Have applied for fastag from hdfc bank on 14th nov, 2019 and i have paid rs 500 successfully. I have received email confirmation from hdfc bank for fastag accounts details as well.

But there is no information about the physical device delivery to my address.
No sms, no email, no awb number. No expected date.

I have tried calling their customer care number[protected] more than 100 times but their number is 24 x 7 is busy.

My application reference number is hfr371643.

Not sure whom to contact regarding this.

Could you please look into this?

    I have applied for fastag through hdfc bank. Even though i have received a confirmation mail from the bank i have not received physical tag. I tried calling on customer care no given for fastag but did not get any response. I need to travel on 1st of dec and will need fastag. The errors seems to be from hdfc bank side only as one of my freind ordered fastag from axis bank and has duly received it.
    I need to know if i will have to pay heavy charges at toll even after making payment to hdfc bank for fastag then who will be responsible.
    I am considering to close all my accounts with hdfc bank if i do not get any proper response on my query.

      Respected mam/sir i have applied for fastag from hdfc online portal i filled up all detail but after payment done page just disappeared 500 rs is deducted from my account on 29/11/2019 at 11:41am and i only get message that you have used debit card on etoll-1291683, i want to know i have registered for fastag successfully or not on hdfc helpline number they are not answering properly they are just telling me that we don't know and i have already mailed on fastag.         Reference number - hfr647052, i had submitted an application for hdfc fastag on 27-nov-2019 with a payment of rs.500/-, as per hdfc bank once we complete the payment process we should get a mail with fastag application details. I have not received the same. Also their toll free number doesn't work, it is busy all the time or no one attends. Can someone please help.

          Yesterday i have registered fastag from my account. But due to technical issues the first time payment failed and i did receive any msg and mail notification. Then i started registering new one and it got successful and received mail notification

          But today morning when i’m checking mails got one more mail which for failed transactions

          So now i have two requests for my same car...

          In that one i made via credit card and one is from my debit card

              It’s been nearly a week since i ordered hdfc fastag (Application reference number: hfr496406). All the payments have already been done i also got a confirmation saying my fastag has been approved, but i haven’t received my fastag yet and i haven’t heard back from the bank on the status of my application and their toll free number is always busy.
              So please help me resolve this issue by updating me on the status of the application.

                Applied for fastag and paid the amount and then the screen showed error, but amount was deducted from my credit card but, i received no email or any response from the fastag team regarding the confirmation. Tried calling customer support but the number they provided is not working.


                I applied on 28/11/2019.

                So either do a refund or deliver the fastag and other details required.

                        I have applied for the fastag in hdfc online. I have filled in all the details and submitted the docs. Finally after the payment of 500 made, i received an error and my money got deducted. I made the payment through hdfc debit card. Please check and let me know how do i claim my fastag now. I tried calling to the fastag customer toll free number and it was continuously busy for hours.

                          I got my fastag from hdfc when i brought my car. But now i have to recharge my account but i didn't have customer id & wallet id. So couldn't able recharge my fastag.                             In hdfc fast tag website i logs in my account, i found my email address and driving license number which you entered is wrong in road users profile.

                            You people have entered my hdfc bank account customer id instead of driving license number and also the email address is given wrong. All my transactions details will be going to unknown person through email. This is a pathetic situation i have faced from hdfc.

                            It's a clearly a clerical mistake from your end.

                            I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications since last one week but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy.

                              I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount n 100 as insurance & 200 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr647397. I have uploaded final document and rc n bank detail as i am there customer. But i had not got nor any sms or any mail. How can i track my fast tag, when call customer care they not even pick any call
                              Here is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                              I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                              The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                    On 24th nov. I have received sms from hdfc bank with details of fastag like customer id and wallet id. Post that there is no any courier tracking of physical fastag sticker provided. Their customer care number is always busy. There is no any way i can track when i will get my physical fastag sticker inspire of paying all the charges and submitting all the documents

                                      I have applied for the hdfc fastag from hdfc fastag portal on 17th nov-2019.
                                      I have paid online thru hdfc card but i didn't receive fastag even after waiting for more than 10 days. Hdfc promised delivery within 7 days.
                                      Tried calling on their customer care [protected] many times but didn't get response.
                                      Hdfc have sent message and email confirming that my fasttag is loaded with rs 200 and i would get the fatag within 3-4 days.
                                      But fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also still not reachable.
