Have applied for fastag from hdfc bank on 14th nov, 2019 and i have paid rs 500 successfully. I have received email confirmation from hdfc bank for fastag accounts details as well.
But there is no information about the physical device delivery to my address.
No sms, no email, no awb number. No expected date.
I have tried calling their customer care number[protected] more than 100 times but their number is 24 x 7 is busy.
My application reference number is hfr371643.
Not sure whom to contact regarding this.
Could you please look into this?
