Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 3 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -1430 balance.
The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 1430 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
Plz juistice to me. 1430 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
What is the action will take against this bank.

    Hey team,

    My friend yatharath gupta had initiated an imps funds transfer towards my brother's bank account in sbi which has been timed out.

    The funds have been deducted yatharath's hdfc account but the beneficiary account which is my brothers account has not been credited with the same.

    Attaching screenshots of the transaction. Please resolve this.

      I have paid an amount of rs. 500 (On 5th aug 2019) and an amount of rs. 200 (On 10th aug 2019) to recharge my hdfc fastag wallet costumer id[protected], wallet id [protected], vehicle no. Hr43a5707 through my fastag app. The amount was deducted from my sbi bank account [protected], ifsc code [protected] through upi.
      Neither this amount of rs 500 and rs. 200 was reflected in my hdfc fastag wallet, nor it came back to my sbi account.
      But at present the payment is with hdfc fastag. So, i request you to please send this amount back to my sbi account no. [protected]. I am attaching the screenshot for your reference. Otherwise i will go to higher authorities.

        I have order ordered a product on amazon and done online payment through my hdfc debit card worth 1199 in july end.. But i return ed the product and amazon initiated refund on 31st july and i was supposed to receive it by 6th august but still didn't received it.. Please look into this and initiate refund asap.. No customer care have satisfactory answer regarding that kindly clearify and solve issue. It's salary account with zero balance.. Then why hold of funds. No clearify on account statement also...

                Without any update hdfc bank have deducted my 2074 from my salary account in the name of asd. Though these amounts has been deducted two times for total 3 transactions in a month. But minimum 5 transactions from other atms it is allowed in general.
                Its a hard earned money and we are getting these unreasonable penalty.
                For a salaried person 2074 rs. Is a huge amount.
                My humble request to this forum kindly stop these charges and if possible help me in getting back this amount.

                  I made an online payment for a little app coupon through phonepay. The money got deducted from my account but the coupon was not purchased. Kindly help.
                  The payment scrrenshit is attached for reference.
                  I contacted phonepay as well and they said that from their end the payment was successful and i should contact the bank for chargeback request.

                      I hold a savings banka account with your bank and my sb a/cno. Is [protected].
                      I had opened a fixed deposit on 12th july.19 for an amount of rs 50000/- (Fifty
                      Thousand) only.
                      I would like to inform you that i applied for a credit card which was against a fixed deposit but the credit card was withdrawn and also blocked by the bank permanently on 01.08.2019. After that as per instruction from bank i also submitted the credit card closure form on 01.08.19. But till now not yet been cancel the card. So now i want to withdraw/break my fixed deposit.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      This is to inform you that I applied for a credit card which was against a fixed deposit but the credit card was withdrawn and also blocked by the bank permanently on 01.08.2019. So I don't have a problem regarding this matter but I'm unable to liquidate the fixed deposit as because of my credit card is a lien on fixed deposit till now, when my credit card was inactive.
                      Therefore, you are requested to kindly release the lien marked on the FDR which was blocked by the bank. So that I can withdraw/break the fixed deposit amount as earliest.

                        Hello i have a salary a/c in your bank and today i was unable to withdraw funds.
                        When i checked in website i found out that my ac in on hold and ther are hold charges charged 7000 while i don't have hdfc credit card or any loan..
                        Why its been charged and i need imidiate resolution.

                          From last four months i am not getting netbanking otp on my registered mobile number. Although i am using my same device from last 2years. Whenever i go to chrome, i am unable to get otp. Please make it possible to get otp on my registered mobile previously i was able to get otp on my same device but now it has very difficult for me to use netbanking. I have visited my home branch many times for the same but no response. Please do the needful.

                            I have been charged 1770/- (590/- 3times) from my salary account stating as ach debit return charges. No prior intimation or communication was done in reference to above stated transaction. What are these charges for! Why are they so high. Hdfc bank has to return this money.

                            Please help me resolve this. People are losing trust in public banks and now these banks also.
                            If auto debiting is a service you provide as a bank, then it is your duty to inform me on the charges for the same. Heights of fraud. You must give me a warning that if funds are insufficient you will be charged. Nothing was there.

                            Please please help me resolve this and return my money.

I contact with customer care executive regarding that policy cancellation. but they did not answer properly and not to take steps to resove the issues.                                 I have already cleared the charges and submitted closure form at koramangala branch bangalore. My trading account is also closed. Why demat account is not closed. Even the bank guys told that they will call and inform about closure but didn't receive any reply from them. Now again i received an email stating that there are some outstanding demat charges of rs 50. Why should i pay extra charges for your mistakes. Kindly close my account. If you cannot close escalate further. When trading account was closed why demat account is separate and you are taking so much time. Because of this my bank account is not getting closed which i opened just to clear outstanding charges. Kindly close and do the needful.

                                  I am making the payment of my credit card everymonth on time and this is the first time last mnth i have missed the payment on 2nd of july 2019, however i am using this service from quite a longtime and makes the payment everymonth on time still i have got charge 950 + 950 late payment charges and 500 overlimit fee which i am not happy to pay and looking for a reversal of 2400 rs.
                                  I have already made the payment of 2 mnths 3890 rs and if the amount got reversed back i am also happy to pay the total outstanding amount on my credit card if not i am not going to make any payment in thr near future.

                                  I m a existing customer of hdfc bank and due to this surely i m not happy with the service and looking for the reversal please check and do the needful.

                                    I have recharged jio cell [protected] (Jio) on 19th july for rs 399. Money deducted from my account but recharge was not successful. I logged complaint for this but refund was not initiated. When i again called the customer service they told me to call the beneficiary.
                                    When i called beneficiary they told me its the bank issue. And i believe its the bank issue.
                                    I am attaching the screenshot please look into it and help me out.

                                    We would like to inform you that, the referred UPI transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. Sometimes due to technical issue at beneficiary bank end, it may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement in beneficiary party's account / reversal back to the remitter account. Incase of non receipt of reversal / beneficiary still denies of having received the funds at their end, within stipulated time as mentioned above, do write back to us with the beneficiary's latest bank account statement (statement with bank logo & account number) or beneficiary bank's email confirmation, to enable us to assist.

                                      My company has made us to open salary account in the hdfc bank to complete their yearly targets only as salary is never credited to that bank. Company remain using the earlier bank. As it was salary account, its required 0 balance to maintain it. Moreover i never operated it. Never used its debit card or any service. Today i got message of deduction of 600 for june, and 600 for july. Technically it should inform me that i'll face some kind of deduction in prior. Also if they are deducting it for june. Why didn't i get the message in july. Why its sending now in august for the deduction of june as well. What kind of service is that.

                                        As i was maintaining my salary account they have deducted 600 for last month and today i got a message deducted 600 and is if the process continues we don't need your services. Please return back my amount that have deducted without intimating.
                                        This account is my salary account even if the min balance is not maintained also the account should be active but without any message intimation that to maintain balance how would you deduct money without proper message intimation atleast phone intimation is not done by you.
                                        Please debit my money back this is your failure to intimate me with any proper message.
