My credit card has been charged twice for the amount of inr 12288.69, i did received the declined msg for the 1st transaction, still i do not see a refund / credit in my account.
The amount deducted was on 10/18, i had sent the email on 10/23 to hdfc, i have not yet received any call back or email response as of today.
I did followed their return process and submitted the customer dispute form

I also went to the nearby branch and asked them to help, they said only the online ivr support system an help.
Kindly help in getting someone acknowledging my issue and assuring me in initiating my refund
