hdfc bank fastag entry adjustment issue

Hi,
I've been using fastag for over 2 months now which was provided to me by hdfc bank at the time of car purchase. There has been a deduction for manual entry for 265 rs without any reason from any account. The entry simply mentions that its for adjustments which is not understandable. I would like hdfc team to let us know the reason behind this or credit the amount back into my account. Can someone explain it why?...

I didn't receive mail with fastag application pdf

Hfr705136 - reference number, as per the hdfc bank team once we complete the payment process we get a mail with fastag application details. I have not received the same. Their toll free number also doesnot work, it is busy all the time. Can someone please help. Also from the complaints on this page i hope it is not a scam and we will get out fastag asap...

hdfc bank - fastag wallet id

I registered for hdfc bank - fastag with reference no : hfr605096.
When i try to login on fast tag website it asks for walletid that is compulsory field to generate the password.
I am not able to find any wallet id in the acknowledgement mail or any other welcome mail.

Can you please help me with my wallet id:

Because of this i am not able create fastag account...

fastag

I applied for hdfc fastag through online application reference no. HFR693555, and paid the required amount of rs. 500/- through my HDFC DEBIT Card on 28/11/19 but the amount has been deducted and i have no confirmation of application process and proceed. i am trying to contact through customer care number but it is always busy. there is no link on the website for application process too. this is not expected from a banking srvice like hdfc...

hdfc fastag - amount debited

It is unfortunate, i applied for hdfc fastag through online application reference no. Hfr673298, and paid the required amount of rs. 500/- through my hdfc credit card but there is not response from the bank whether thorugh sms or e mail, i am unaware of the progress of the fastag, i am try to contact through their customer no but it is always busy, i am very much unhappy with the service of hdfc fastag....

Initially the said at when i bought credit card which is card production policy it will be lost we will replace this is safty purpose of your card they said and they debited 1899 amount converted into three months emi and i have settled the amount in 2018 nov.. They again this year 2019 nov debited with out my permission 1899.. I am shocked.. I want refund that amount.....

hdfc fastag disputed transaction

Hi,

At Bangalore electronic city toll plaza on 23rd November morning around 5:40, I was asked to pay cash citing that fastag will work only in another lane. So, I paid cash (receipt is attached) and got a receipt. Later I saw that toll amount got deducted from my fastag account as well. So, I request you to kindly refund the amount.

I've been trying to reach the toll free number for the past 5 days in vain as...

Hi Team,

I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 28, 2019. As i have a savings account in hdfc since 2010, i thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.

I wanted fastag for my personal vehicle so total amount to pay was shown as rs.500

After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

When am submitting fastag application while last steps payment options came I had paid 500 through Debit card. Then it's showed session over. Already my payment deducted from bank. Kindly let me know. Also still I have not uploaded any documents like rc. Licence and all.

hdfc fastag - paid online did not even receive welcome email

Hello,

I applied for fastag online in HDFC 4 days before, the application number is HFR592139, have no updates yet, not even received mail. The confirmation page highlighted that the tag will be delivered in 7 days and will receive a confirmation mail. No mails received yet..This is frustrating.. no tracking option ..

Customer care number can never be accessed..always get the busy tone..

I was in the process of applying HDFC Bank Fastag. During the application process, I had provided all the required personal details, uploaded relevant vehicle registration documents, and made the payment of Rs.500 through my another bank debit card. Rs.500 was deducted from my bank account however, the application process didn't complete with any reference number or tracking details and the website displayed an error "Session timeout or error...

I applied for HDFC Fastag online on 15-Nov-2019 and i have submitted the all the required document through online. I received email (dt. 23-Nov-2019)stating that tag has been issued successfully and got the wallet ID and customer ID[protected] as well.

But still I have not received the Fastag sticker.

There is helpline given in that site but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.br...

I purchase maruti wagon r cng in august 2019 from karnal motor karnal haryana. At that time showroom gave hdfc bank fastag after taking charge. Now i want to update fastag by getting car no in it but it is not possible. I tried on customer care from last 10 days but it is busy.

hdfc fastag is not delivered - hfr410861

HDFC Fastag is not delivered to me even after 10 days (HFR410861). I have received an email with valet id and account id from hdfc, but I am yet to receive the fastag in my location.

While submitting the application, by paying Rs. 500, for the fastag, it was displayed that "Fastag will be delivered in the address in 7 days and the bank representative will call you shortly". But I have never received never of them.

17th nov, i am trying register the for fastag. After payment done [rs.500], the bank page show the message "session is time out or error in page, please try after some time". Amount also deducted. Till now there is no sms or any kind of message from hdfc bank. There is only one customer care number they have provided. But it is always busy. I have paid 500/- from my bank of india savings account for hdfc fastag sticker on 28th of november-2019. I have not received any email / acknowledgement / call. Either return money or send us the fastag sticker.

This is worst ever way to get...
