Dear bankers,

I am from ahmedabad. I have a hdfc bank credit card. I want to pay payment and settlement for last 3 month. Your every executive and callers tell me you make minimum pay we are give you settlement letter in 2days... But every time give he wrong commitment.

This month i couldn't pay minimum i ask your employee for settlement amount. Than he collect a amount 10070 rs at thursday date of 7th november. But he ask me i give letter at evening but steel i couldn't make a letter. So how to he collect settlement amount without a letter.?

I want a resolution otherwise i go for legal and case file for wrong commitment and communication. I hve all the recording for this.

So please i expect with you for better and good solution.

    Hi

    Rs 65000 have been held from my salary account upon contacting customer service i was informed that its some credit card payment overdue which is wrong since i havent used the hdfc credit card in over 3 years and to my knowledge it was closed long ago. Also, the credit limit of that card was somwhere around 25k, so how can i owe 65k? If its some added interest and everything then its completely wrong since i had no idea this was happening... The customer service said that they cannot help me with this and that they have arranged a call back.. Its been 5 days now no call has come... I called again and they gave me a no '[protected]' which doesnt go through... I have written mails but no reply... Nobody is helping me out... I need sumone to talk to about this grave communication gap since almost my entire salary has been held... The bank should understand that the person needs to take care of living expenses too... I need to pay my rent and other living expenses... Its just the start of the month... I spoke to one of the bank manager and explained all this to him and requested that i can make a payment of 10k now but please remove the hold on funds and i can pay the remaining once i have access to funds but again he said chennai head office has put a hold only they can remove it... But there is nothing i could find on how to get in touch with them..
    Please understand that this was just a whole miscommunication since i never received any statements even for any outstanding amount let alone 65000.
    Apart from above i have been trying to get in touch with hdfc bank over calls and mails and even grievance redressal and though the policy is to get back to me in 2 days... Its been over 3 days i havent heard from hdfc.
    Also, i have raised the same complaint here couple of days ago and the hdfc replied to fill up a link where a reference number was required and i was not provided with one... It was protected in the comment and i replied so many times on that to provide me with the reference no but no one got back to me... So please keep this in mind while replying to this

      I paid for hdfc fast tag on 4th of september 2019 and i still haven't recieved the rfid tag which was supposed to be sent to my place of work/residential address. I have no idea where the rfid tag is and i've not recieved any communication from the bank saying it has been shipped / is out for delivery. I've called the customer care atleast 10 times but nobody answers my calls. They don't even have a email id for me to drop my queries. I have no clue on how i can reach out to them.

        Dear sir,
        I have done many complaints, regarding my credit card ending 1812, the credit limit is not getting reported to cibil, but not getting solved.
        Hdfc bank not reporting and not giving reasons for not reporting.

        Now they stopped responding, before this also hdfc bank done false reporting to cibil, but it got corrected.

        Need help..

          3rd party cash txn inc gst for amount 177 from the account

          Hi,

          Today, 08 nov 2019, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction the detail is showing there as "3rd party cash txn inc gst". I am not aware about this deduction? Why the account has been deducted on such an amount without informing to the customer? It is really unsafe to keep funds in account.

          Hi,
          I'm Aakanksha Tiwari, today I received a call from your so called executive at around 04:39, bearing no.: [protected], regarding the whereabouts of my sister and he was Using foul language with me. Even my relatives as well as my clients are receiving random calls from your Banks and even with them your so called executives are using foul language and extending threat's to them also.

          As a bank you have not right to intrude on your privacy and interfere the life of my friends, relatives and client, just to recover your money, this is illegal, unethical and primacifi thieft. As Bank/ RBI'S guidelines or norms as Bank you haven't got right to infringe the personal life of other person or making random call.

          It is my humble request to your bank please restraint your executives from interfering my as well as my clients, relatives, friends and other know person's, otherwise I will be free to take legal action against your Bank, also look in the matter as soon as possible.

            I have received the following sms from bank.

            Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC00000000XXXXXXXX issued to ICICI BANK LIMITD with value Rs. 676980.00 and frequency ADHO is received today for processing. In case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

            I have not given any mandate any where. How can someone deduct on their behalf without seeking permission. It's violation of my right.

            Please rectify this and revert any mandate unlawfully taken.

              I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr322831. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

              There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

              I have been with hdfc for 10 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
              The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                Hi,

                Iam Mallika Shetty, I have created salary account in HDFC bank on 11/2018. Until 4/2019 I was not facing any issue after that I was unemployed from 5/2019 to 9/2019 so I was unable to maintain balance in my account. So HDFC has converted my salary account into saving account without informing me. Now they have deducted RS 690 from my account stating minimum balance, after deducting they have sent a message by stating minimum balance, before that they have not informed nor messaged about my account minimum balance. So please take a action on this and i need my money back. Please help me with this.

                  We have checked our records and confirm that the charge of Rs. 177.00 levied to your account on 01-Nov - 2019 pertains to third party cash transactions done. HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network. However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Third-Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

                    This is regarding 1 demand draft submitted at hdfc bank, 19 west patel nagar branch, drop on 24th or 25 oct 2019, but when the amount did not reflected in my account then i called up there customer care and they said we are not received the dd and also reach that branch and meet navneet madam and she send the mail to concerned person. But still now i dont received the particular status of my demand draft and its draft misplace by hdfc bank. Who could bear my charges.
                    Its requested to clear this matter as soon as and refund my all charges and all late payment as its lost my dd from hdfc bank

                    So my credit card payment is due because of dd is not cleared and my due date is 02. Nov 2019

                      Hello hdfc,

                      It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from hdfc ank for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

                      Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against hdfc for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

                          Ii am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0924 without my concern on date:03/11/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. I don't want to spend money on all these things. So please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount. Don't activate this service in the future. I should have take legal action about this you will reverse the amount without any further delay.

                            I happened to notice a deduction of some insurance value of 1899.00 from my statement of accounts - (Screenshot attached for your reference). I had never given any sort of approval for any card insurance to anybody. Who has approved this? Why has it been deducted from my account without my permission? I didnt even get any intimation of this on my contact number / email.

                            Upon calling the customer care, they have told me that this is mandatory. How is insurance mandatory? I dont want insurance on my card. I want this cancelled with immediate effect and want the deducted amount to be refunded without fail.

                                I applied for the reissue of my fastag as my older fastag was damaged. I paid for the re-issue on the 30th of october. I have not yet recieved my new fastag yet. Nobody is answering the helpline and i am worried that the fastag will not come. My customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. I would request help for the same and immediate response from hdfc fastag

                                  On 30.10.19 at 03:04:26 pm when i reached at kherki daula toll plaza
                                  Gurugram, haryana 122004 by manual debit rs. 335 by manually named "debit adjustment" or "entry adjustment", only rs. 65 was supposed to be deducted as toll charge.

                                  But i have no due pending amount, and can be seen by statement (Attached).

                                  When i asked while returning, attending person replied that we don't know ask to customer care.

                                  Now i am getting for over due amount sms regularly. I am not recharging now as excess amount is already deducted.

                                  Kindly review and rsolve the issue.

                                    I have applied for fastag with reference no. Hfr293221 for 2 fastag for personal use but i have recieved a single fastag. Further on my portal 2 fastag are being shown with active status. The fastag with tag id 34161fa8203288ac043c90c0 has not yet been recieved. Kindly look into the matter. Further in courier recieved through blue dart by us contains only single fastag. Please provide us with second fastag delivery details asap.
                                    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Please provide me at least mail or SMS regarding the referral number HFR323431. I have paid 500 rupees and submitted the application through HDFC bank, but as of now i have not received any mail or any SMS as a application accepted or anything. Please take needful steps.

                                      Received acknowledgement mail from hdfc dated on 17th oct with reference number hfr288840, and deliver assurance with in 7 days. When i tried to connect toll free number [protected] multiple times it wont connect and will get busy tone always. Still fastag not deliverd but i received notification like "your fastag has been recharged sucessfully like that. I didnt received shipment details as well to track it.

                                      now i am not able to recharge my account.

                                      forgot username portal is not working, not able to do recharge with car registration number.
