I am attached with hdfc banking services for last few months and was quite happy with it, but recently started to receive excessive amount of fraud calls regarding hdfc credit cards. My family members also started to receive the same individually. Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and try to take action in order to minimize them. I received calls from the following numbers:

Ms. Tuli das ([protected]) (Tulidas.[protected]@gmail.com)
Mr. Souvik halder ([protected])

They are directing me to send my address proof and pan card details to them via mail (Of gmail domain) for credit card verification! Requesting you to kindly check whether such employees exist in your system who are misusing them.

Hence, we request you not to respond to such calls/emails and not to share any sensitive confidential details such as the Expiry date of the card, CVV number, ATM PIN/ Internet PIN, VBV / MSC / Netbanking passwords, etc.

    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500rs as required.. Payment no is etoll1291683... The reference number of the application is hfr536882. I have uploaded the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.
    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

    I have been with hdfc for 5 years now (Saving acc, credit card, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

      Hello,

      My application reference number is hfr510232

      I have submitted fastag application on 25th nov 2019. But till today, i haven't yet received any mail or call from hdfc representative for further status. As per message displayed on application form submission, "you will receive fastag within 7 days and our representative will contact you", but no update received.
      I tried customer care number 10-20 times a day. Most of the time it is busy orsome music is playing.
      I am very disappointed by hdfc procedure of fastag. No proper updates/sms received.
      Let me know, when my fastag will get delivered.

        Dear hdfc team,

        I have applied fastag on nov 18, and as per your email, i should receive fastag with in a week, and your representative will contact me, however, no one from your side contacted me, and also, i received email from bank as tag issued, but no other information, and i haven't received it.

        Also, the call center number never connects, it is really poor service. I am associated with hdfc from more 10 years, and i had never expected this kind very extremely poor service from hdfc.

        Recently, i lost my HDFC food card. I have blocked it and applied for new one.

        Please let me know what is the procedure to transfer the balance from old card to new card.
        To reset the ipin pin there are two ways
        1) using mobile number and debit card which i am not able to use because it says can't regenerate pin using debit card
        2) by mobile and email which again is not working because i am getting the otp on mobile number but not on email
        what to do?? help me resolve this issue

              On 25 nov 2019 i made a purchase for tastag in online portal https://getprepaidcard.hdfcbank.com/fastag and made payment via hdfc debit card rs.500/- and reference no. [protected]

              Payment is successful but still i dint get any response form fastag regarding the tag.

              It is frustrating that hdfc is not giving proper notifications to customers. From last 2 days i am trying to connect with hdfc fastag team, helpline number is either busy or just playing music if connected. No one is ready to receive the call.

              Email id provided by hdfc bank also returned with failure notice.

              I want current status of hdfc fastag.

              Request to refund the amount.

                unable to use gift card on any e-commerce website

                I received a gift card from my friends and i have experienced the worst times of all in placinng an order worth 500 rs also amazon site. I did a transaction and the amazon page says that the transaction failed. Got a message from the hdfc bank that the amount has been deducted. Not sure even if i will get the money back or not. Even worst, there is no way you can write an email to hdfc bank if you do not have an account with them and you...

                    I had tried calling customer care number and it's always busy and reached branch office too but no response from them.

                      I tried applying for the fastag via the hdfc online portal today at 11 am. After entering the application and payment being made the page froze and said session time out. The amount was cut from my account. This happened two days before also ans i received the amount back. So i tried again to apply and same case has repeated. If you cannot manage the online service why do you offer! Pathetic.

                            The message says that i would have received a email on the registered email id, till now i have not received any email.

                            I am trying to reach their customer care toll number, which is busy all the time, sometimes it gets connected but no one answers the call.

                            HDFC Bank websites says 7 days for delivering fast tag, but its been more than 7 days now, i have received the message and email after 6 days of applying that my Fasttag account is generated and will be delivered after 4 more days, Altogether it is taking more than 10-12 days to deliver the fast tag.

                              I have applied for a hdfc fastag through their online portal on 17.11.2019. I received the activation message on 26.11.19.

                              I am yet to receive the physical copy of the fastag through post. Their customer care number [protected] is constantly busy for over two days and there is no other means of contacting them.

                              There was no contact from HDFC or from insolutions global other than the reply on this forum. The fastag arrived after 12 working days rather than the 7 working days mentioned on their website. The delay was not a major issue, but being unable to contact anyone to address your complaints to is infuriating. The number provided on their website does not work at all.

And yesterday i got a message that "hdfc fastag for the vehicle number has been replaced". And also one more message saying that "hdfc fastag has been activated successfully". But till now i didn't get the fastag in my hand.

                                    I have been with hdfc for 5 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.

                                    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                      I applied for fastag from hdfc bank
                                      There numbers are still busy
                                      Fastag issued but where it is u never know
                                      May be they engulfed my 500 rs
                                      How many days more to receive the tag
                                      I applied fast tag on 22nd november
                                      Recieved a message that fast tag issued
                                      On 25 th november
                                      How many days it takes to dispatch
                                      I think they require 1 month to dispatch the fast tag
