I have applied for fastag application online via hdfc banking portal
My application reference number: hfr728644

After making the successful payment the screen got blank and did not get any confirmation via sms or email

Amount of 500 rs has been deducted from my account.

I am unable to connect to hdfc fastag helpline number from morning.

Please let me know the status of my application or if its not successful then please refund the amount deducted

    Am an existing hdfc bank customer and applied for two hdfc bank fastags (Trackid:hr[protected]) and after payment of rs.1000 was processed on my credit card the webpage throws up a session-timeout error.

    Calling the hdfc bank fastag customer care number has been futile as either it is always busy or no one answers the call.

    What's the point of having something half-baked online. No way to track the application or reach customer care to enquire about this

    I thought applying online would be hassle-free and fast... But looks like doing it the old-fashioned way is more hassle-free than online with hdfc bank.

    Can hdfc bank please give me an update on this asap?

      I have applied for fasttag application online and the application number is hfr21685.
      After making the payment the screen got blank and there is none who can upfdate on hdfc call center. They ask us to contact on [protected], which busy since morning.

      Need urget resolution, there is no space to check application status,,, subscribers are helpless.

      A fake mail received from this mail ID, after providing mobile number, they call up from [protected] and ask the details of transaction, then they ask card or bank details and then OTP, to do a fraud transaction them sleves by saying that they will refund the amount. beware.

        I bought One Plus 7T on[protected], using my HDFC Bank Credit Card with the option of No Cost EMI.
        The actual price of the product was INR 39999.0 and i made payment using credit card with No Cost EMI option. During payment i checked the bill breakdown as : INR 38998.36 (price of product) + INR 1000.64 (discount offered by merhcant ---- Excluding 18% GST)
        And it was mentioned there that INR 1000.64 will be charged as Interest rate for No Cost EMI later.

        So, i made a payment of INR 38998.36, later a loan was sanctioned on my card for a duration of 3 months.
        The sum of principle amount for 3 months was equal to : INR 38998.36
        But the sum of interest rate for 3 months was equal to : INR 1115.5 (Excluding 18 % GST)

        Thus the total sum now equals to : - INR 40113.86 (Excluding GST).

        Now the difference in both sum:: total amount in loan table of Credit Card -Amount for No Cost EMI on oneplus.in
        = INR 40113.86 - INR 39999.0
        = INR 114.86 (Excluding GST)

        The query here is:- Why i am being charged more interest rate than the amount shown me on OnePlus website?
        This is fraud.

        Either you should have informed me earlier. This is not the official way.

        We would like to clarify that, No Cost EMI offer which has been provided by the merchant and not the Bank. We would like to clarify that, for all No Cost EMI transactions, there is a discount given by merchant at the time of transaction equivalent to the Interest charged by the bank. We confirm that the same has been communicated you at the time of transaction and we request you to contact Merchant for further clarification in this regard.

        The discount provided by the merchant was INR 1000.64 but the interest rate charged is INR 1115.5 (Excluding GST).

          The customer service is not able to give any info on this. I want to know why rs.235.90 kept on hold by hdfc bank?
          First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr649228 i have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

            I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

              Hi,

              Today, 27 nov 2019, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction the detail is showing there as "3rd party cash txn inc gst". I am not aware about this deduction? Why the account has been deducted on such an amount without informing to the customer? It is really unsafe to keep funds in account.

              We have checked our records and confirm that the charge of Rs. 177 levied to your account pertains to third party cash transactions.

              HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network. However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank.

              Third-Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

                I have paid in cash my emi on 26th oct, again on 28th they debited emi amount from my account. As i called on customer service, they said that debited amount they have adjusted in my bouncing charges, but most of the time when amount was available they didn't debit from the account, and send person to collect cash after bouncing the cheque. And applying unnecessary charges.

                  Today[protected] around 12pm i have tried to issue a fast tag (Hdfc) through on line. After completion of all the steps payment of rs. 500/- is also made by me through hdfc credit card. The amount has been also debited but no confirmation made on purchase of fast tag till now. After the payment a message is displayed on the monitor that is "session timeout or error on the page. Please try again after sometime." i tried to contact customer care but the number remain always busy. Please issue the fast tag in favor of me or else the amount may be reimbursed.

                    I registered myself for fast tag today dt 29th nov 2019, using hdfc credit card (Using hdfc website). It is for my personal vehicle. The amount of rs500 got deducted but the next screen accured as 'error'.
                    I am unable to trace the form now.
                    Called hdfc fasttag cust care but it is busy all the time.

                      Hi,
                      I am a hdfc bank customer, and i have applied for fastag online via website.
                      Payment has been deducted and after such payment deduction the session got timed out and there was no confirmation email or sms nothing.

                      Transaction id is[protected]

                      I have tried calling their toll free helpline number, but the number is busy from past 4 days.
                      I also visited the bank branch and the branch people have advised us to wait saying that this is the issue with all the customers and we can't confirm anything.
                      They have requested to wait for 10 days.

                      Please provide an appropriate solution for this problem as fastags are compulsory from 1st dec and we might be penalised for non usage.

                            I have noted that my permanent & communication address mentioned in my customer details of fastag id:[protected]
                            Is wrong which may please be correct according to my aadhar card. I have sent multiple mail (On 5/11/19, 11/11/19 and 19/11/19) to correct it it but still not resolved. Please acknowledge my mail and do needful on priority.
                            I have sent mail on fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com email id.
                            I have tried to send on fastag[protected]@insolutionglobal.com but could not able to do from yahoo mail. And talked to multiple time on customer care they told me to send mail again and again.

                              My application reference no. Is hfr329397 dated 6th november 2019. My customer id is activated on 15 november 2019 is[protected] but i had not received fastag.
                              The fastag is used in toll plaza today at 14.45 p. M. An amount of rs 105 is deducted from my walled. As i had note received any fastag till date. Kindly take this matter seriously as my fastag is misused. Also refund my amount deducted.

                                Before 2-3 days i proceed for hdfc fastag, all the process was done perfectly and load the documents which require, then i done the payment, after amout deduct from my credit card account, process was hung, no any other information i got from your bank

                                So let me know process was finished or not, if done then cancel my application because i done it from other bank,

                                  My client id is 71241876. I had removed policy of rs 100000 (Yearly payment) in the year 2014 for a term of 10years. The said policy was withdrawn by me only after the date of expiry lock in period i. E 20/09/2019. But in return we got only rs 59000/- extra. Whereas the policy was promised to give us rs 900000/- in return. Hdfc life had promised for returns nearly upto 9/1000000/- but however when after completion of lock in period was over we did not get the expected return amount from our policy.

                                      Dear sir/ma'am

                                      In july 2019 (22nd july 2019, 24th july 2019), i filed a online written complaint for not getting replacement of debit card on their website. My debit card was valid upto 04/18.
                                      25th july 2019, i filed complaint on hdfc mail ids. On july 26th 2019, i had received call from branch manager-hdfc bank. I am very surprised when he told me that hdfc bank has already issued me two debit cards and also replacement of my expired card has been shown in system.. Fact is that only one card has been issued by hdfc bank to me. He told me that replacement has also been given. He said it had been dispatched but he doesn’t know why it has not been delivered. I asked him about dispatch and receipt detail but he has no reply.
                                      Secondly branch manager accepted that it’s their responsibility to inform customer in advance about expiry of card and as per system.
                                      On july 30, 2019 i received one more mail from branch manager in which he regretted and mentioned that branch has started internal investigation behind non issuance / delivery of debit card before expiry date and ensured to respond within 7 days but no reply.

                                      After reminder, on 1st august 2019 he sent me reply that as per their records renewal card has got delivered in the month of mar'18 through courier and my father has received the same and expiry of new card is year 2023. Just he read my father’s name from my address mentioned in my account and made story like this.

                                      Anyhow i asked him to send me the scanned copy of receipt, he has nothing to share but i have not received any response.
                                      After reminders, i have received call from branch manager on 23rd august 2019. Same day he again called me around 2.30 pm and asked me that senior executive from md office (Corporate) is there and she also wants to be part of telecon. She listened and asked me about whole complaint. She asked me to send her screenshot proof for expired debit card as being shown as active in account.
                                      Main issues are:
                                      • in their feedback, hdfc bank always claims to respond within two days but they didnt give even a single response for online complaints (Their website).

                                      • some months back i went to other city and use my debit card but unable to use it. I had to borrow money from my family friend. If in other state, i had no option to get money, then who was responsible for the consequences which i had to bear (Specially being woman customer) due to bank irresponsible approach and system failure

                                      • my debit card was valid upto 04/18. If it is expired how it is active till date.

                                      • as per hdfc bank, two debit cards had been issued in my name. Where is second card? If really hdfc bank has issued second card and if some other person is misusing second card then who is responsible?

                                      • if system is there for automatic replacement of debit card before expiry of three months, then why system got failed.

                                      • bank charge heavy amount for services and least concerned about customer who are paying to bank.

                                      • if during telecon on 26th july 2019, branch manager-hdfc bank had no detail of dispatch then how all of a sudden, he was so sure about dispatch detail on 1st august 2019 (Mail)

                                      • if bank claims that they had issued replacement of card then why don’t they share dispatch detail? Only fake evidences and information.

                                      • mails communicated to md and other but all hv taken matter lightly.

                                      Due to such banks only customers cry later on like customers of pmc bank/yes bank/pnb bank and so many such banks.

                                      I request you to look into this matter and because of irresponsible /unprofessional and unethical behavior /lack of system transparency/fake and manipulated statements/deficient service to resolve issues, it is most respectfully prayed that honorable authorities direct the bank to pay damages for not providing replacement of debit cum atm card till date and mental harassment /agony and cheating the customer as per consumer protection act 1986 amendment 2019.

                                      If just for formality sake, Indian consumer forum complaints forum want to submit the complaints then its fine and customer can understand why big big frauds happens in India,

As per the logs, the shipment was accepted by your father.

                                        Wallet is created, money is added by hdfc bank.
                                        I have not yet received fastag rfid.
                                        There are none notifications regarding the hdfc fastag rfid is being dispatched or not.
                                        There is no support email address provided to contact customer care.
                                        Customer support [protected] is busy constantly (Trying since 4 days).
