hdfc fastag not received

Hi Team,
I had applied for fast tag through hdfc portal https://getprepaidcard.hdfcbank.com/fastag/index.aspx?_ga=2.[protected].[protected].[protected]-[protected].[protected] by paying 500rs on 21st November. I got customer id and wallet id, but i haven't got any call from hdfc CSR or any mail regarding RFID fast tag dispatch. Customer care number[protected] is always busy. Not able to get reach them, not sure how to track this.

fastag not yet delivered

I have not yet received my fastag, i contacted last week to customer service and got to know that the fastag was returned. So i requested him to re-dispatch, please update me on the status and deliver asap.
After that i am trying to reach the customer service through[protected], but it's been 4-5 days i am not able to reach them, always getting line busy. This is really very pathetic, please improve your customer service this is...

I submitted a fastag application for one of my cars on hdfc bank website yesterday. Eventhough the process was very fast on their website and my payment of rs 500 well debited at the end i recieved a thank you message with my reference number hfr584738 and it also clearly mentioned
The fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id.
But i didnt recieve any email of the application so i waited till today but after...

I finished the procedure for getting fastag online on hdfc website. The amount of 500/- also deducted from my account but I didn't receive any confirmation neither on email nor on phone except an error page which was not responding at all. hdfc bank fastag application problem

I had applied thru for fastag thru hdfc bank portal. The application went thru smoothly till payment. After i made the payment i received an sms which shows that the amount has been debited to my credit card while the application portal was showing error.
When i called the hdfc bank local branch guys they said that i need to call fastag customer care which in turn was not picking up the call.
I need faster resolution of this...

I am complaining about hdfc fastag application

2 days ago i applied for hdfc fastag.in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not receive any mail.
Also kindly provide the status of the fastag application with reference number HFR590794.

Customer Care number provided "[protected]" is always found to be busy....

issuance of fastag

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of rs. 500 inr from my hdfc credit card. The reference number of the application is hfr583658. This is done on 26/11/2019

I have uploaded copy of the my car rc and since then there is no update from the bank. Bank told me about sending a document on my valid email and their representative will call me.....

fastag not received or not any update

I have applied hdfc fastag through online 19-9-19 and made payment of rs.500 (200 for security amount rs.100 rfid charges & 200 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr409873. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

Applied online for fastag on 15th nov 2019.
Just got an email on 23rd nov 2019 that - "your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]."
I logged in to portal and registered.
But the tag is not yet delivered. The system is very faulty. There is no proper customer service to contact.

Being an reputed corporate - hdfc is taking customers for ride here....

fastag payment done but no confirmation.

Hi,

I purchased an HDFC Bank fastag on 27/11/2019 from their website. I submitted the documents required and paid Rs 500 towards this. But just after payment an message displayed as timeout but my account was already debited with the same and in my bank statement it is showing as payment to HDFC Bank Ltd fastag mumbai. I tried to call them but their toll free number was continuously busy and there was not even an return SMS...

fastag not received and helpline number not working

Hi,

I have applied for a hdfc fastag from hdfc online portal and paid 500 rupees.
I received the email with a reference number hfr359591 and helpline number saying you will receive your fastag in 7 working days.

I applied on 11th november and today is 27th november and i have still not received the fastag.
I call the helpline number provided by bank and it is not functional from day 1.
