I am disheartened with repeated ingnorance of the relationship manager called vijay patel and sayli gundey from andheri east branch, mumbai, who is suppose to be handling my account... Not one but three accounts of mine & my father and my mother.
I must have tried calling them many times a day and not getting responded by my queries, but all in vain, he and miss sayli gundey doesn't even have the basic courtesy of either picking my calls or responding subsequently.
If by chance he picks up, his standard statement is "i am in a meeting & will call you back"... This calling back never happens.. Or he would say "i am on the way to office & will call you after reaching" and as expected, he wouldn't call back.
I have several issues / clarifications & suggestion to invest in appropriate fund & and i had invested in suggested fund by them. But while at the time of redemption of the same funds. Inspite repetedly calling them i have never got a good suggestion of the current market scenario of the same fund and they suggested me to redeem the fund and on their suggestion i redeemed my fund and they havent told me about the loss that i would have to face. And i lost my hard earned money due to their missguidance. Which i can not bare coz that fund i invested for my further studies abrod and cox of their misguidance i can not go for my further studies due to financial status it has ruin my life.
Just let me know, what is the point in assigning such "so called relationship[p managers" to customers who are called "preferred a/c holders". Appears the entire thing is a sham and a shere marketing gimmick played on innocent customers.
If such being the case of poor & ignorance personified services of the rms... I would'nt think twice to move away from hdfc which i till now thought to be very customer friendly bank.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
