as resolved as it is not. the problem still exists that i have not received the fastags

to be frank it took 20 days instead of 7-10 which is mentioned.

also your customer service number for fast tag never works
I have applied for fastag online through HDFC Bank vide application number 467293 on ੨੨ November ੨੦੧੯ and paid ₹ ੫੦੦/-, 300/- credited in fastag but fastag not rec'd till date. Pl also tell me about balance 200/- .

    Hdfc is cheating its customers. I applied for fastag on 28-11-19 and they deducted rupees 1000 and there is no clear communication. The customer care no they provided[protected] never worked, i tried calling 50 times in different times and different days. I did not find any customer service e-mail id on their website. I have even called their phone banking but there is clarity of my complaint status till date.
    I sincerely request consumers to stay away from using fastag service from hdfc bank or take prior precaution but just checking if the provided helpline number is working if they have any e-mail id which can be used if there is any payment related issue. I had a long-time association with hdfc and never expected this kind of horrible service from hdfc bank.
    Please help me in getting my refund back

      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The customer id is[protected]. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

      There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

      I have been with hdfc for 20 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
      The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

        fast tag is not working

        One of the worst service from hdfc fasttag. Fasttag received is faulty and not working i have 700 in the account. But fast tag did not work in any toll. Do not buy from hdfc. I need a refund and suspend the account. Fast tag number [protected]. Make sure i get refund immediately.

        From past 3 days i have been calling customer service it is engage. Not sure what sort of customer service is in place. I feel hdfc fast tag is...

        I've requested for the hdfc fasttag and the reference # is hfr848579. No email has been sent to my email address [protected]@gmail.com yet and it's been two days now. There's no option to track the reference. The customer care number mentioned in the reference doesn't work at all and one more number they kept on the portal i. E. 1033, never connect and is always busy. Seems like hdfc is fooling people by collecting rs. 500 from people and providing no updates.

          I have paid rs 500 online through hdfc fastag website with application reference no. Hfr848112 online on 2nd dec 2019 for obtaining the fastag for my santro car mh-04-cm-4156. Until not their is no e-mail communication from the bank and also customer care number [protected] is alway busy and no response / updates. Since 15th dec. 2019 is the due date set by govt. For fast tag and since i am travelling to tamil nadu using my car need the fastag immediately from hdfc bank

            I have been trying to transfer money but the hdfc server is down and does not let me log in. It says "the netbanking system is busy processing heavy load from customers who are logged in. Please try after sometime."
            This has been happening since 2nd dec 2019.
            Who will be responsible for the problems iam facing as i am not able to transfer money to my loan account.

                This is reference to my fastag application reference no. Hfr388960 for the application of fastag on date 19 november 2019. I have paid rs.500 for my fastag and communication has been received after that. Additionally, toll free numbers are not working. There is not even a link to track application or cancel application.

                Hdfc bank has just eaten up my rs.500 and now not responding in anyway. There is not even a complaint email id available.

                Kindly look into the matter mas soon as possible

                  I have applied hdfc fastag on 22-nov-2019. When i apply online within 7 working days you will get hdfc fastag.
                  On 26-nov-2019, got sms and email that ur customer and wallet id successfully issued. With in 3 working days you will get fastag card.
                  But still not get card and also information about courier details and whether card dispatch or not. When i will get the card.

                    I applied for fastag through hdfc website and everything went smooth till payment. As soon as payment was done, i was waiting for welcome notice but the website failed and showed error. But the amount of rs500/- was debited from by citibank account. Details below:

                    date of registration for fast tag: 27 nov 2019
                    time: 05.30pm
                    since i did not receive any confirmation i was trying to contact the toll free number [protected] and was able to talk to a person after a long try for 1 day. I was told that the information would be sent in 48 hrs. It was 5 days since registered but not heard anything so far from hdfc fastag team.
                    I need confirmation number and information on when i will receive fastag.

                      I registered Fastag on 22 Nov 2019 . I didn't receive update regarding the fastag. The no. Which mentioned for contact is also always busy. Couldn't get any way to get the status of Fastag .

                      It deducted Rs. 500, In that Rs. 200 for deposit, Rs. 200 for Wallet Balance, and Rs. 100 for Insurance Fee.

                      The Customer Care for HDFC[protected] couldn't reach for clarification.

                        Transaction of rs. 1420 is reversed by amazon on[protected] but amount is not credited in my bank account. Transaction was done through hdfc debit card.

                        I have attached a screenshot of the message that i got from hdfc bank after the transaction was reversed, but i checked my bank balance and found that amount hasn't been credited yet.

                          Hi, HDFC Bank Fastag Helpline never connects [protected], i have tried multiple times from Airtel, VOdafone Idea and JIO number...

                          My fastag is not being scanned automatically on toll plaza. I have been using fastag since 2018, now its faded so toll plaza NHAI helpline 1033 asking to replace it. Since my fastag has been issued by HDFC Bank, so reissue also to be done by them.. but HDFC Bank Sec 47D Chandigarh, Phase 7 Mohali, Industrial Area Phase 1 Chandigarh, not taking any request for reissue and asking to connect with Customer Care which is not answering. 24x7 HDFC Customer Care is coming busy busy.

                          Unable to replace my Fastag...

                              I have applied for fastag on 21st november and have been provided with wallet id but as per mail clearly stating successful delivery within 7 working days, as of now its more than stated working days. So, kindly provide with the necessary info in this regard asap because all the payments have been done and one cannot apply for another fastag on the same vehicle.

                                I had registered for fastag through hdfc bank. Completed the process on the portal and submitted the rc of the vehicle and my drivers license as document requested. I had paid 500 through hdfc bank debit card. Transaction completed but i didn’t receive any email or sms confirmation if the fastag is issued or not. Money is deducted but don’t know if fastag issued. Tried their toll free number ‭[protected]‬ but it’s always busy. Tried calling customer care of hdfc bank and register complain but they told to wait for 8 working day then can register the complain. I asked for any email address to register complaint and they gave me mail i’d but the mail failed to deliver and says “ sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address”. The email id provided to me was status.[protected]@sahaj.co.in which is not working. Please do the needful at the earliest to resolve my complaint.

                                  I have purchased fastag through HDFC . I am maintaining balance of 1500 as on date . I could not use it till date as it shows black listed in all the toll . tried raising complaint through customer care but always busy . No option to raise complaint through email .

                                    On[protected], I made application for HDFC fast tag online. The payment was made by HDFC credit card and I received sms saying rs 500 is spent on ETOLL1291683. Immediately the session was closed with a timeout error. I have not received any reference number also.
                                    I contacted HDFC customer service 3 times since then. Every time, I got the answer saying money is transferred and I will get sms from fast tag. I am not able to connect to fast tag help line - the number is always engaged.
                                    The bank does not seem to be interested in solving customer issues created by the bank.

                                      I spoke to HDFC rep and she gave a Fast-tag customer care number but that number is Always Busy !!.

                                      This is Horrible customer service.

                                      Request the Bank officer to kindly take action on this ASAP as we all know the Fast-tag has been made mandatory by our Govt.
