On 30.10.19 at 03:04:26 pm when i reached at kherki daula toll plaza
Gurugram, haryana 122004 by manual debit rs. 335 by manually named "debit adjustment" or "entry adjustment", only rs. 65 was supposed to be deducted as toll charge.
But i have no due pending amount, and can be seen by statement (Attached).
When i asked while returning, attending person replied that we don't know ask to customer care.
Now i am getting for over due amount sms regularly. I am not recharging now as excess amount is already deducted.
Kindly review and rsolve the issue.

I have made online payment for my 2 wheeler vehicle insurance with my debit card yesterday
From my account, Rs.1449/- has been deducted but it is not transferred to insurance agency. Please refund the amount to my account ASAP. My Transaction reference number is C[protected]
