Waiver till that time you guys charge me Rs.16163.6/- How I can accept that amount ??? I also Reply on that same E-Mail ID I totally Launch 58 complaints I Have all Record check BElwo Also I share the User Collection Person Number and name also with Screenshot of Whatsapp message I share all the Proof so now just waive off the all Extra Charges then I will make remaining amount

    Ad hoc statment charge ₹118deduct from my account
    Without information dated on 16/08/2019
    When i reach to branch regarding they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.
    But my point is that if i cant visit at branch on 16/08/2019 and dont take any statment according to my account so why they charge me ₹118.
    So need to clearification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account

      I am disheartened with repeated ingnorance of the relationship manager called vijay patel and sayli gundey from andheri east branch, mumbai, who is suppose to be handling my account... Not one but three accounts of mine & my father and my mother.
      I must have tried calling them many times a day and not getting responded by my queries, but all in vain, he and miss sayli gundey doesn't even have the basic courtesy of either picking my calls or responding subsequently.
      If by chance he picks up, his standard statement is "i am in a meeting & will call you back"... This calling back never happens.. Or he would say "i am on the way to office & will call you after reaching" and as expected, he wouldn't call back.
      I have several issues / clarifications & suggestion to invest in appropriate fund & and i had invested in suggested fund by them. But while at the time of redemption of the same funds. Inspite repetedly calling them i have never got a good suggestion of the current market scenario of the same fund and they suggested me to redeem the fund and on their suggestion i redeemed my fund and they havent told me about the loss that i would have to face. And i lost my hard earned money due to their missguidance. Which i can not bare coz that fund i invested for my further studies abrod and cox of their misguidance i can not go for my further studies due to financial status it has ruin my life.
      Just let me know, what is the point in assigning such "so called relationship[p managers" to customers who are called "preferred a/c holders". Appears the entire thing is a sham and a shere marketing gimmick played on innocent customers.
      If such being the case of poor & ignorance personified services of the rms... I would'nt think twice to move away from hdfc which i till now thought to be very customer friendly bank.

        Hi, i have salary account in hdfc in the year of years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only vijaya bank accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -1926.62 balance.
        The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly. Now its 1926.62 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.

          I was told by one of your customer care member. As if the card is automatically blocked then they will transfer to settlement department, so i trusted them and was waiting from a month and my card was blocked. Now am not able to reach them now what can i do for that. I paid 10 k already, i was waiting to pay the remaining amount and waiting to reduce my minimum amount. Plzz do the needful.

              Hi,

              On 14th august 2019, rs.177 haa been deducted from my hdfc salary account without any intimation. The narration in the account statement says that its a “3rd party cash txn inc gst-mir” transaction.. This is the second or third time such incident happened with me..
              Can anyone tell me what does this “3rd party cash txn inc gst-mir” means?? And how can they deduct it without any notice??

                I was having hdfc credit card when i was in surat and then i shifted to mumbai year ago. I have lost my hdfc credit card in august 2018 in mumbai, for which i have called hdfc customer care and asked for blocked that card. At that time no dues were remaining on that card, inspite of that they have issued me new card ending with 4723 and i unregistered that card though hdfc netbanking at that time. Since then i never got any notification for same for 1 year.
                Now almost after 1year later they have send me statement which demanding rs 576 for renewal of card which i never received from them.
                Now they are saying to send card closure form and sign mismatch and declaration form as i forgot which signed i did at time of submitting document.
                But even i don't know full 12 digit card no so how can i fill form.

                  My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) l went to my nearest brunch they told me go to main brunch, they told me that i have rs -9000 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

                        I booked a ticket on -15/08/19 on IRCTC website by using HDFC bank payment gateway by using my UPI. Amount got deducted from my axis bank account however irctc shows ‘pending from bank’
                        Attached are transaction details.
                        This is ridiculous that at the time of need or emergency what a customer should do when big banks like hdfc fails to do their job.

                          I have applied for hdfc credit card and i got a call for verification after verification they have send me the link to track the status. I have tracked the status first time it shows as in process and after it shows status as declined in call they said that your application will get approved and you will get in 7 working days but after it shows status as declined i want to know the reason why status was declined. I hope my problem will get resolved asap.

                            Hi,

                            I applied for health insurance for my pregnancy at hdfc ergo. I submitted all the required documents required for the claim. I contacted the agent many times. They told me that there is a name mismatch for which i provided the identity proof. Agent said it will be processed but there is no progress. It is almost one year since i applied for the insurance claim.

Could not maintain min balance... So it has gone in minus.. As bank is charging non maintenance charges every month.. I want to request bank for reversal.. As i was not aware of the same..                                   Hi forum,

                                  I have two personal loan going on from hdfc. I want to log complain against hdfc bank on hidden charges being debited from my savings account. Although i made payment of my monthly emi in july 2019 but an emi rtn charge was taken of 236₹ each. Please escalate this to bank asking my refund as these are hidden charges and i am not aware of it.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    My customer ID at HDFC bank is 75105116. In July I was tried to transact through Internet banking they said you can't transact and have to visit to bank branch for the KYC. I have done KYC even though they not activated transactions to receive & pay the amount and said it can't be as my account comes under auditor examination and HO has blocked the account. After asking so many days what the default is there they said 10-12 years ago you have submitted documents for Credit Card or Loan to HDFC bank found false.
                                    I have placed request/complaints that show the false documents and I have never submitted with any bank false documents and I want to review the documents again by checking the sign on documents.
                                    But they have not acted and without checking/examining the documents made me defaulter but I have not given such documents.
                                    Bank is no listening me, please help me. I have not given false documents.

                                    I have visited today to bank to speak with Branch manager to escalate the issue to check the fact/originality/actuality of documents with appropriate authority but they are saying only one sentence that they got the information from HO to close the account.
                                    Branch is not helping me. Placing the request with customer care only checking with Branch to resolve the issue and check the fact but they are replying the same thing as stated above.
                                    As I am customer can go through the Branch to resolve the issue but as they are not helping to check the fact that I was not given the documents, let me suggest where to go to escalate the issue.
                                    I am requesting customer care to lodge the complaint against the Branch personnel and escalate the issue with higher authority.
                                    I do not have the issue to close the account but as HDFC bank wrongly blaming on me is hearting.

                                    Still waiting for resolution that you have verified the documents with my sign or doing nothing do to ego and prestige of the bank as I was not given the wrong documents. The same manipulation was done by hdfc bank staff.

                                      Hi HDFC bank

                                      I have requested a cheque book on monday(12th august) and havent't received it till now.
                                      I need it on urgent basis from Monday. ACE COURIER tracking dosen't works.
                                      I have no update on my cheque book, i don't know where is it. i got a mail on 13th august 2019 saying your cheque book was sent on 12th August.
