After doing payment on 27th nov'19, no updates till dates from anyone neither fast tag nor hdfc related to the application acceptance or rejection either.
As i have trusted hdfc and made my parent through their gateway i would like to write this complain against hdfc bank and their fast tag distribution process.
Kindly look into the matter, at least provide us with application tracker feature, so that we don't have to ask all the time. It is very irresponsible and raises question on the process.

      I have applied for fastag through hdfc website. I have made the payment and uploaded the required documents but i did not get any confirmation text message or mail. All i have is the application number. Even the customer care number is not reachable every time. I am unable to track down the status of my application and dont know how long will it take to get a fastag. Kindly help to resolve my problem

        I had made payment two times from my hdfc credit card. Payment is deducted from my card, but time out message received from fastag. I had made payment of rs 500/- two times see sms screenshot

          I was applying for hdfc fastag on 28, Nov, 2019. After verifications of form I was doing payment for Fastag Application No. HFR661530 using credit card. after payment, a error appeared that "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime".

          I am not sure, my request was successful or not.

          I am trying to call on customer care number since morning But this is always busy.

          There is no way to track the application & no any email ID mentioned for customer support . Can anyone from HDFC help & resolve the issue?

          Mail already sent yesterday on above given mail ID, response not received yet and customer care help line number always busy 24x7 as I am continuously trying to contact customer care from last couple of days. Pls give valid contact no. & Email ID of the person who is responsible to resolve the issue or refund the deducted amount (500/-)

            After purchasing hdfc fastag, i have not received any welcome mail. I have not got fastag customer id & wallet id id.
            I need this at the earliest & i am unable to login my account.

            I tried to contact the toll free number provided all over websites, but every time it comes busy.

            Absolutely unhappy with this, please get it rectified so that i can login and use the fastag

              I applied for a fastag online via getprepaidcard.hdfcbank.com. After I was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on-page. Please try again after some time"

              However, the amount of rs.500 was deducted from my account.

              I called on the HDFC fastag helpline number but it is always busy or not reachable.

              There is no way to track the application nor do I have an acknowledgment receipt.

              Kindly assist here.

              Hi Team,

              18 days over since 29th Nov 2019, the first time I raised a complaint and i haven't heard back anything on it.

              I spoke to 8 HDFC customer case executives(including escalation dept from the bank), but my efforts went in vain.

              Initially, I was informed to wait for 7 working days and post calling on the 8th day, they told to wait for 2 days more. Calling on the 3rd day also did not help me as they asked to wait a few more days. Being calm, I followed up with them after a FEW days, and now they say to wait for another 4 days.

              @ HDFCbank - What on earth are you guys investigating so much?

                  I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 27, 2019. As I have a savings account in hdfc since 2008, I thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.

                  I wanted fastag for one of my personal vehicles so total amount to pay was shown as rs.500

                  After I was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

                  However, amount of rs 500 was deducted from my savings account. I am not sure if my request was successfully put.

                  I called on the hdfc fastag helpline number[protected]. But this is always busy or not reachable.

                  There is no way to track the application. Neither the normal hdfc helpline people know anything about it. They asked me to wait for 24 hours.

                  I was not expecting this atleast from hdfc bank. This is very bad experience and I feel cheated.

                  Could somebody from hdfc please look into this matter and help?

                    I've been using fastag for over 2 months now which was provided to me by hdfc bank at the time of car purchase. There has been a deduction for manual entry for 265 rs without any reason from any account. The entry simply mentions that its for adjustments which is not understandable. I would like hdfc team to let us know the reason behind this or credit the amount back into my account. Can someone explain it why?

                      Hfr705136 - reference number, as per the hdfc bank team once we complete the payment process we get a mail with fastag application details. I have not received the same.                               Initially the said at when i bought credit card which is card production policy it will be lost we will replace this is safty purpose of your card they said and they debited 1899 amount converted into three months emi and i have settled the amount in 2018 nov..                                   At Bangalore electronic city toll plaza on 23rd November morning around 5:40, I was asked to pay cash citing that fastag will work only in another lane. So, I paid cash (receipt is attached) and got a receipt. Later I saw that toll amount got deducted from my fastag account as well. So, I request you to kindly refund the amount.

                                  I've been trying to reach the toll free number for the past 5 days in vain as it is always busy.

                                  I was given couple of email ids by emergency assistance. But, both of them are not working.

                                  Also, I raised a service request on fastag site but didn't get any acknowledgement/response.

                                  Kindly help get my money refunded.
