    The bank has charged me rs 885 for depository charges on demat account which isn't used by me ever. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side. Reference number as provided by the bank

    I am against to see this has happened inspite of me not using the demat services and when the account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

      I am a customer of HDFC bank which made me apply for Fastag with HDFC. I did not receive any SMS or E-mail but the bank has deducted Rs. 500 for the Fastag. Luckily, I noted down the application number for Fastag. One day, I made a call to[protected] explaining the problem and the representative assured me that my issue has been taken up as a priority. After this, I have not received any further information on the Fastag. I tried calling their service number[protected] multiple times, but no one has responded to it.
      I see that on news that FASTag is made mandatory for all vehicles from Dec 1. Now, I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED and feel cheated by the Fastag service that HDFC bank has provided. The HDFC bank should either issue me a Fastag at the earlier possible date or consider refunding me 😡

      I have not received any call or email from HDFC trying to resolve this issue. It appears that this complaint didn't come to their notice at all.

        I have applied for hdfc fast tag online and paid 500 rs (200 as deposit, 200 as security and 100 rs fees). Since then there is no update. I juat gor an email saying my fast tag processed succesfully but nothing after that... I tried reaching out to support number of times but no response or always busy. Reference number is [protected]

          After successful payment of 500 rs i got a reference number HFR 476070, apart from it i didn't get any confirmation or status update on my registered mobile or email id. Customer care number is always busy.Its being three days since i made the payment but i didn't receive any kind of status update.I would like to know the current status of my reference number.

            I have a jumbo loan of 45000rs on my credit card. This would be my first payment to the emi. I paid the due complete due amount emi bedore the due date. When the due date passed out, what i see is i have been charged 450rs as payment return fee on the statement. After enquiring on google i found out that if we have auto debit we r not suppose to pay it ourself or else they reverse the payment and charge this fees. This is such pathetic a pathetic system . Now its a waste of my time to contact cuatomer care and wait for the issue to be resolved.

I got an email on[protected] that it has been issued however I do not have any information or tracking if it has been shipped. Calling customer care is useless - it is busy or no response always and this is really frustrating, being in the dark.

                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is HFR067269. It is supposed to reach me in 7 days but its been more than AN YEAR since then there is no update.

                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy always.

                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                      I purchased one TV and refrigerator from amazon using debit card emi option from hdfc .The actual billing shown in while purchasing was 1499.83 and 1782.00 for 6 months but i got a message from hdfc today with due amount of 3014.94 and 3547.96 which i have no idea how they calculated.i tried calling their debit card emi customer care number which is not connecting at all.

                        I applied for fastag and i have submitted the all the required document through online and i got a sms stating that account created successfully but i didn't get any information regarding how to collect my fastag.
                        Sms received for the same is etoll1291683

                        There is helpline given in that site (Services and sales) but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.

                        It will be great if you could update the status or there should be email_id for customer care.

But did not got confirmation message or any application message yet. We are provided with tracking code.. But how to use that tracking code and where to use it is not availble on the website...                                 I purchased a hdfc fastag more than a week ago and i received a mail stating that the fastag is been issued and 200 rs have been credited but till date i haven't received any fastag. Also i tried contacting mailing hdfc but the number doesn't work at all. I have never expected poor service from hdfc.
                                Kindly help me out and issue a fastag or refund my 500 rupees

                                  I applied for hdfc fastag on 17-nov, and received the fastag and welcome letter with cust id, wallet id etc on 25-nov. When trying to register at the given portal, i am getting "no record" error.

                                  I tried entering all details (Cust-id + wallet-id, rfid-no + wallet-id), but none of them worked.

                                  The hfr no is hfr390767.

                                  I tried calling the toll free number many times and it is never reachable.

                                  Request to please resolve this issue.

                                    I purchased a samsung galaxy s10+ phone 8 months back and opted for consumer durable loan since there was an offer that 6000 would be credited as cashback. I have paid 8 emis till now but haven't received the cashback. There is only one emi pending now and i am worried that i will not receive my cashback. Please help me out.                                       I have opted for fastag with hdfc and there is no proper response from their end. Nobody is attending the call nor replying to the mails sent. Payment for the same has been made but i have no clarity by when i will be receiving the rfid tag and to which address will the same be sent.
                                      Tried calling their customer care number and it is always busy and in case the calls get through, they dont attend the call.
