I have tried to get fasttag from hdfc fasttag portal and provided all required details including documents. But at the end, portal shows some error while processing the request and amount get debited from hdfc saving bank account. Banking transaction/reference #[protected]Amt. 500/-).

I tried to call pathetic help line[protected] and always prompt busy. Can someone take responsibility and credit my amount into bank account....

I lost my wallet id and customer id and i need them to recharge my fastag card. I have been calling hdfc fastag customer center from around 10 days now, their call is always is busy, after trying so much, today i was able to talk to your executive and she provided me with wrong wallet id because it is showing 'not valid' while first-time registration.

The amount 500 deducted from a/c, but still have not received any fastag application detail either in email nor in sms as it was comitted during application.

I tried applying for the fastag via the hdfc online portal today at 11 am. After entering the application and payment being made the page froze and said session time out. The amount was cut from my account. This happened two days before also ans i received the amount back. So i tried again to apply and same case has repeated. If you cannot manage the online service why do you offer! Pathetic....

Please stop the service provided on fastag to customer, you dont have a proper support function & call center, really dont understand how a call center toll free number be busy for 7 continuous days.
