Hi,

I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 27, 2019. As I have a savings account in hdfc since 2008, I thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.

I wanted fastag for one of my personal vehicles so total amount to pay was shown as rs.500

After I was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

However, amount of rs 500 was deducted from my savings account. I am not sure if my request was successfully put.

I called on the hdfc fastag helpline number[protected]. But this is always busy or not reachable.

There is no way to track the application. Neither the normal hdfc helpline people know anything about it. They asked me to wait for 24 hours.

I was not expecting this atleast from hdfc bank. This is very bad experience and I feel cheated.

Could somebody from hdfc please look into this matter and help?

    closure of demat account

    I am having saving account with hdfc bank sector 41 noida. My account no. Is [protected] & customer id is 30751107.

    I want to close the saving a/c but bank says that demat account is linked with saving a/c. I have submitted demat closure application on 23/10/2019 but it is not closed yet.

    Kindly help to solve the matter at the earliest as i am senior citizen & in need for money

    Hi,
    I've been using fastag for over 2 months now which was provided to me by hdfc bank at the time of car purchase. There has been a deduction for manual entry for 265 rs without any reason from any account. The entry simply mentions that its for adjustments which is not understandable. I would like hdfc team to let us know the reason behind this or credit the amount back into my account. Can someone explain it why?

      Hfr705136 - reference number, as per the hdfc bank team once we complete the payment process we get a mail with fastag application details. I have not received the same. Their toll free number also doesnot work, it is busy all the time. Can someone please help. Also from the complaints on this page i hope it is not a scam and we will get out fastag asap

        I registered for hdfc bank - fastag with reference no : hfr605096.
        When i try to login on fast tag website it asks for walletid that is compulsory field to generate the password.
        I am not able to find any wallet id in the acknowledgement mail or any other welcome mail.

        Can you please help me with my wallet id:

        Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

          I applied for hdfc fastag through online application reference no. HFR693555, and paid the required amount of rs. 500/- through my HDFC DEBIT Card on 28/11/19 but the amount has been deducted and i have no confirmation of application process and proceed. i am trying to contact through customer care number but it is always busy. there is no link on the website for application process too. this is not expected from a banking srvice like hdfc

            It is unfortunate, i applied for hdfc fastag through online application reference no. Hfr673298, and paid the required amount of rs. 500/- through my hdfc credit card but there is not response from the bank whether thorugh sms or e mail, i am unaware of the progress of the fastag, i am try to contact through their customer no but it is always busy, i am very much unhappy with the service of hdfc fastag.

              Initially the said at when i bought credit card which is card production policy it will be lost we will replace this is safty purpose of your card they said and they debited 1899 amount converted into three months emi and i have settled the amount in 2018 nov.. They again this year 2019 nov debited with out my permission 1899.. I am shocked.. I want refund that amount..

                I applied for fastag from hdfc bank fastag on today i. E. 28/11/2019. All goes smooth until payment. As soon as payment deducted from my account i received a error message. I did not receive any message or email from hdfc, however, i have a text message for deduction of rs. 500. Fastag is mandatory from first december, 2019.                   Hi,

                  At Bangalore electronic city toll plaza on 23rd November morning around 5:40, I was asked to pay cash citing that fastag will work only in another lane. So, I paid cash (receipt is attached) and got a receipt. Later I saw that toll amount got deducted from my fastag account as well. So, I request you to kindly refund the amount.

                  I've been trying to reach the toll free number for the past 5 days in vain as it is always busy.

                  I was given couple of email ids by emergency assistance. But, both of them are not working.

                  Also, I raised a service request on fastag site but didn't get any acknowledgement/response.

                  Kindly help get my money refunded.

                        Hello,

                        I applied for fastag online in HDFC 4 days before, the application number is HFR592139, have no updates yet, not even received mail. The confirmation page highlighted that the tag will be delivered in 7 days and will receive a confirmation mail. No mails received yet..This is frustrating.. no tracking option ..

                        Customer care number can never be accessed..always get the busy tone..

                        Do updated on priority.. Real shame on HDFC in this process, being a customer for so long did not expect this.

                          I was in the process of applying HDFC Bank Fastag. During the application process, I had provided all the required personal details, uploaded relevant vehicle registration documents, and made the payment of Rs.500 through my another bank debit card. Rs.500 was deducted from my bank account however, the application process didn't complete with any reference number or tracking details and the website displayed an error "Session timeout or error on the page. Please try again after sometime." I called up HDFC Bank customer care for assistance, but they have advised to contact HDFC Fastag customer care, which is always busy and not getting connected in all different times in a day from the date of this incident. I do not have any clue on the status of my application nor about the payment made during the process. I do not think HDFC Bank has also not taken any steps to verify and return the payment received under these circumstances.

                            I applied for HDFC Fastag online on 15-Nov-2019 and i have submitted the all the required document through online. I received email (dt. 23-Nov-2019)stating that tag has been issued successfully and got the wallet ID and customer ID[protected] as well.

                            But still I have not received the Fastag sticker.

                            There is helpline given in that site but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.
                            I have sent email to support.[protected]@sahaj.co.in but no reply yet.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Anandeshwar Prasad was applying for Fastag card on the HDFC website Yesterday i.e. 27/11/2019. After completion of the form, I reached on the Payment page. When I have paid Rs.500/- by my credit card, my monitor has shown the following message and I received the SMS for deduction of Rs. 500/ from my card :
                              "Session time out or error on the page. Please try again after some time."

                              My car Registration No. is UP 78 AZ 7080. I have submitted Passport as my ID.
                              I have tried to contact your customer care number [protected] for at least 100 times but every time I found a busy message.
                              You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful so that I may be issued Fastag.

We take this opportunity to inform you that the transactions are processed to the card account as and when the same is received from the merchant / member bank. Accordingly, we had received an authorisation request for the above-mentioned transaction on 18/02/2019, however, the said transaction is not billed to the credit card account. In absence of any transaction being processed to card account for 07 days by the Merchant/member bank, the authorization blocking the credit limit will be cancelled automatically.                                       HDFC Fastag is not delivered to me even after 10 days (HFR410861). I have received an email with valet id and account id from hdfc, but I am yet to receive the fastag in my location.

                                      While submitting the application, by paying Rs. 500, for the fastag, it was displayed that "Fastag will be delivered in the address in 7 days and the bank representative will call you shortly". But I have never received never of them.

                                      The call centre helpline number "[protected]" is always kept in busy status so that nobody can call the helpline and there isn't any email to contact the bank.

                                      Finally fasttag was delivered to me around 20 days after submitting the request. I had tried the helpline number many times later to find that it was just a dummy number which nobody will respond at any time. I have also understood that the 7 days free delivery is just a fake promise by HDFC.
