A charge of 7150 approx. Has been levied on my corporate credit card. This happened as the amount was not sufficient in the current account through which its auto paid. Well, this issue happened because of the logic the hdfc net banking uses. When i try to pay the credit card bill (Personal, in this case sbi credit card) though the sbi credit card portal it goes to banking site and i enter the credentials and then it goes to the payment where the account from which amount is to be deducted will be displayed. From sep 2016, i guess i have made at least 100+ payments and all the time my sb account displayed and deducted from it. So, its a practice now for which i even don't see which account its taking. But in the recent past, when i made a payment to my sbi credit card it has fetched from the current account (Had higher balance than sb ac) which went unnoticed as its a practice from last 3 years. When i tried to study it i understood that it fetches that account which has more balance and this is how the auto pay for my corporate credit card didn't work and payment didn't happened and hence 7150rs of financial charges are levied on me. I even requested hdfc to take of this charge as its not a intentional or because of no money, its because of the logic/algorithm hdfc net banking uses. I have always maintained good rapport with the financial institutes and one can check my cibil score. I am using hdfc personal credit card since 2012 and the payments are prompt. So hereby i request to help me in getting back the said amount.

You will appreciate that the bank charges levied is legitimate and in accordance with the Schedule of Charges shared along with the Most Important Terms & Conditions as well as on the reverse of the credit card statement.
