At Bangalore electronic city toll plaza on 23rd November morning around 5:40, I was asked to pay cash citing that fastag will work only in another lane. So, I paid cash (receipt is attached) and got a receipt. Later I saw that toll amount got deducted from my fastag account as well. So, I request you to kindly refund the amount.
I've been trying to reach the toll free number for the past 5 days in vain as it is always busy.
I was given couple of email ids by emergency assistance. But, both of them are not working.
Also, I raised a service request on fastag site but didn't get any acknowledgement/response.
Kindly help get my money refunded.
