There are some issues going with my account for last one month .
On 17.10.2022 I had received a sudden massage form bank saying my mobile number has changed( later I understood, it got changed during addition of 3rd account holder to my account), I immediately blocked all my account and cards, and after few days I had given one application for unblocking my accounts, mobile number change and debit card application to the bank.
Unblocking and mobile number change successfully done but my permanent and mailing address automatically changed( to some location, where I never been neither I applied for any address change, attached), and the debit card and address change letter sent to that address and got undelivered .
I have changed my mailing address through net banking, but permanent address could not able to change so I got my debit card.
But due to address change letter undelivered, presently my account is blocked ( it is showing unblocked but money send and receive is restricted).
I visited branch several times for last 7 days but nothing done yet.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest as I am suffering for something which I had not done.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
