This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

An amount of rs 620.50 has been debited on 14th aug 2019 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges depository charges jul[protected]. I have never used this account.

I am aghast to see this has happened second time inspite of me not using the demat services and when the account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

Dear Customer,

The charges levied to your account pertains to Annual Folio Maintenance charges (FMC) for your Demat account. Service Tax & Education Cess is levied separately. The FMC is levied after giving adequate advance intimation in the billing statement.

Effective September 01, 2010 there is a revision in the ‘standard’ tariff with respect to the Annual Folio Maintenance Charges (FMC) from Rs. 500/- p.a. to Rs. 750/- p.a.

We have introduced a differential transaction based FMC pricing model. Basis this model, the FMC payable by you would be based on the various slabs applicable to the transactions made in your Demat account. This flexibility will give you an opportunity to reduce the FMC in the subsequent year, basis the level of transactions carried out in the current billing cycle (1 year prior to levy of FMC).

Note: All transactions (Market, Off- Market, Demat and Remat) made over the current billing cycle would be considered for computing the subsequent year’s FMC. Presently Mutual Fund & Pledge related transactions made over the current billing cycle (1 year prior to levy of FMC) would not be considered for computing the subsequent year’s FMC applicable for your Demat account

      I lose my account book and my atm card. Then who to get my account number. I have last four digits of my account number is 2294. Then tell me the full account number (I got the email from naukri. [protected]@mail.com

            I had submitted my credit card closure form in bangalore on june month, for which i recieved an sms saying ur letter has been recieved and your query is under process.
            After that im recieving a statement saying your card has been renewed and charges are 590.
            Its ridiculous how can a bank renew a card, applied for closure of which no news is there, without the permission of the customer

            Hello

            As per your comments i am aware of the charges if i dont spend the required money.
            I want to inform you i have submitted the duly signed closure form well before the renewal date in a hdfc bank drop box nearby. Your customer service was good which i hoped and dint think of it again and dint recieve any bews therafter only an sms saying your request is in process. Well to my shock the closure dint happen and i have been charged for renewal.
            Seeing this i have sent the second follow up to your bank this time i have posted myself through dtdc spending Rs 150. I hope this time my cc closure happens.

              My name is Kumuda Hegde. On 14 th August 2019 HDFC hold my money Rs. 6800 from my bank. After calling to the customer service center, they are telling that I have a credit card payment due. I have never used HDFC credit card. Without any transaction how can HDFC cut off my money from my account? I have their credit card, is that a problem? Without any notice, reason or call how they can hold my money? It is not small amount for me.This is the worst happened to me with HDFC. I NEED MY MONEY BACK ASAP.

                I apply for personal loan that time loan executive not inform me about foreclosure amount when i visited branch for foreclosing the loan after 1 year bank charge me around 4000 as a foreclosure charges so i asked for waiver that amount so executives said paid now then after it will be refunded in bank a/c but yet not refunded of rs.4000/-urgently. Or else i will file case against you in police

I wan Apply LOAN 2018 in your ### HDFC Thane Branch that your Mental Executive dint did not inform me about foreclosure amount after 1 year I went to Brach for closer the LOAN they charge me foreclosure amount so I discussed with your again one of Mental Executive she said sir now just pay the amount later on it will be refunded as its commitment by our branch so I asked are you sure she said sir, not down my name and her name is Swapanali Sakpal from Andri East Brach for that just need to send the E-mail in CUSTOMER CARE so I said ok and I paid that amount and I send the E-mail to CUSTOMER CAREless Team they said we can't refund the amount and they refunded the only something 600/- and they charge me around 4200/- so i want to Refund my full money which i paid to you or else i will file cases in RBI

                    Ad hoc statment charge ₹118deduct from my account
                    Without information dated on 16/08/2019
                    When i reach to branch regarding they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.
                    But my point is that if i cant visit at branch on 16/08/2019 and dont take any statment according to my account so why they charge me ₹118.
                    So need to clearification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account

                      I am disheartened with repeated ingnorance of the relationship manager called vijay patel and sayli gundey from andheri east branch, mumbai, who is suppose to be handling my account... Not one but three accounts of mine & my father and my mother.
                      I must have tried calling them many times a day and not getting responded by my queries, but all in vain, he and miss sayli gundey doesn't even have the basic courtesy of either picking my calls or responding subsequently.
                      If by chance he picks up, his standard statement is "i am in a meeting & will call you back"... This calling back never happens.. Or he would say "i am on the way to office & will call you after reaching" and as expected, he wouldn't call back.
                      I have several issues / clarifications & suggestion to invest in appropriate fund & and i had invested in suggested fund by them. But while at the time of redemption of the same funds. Inspite repetedly calling them i have never got a good suggestion of the current market scenario of the same fund and they suggested me to redeem the fund and on their suggestion i redeemed my fund and they havent told me about the loss that i would have to face. And i lost my hard earned money due to their missguidance. Which i can not bare coz that fund i invested for my further studies abrod and cox of their misguidance i can not go for my further studies due to financial status it has ruin my life.
                      Just let me know, what is the point in assigning such "so called relationship[p managers" to customers who are called "preferred a/c holders". Appears the entire thing is a sham and a shere marketing gimmick played on innocent customers.
                      If such being the case of poor & ignorance personified services of the rms... I would'nt think twice to move away from hdfc which i till now thought to be very customer friendly bank.

                        Hi, i have salary account in hdfc in the year of years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only vijaya bank accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -1926.62 balance.
                        The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly. Now its 1926.62 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.

As if the card is automatically blocked then they will transfer to settlement department, so i trusted them and was waiting from a month and my card was blocked.                               Hi,

                              On 14th august 2019, rs.177 haa been deducted from my hdfc salary account without any intimation. The narration in the account statement says that its a “3rd party cash txn inc gst-mir” transaction.. This is the second or third time such incident happened with me..
                              Can anyone tell me what does this “3rd party cash txn inc gst-mir” means?? And how can they deduct it without any notice??

I have lost my hdfc credit card in august 2018 in mumbai, for which i have called hdfc customer care and asked for blocked that card. At that time no dues were remaining on that card, inspite of that they have issued me new card ending with 4723 and i unregistered that card though hdfc netbanking at that time. Since then i never got any notification for same for 1 year.
                                Now almost after 1year later they have send me statement which demanding rs 576 for renewal of card which i never received from them.
                                Now they are saying to send card closure form and sign mismatch and declaration form as i forgot which signed i did at time of submitting document.
                                But even i don't know full 12 digit card no so how can i fill form.

                                  My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) l went to my nearest brunch they told me go to main brunch, they told me that i have rs -9000 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

                                      I am a Hdfc bank credit card holder.The bank has auto debited Rs 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3585 without my concern on date 11/08/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs 1399/-

                                        I booked a ticket on -15/08/19 on IRCTC website by using HDFC bank payment gateway by using my UPI. Amount got deducted from my axis bank account however irctc shows ‘pending from bank’
                                        Attached are transaction details.
                                        This is ridiculous that at the time of need or emergency what a customer should do when big banks like hdfc fails to do their job.
