I have applied for fast tag on 28th nov 2019 and two times rs 500 has been deducted from my hdfc regelia credit card but i didn't receive tagid or any ack for that matter from fasttag team.
My credit card number is [protected]. I tried calling the customer care number for fast tag [protected] but inspite of calling 100 time it is busy or if it rings no one picks up the call.

    I have paid an amount of rs.500 for applying new fast tag. Amount got debited from my account but i didn't get any confirmation on applying new fast tag, it has shown error page. I have tried reaching customer center over the phone but i couldn't. Can you let me know what went wrong? And how to get the fast tag?. Expecting your reply as soon as possible. Even i have sent an email regarding but didnt get any reply. Some one please help me

      Dear team,

      I have given request to cancel ecs on 5th nov, and after 10 days i confirmed with branch that request has been processed and now ecs will not deduct from account.

      On 28th nov. Bank has run ecs debit and due to insufficient fund they have reversal process.

      Now they will charge ecs dishonour charges though this was not my mistake.

        Hi,
        I have submitted online application for hdfc fastag on 23rd november 2019. I have also paid rs 500. I got a confirmation e-mail with reference number hfr472574. Till now i haven't received my rf tag id or any update on this. Though it was mentioned that bank represetative will call in 7 days. The customer care number is not working and none of their regular bank customer care employees are aware this service. I called up prepaid card section customer care, they does not understand and could not help. It's big disappointment that hdfc bank is involved in this kind of scam.

          I have sent a mail to cancel my fast tag and refund the balance amount. The email id i sent to is helpdesk. [protected]@sahaj.co.in. But i have not got any confirmation. When i call you their customer care number ‭[protected]‬, it’s always busy / no one answers. This kind of service is unacceptable. My fast tag user id is [protected]. My mobile number is [protected]. I would like this tag to be cancelled and have this money refunded to me.

            I have submitted fastag application through hdfc bank website and completed the payment using net banking on 27th nov 2019. Unfortunately i haven't received any email or sms related to my application number or payment except for the bank transaction number.
            Unfortunately i have not noted down the application reference number whicha has become more difficult to track. It is a waste calling the toll free number as it is always busy. I am a hdfc salary account holder since last 8 years and did not expect such a bad service from bank.

              I applied for fastag on hdfc portal on 27th november using my hdfc credit card 500 rupees were deducted but i didn't receive any message from them yet. I contacted bank on phone banking for the same they give me toll free number[protected] and email address status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in but email address is wrong and toll free number doesn't work.
              I also send a mail to support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in with detail information but i didn't get any reply yet.
              So what should i do.

                I have applied for hdfc fastag on 27 nov 2019, my reference no. Is hfr647508, the amount was deducted but after that, i m not able to contact hdfc fastag as the given no. Is always busy. I uploaded the requured documents and application was sucessfully submitted with above hfr number.
                I didnt receive any mail as implied by message nor any sms. Dont know how to know the update, pathetic service which isnt expected from hdfc.

                  I applied for fastag on 29th nov 6pm and got application ref no. Hfr767147 but post doing the payment of 500 from my hdfc credit card screen showed error and no final confirmation was received. Also amt got charged on my credit card., i called hdfc customer care which gave me fastag helpline no. But that is not working and always gives prompt that no. Is busy dont know if only one person is taking complints. Kindly help

                    loan insurance refund issue

                    Hi team,

                    This is regarding the loan insurance amount that is pending for refund from hdfc life insurance team in tie up with pnb housing finance. This loan insurance has already been cancelled from hdfc life insurance but as they have not provided full refund only the surrender value it is still open on pnb side. They need to issue full refund of rs 2.5 lakhs instead they have issued refund of only rs 1.46 lakhs on the basis...

                    Today i applied for hdfc fastag in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500 whereas on-site rs. 300 was mentioned. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail (Kirthi. [protected]@ninjacart.com).

                      I had paid by debit card by third party for fastag online and after the payment of rs 500 the page showed error pageon 29/11/2019. No communication from the bank recieved. Yet. The bank has confirmed the deduction of rs 500. The payment was done at posetoll1291683 and the txn i'd is[protected]. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. The customer care number for fastag always busy.

                            I tried to purchase fastag today 29th nov 2019 from hdfc bank website. But when i went to final payment, the payment got deducted of rs. 500 from my hdfc bank credit card but final i got message for session timeout. Now hdfc fastag customer care numbers shows alway busy when i tried to get refund. I am already tried regularly for 4 hrs to contact them but was unable to contact..

                            I don't have any reference number for for fastag... I only have the trasection id

                            Need help for rectifying my issue.

                              Stay away from hdfc fastag. Today on 29 nov 2019, i have applied for fastag through fastag campaign on their bank portal. I made payment rs.500 through debit card. Till the payment transaction, portal was working fine. The moment after i entered otp, that's it. Amount deducted from the bank and portal returned error page. When i check with bank cc, they confirmed amount was debited. And i have been told that to call hdfc fastag customer care number[protected].
                              This never be reachable. And surprisingly no email to contact. My other car has icici fas tag since 2017, i never had this kind of issue with them. Their cc is much better than these *.

                                I have been using hdfc fast tag since feb and i used to login using mobile number and password. For the past 2 months i am not able to login.

                                Customer id is required to reset the password and i do not have customer id with me.

                                Could you please help me in resetting the password or provide customer id or wallet id to proceed further.

                                As we know dec 1 onward, fast tag is mandatory and i have been trying to get support from hdfc, but no response yet.

                                Please resolve this issue by today, otherwise i do not have any other option except switching to other dealers.

                                There is no response yet. I called customer thrice in the last 10 days, and they had taken this complaint and no communication or no actions yet.

                                I have never imagined this much poor support from HDFC bank even though huge competitors found for fast tag.

                                Please update me ASAP.

                                  I applied for fastag as per telephonic guidance by hdfc bank representative on 27th nov 2019.
                                  After credit card payment of rs 500/- the transaction shows me an error message as “session timeout or error on the page. Please try again after sometime.”
                                  I tried several times (At least 20-30 times) to reach fastag customer care but failed, either the phone says busy or out of reach.

                                  How to get the status of that transaction?
